Multiple reviewers report that this model runs noticeably louder than their previous refrigerators, with several describing the cooling fan as noisy and comparing it unfavorably to older units. Reviewers are divided on ice maker performance. Many praise the ice quality and efficiency, with some highlighting the small square cubes. However, several owners note the ice maker is large and takes up significant freezer space—one reviewer removed it entirely in favor of ice trays. Some also report the ice maker is slow to produce ice or takes longer to replenish than their previous models.

Several reviewers report issues with the water and ice dispenser, including water leaking onto the kitchen floor, dripping water down the outside of the door, and difficulty filling glasses without spilling. Some note the dispenser paddles are positioned too close together. However, other owners report the dispenser works great and appreciate features like the night light indicator.

Reviewers have mixed feedback on capacity. Many praise the spacious layout and adjustable shelving that makes organization easy. However, several owners note the freezer space is limited and the refrigerator side is smaller than expected. Some mention missing features like deli drawers or humidity-controlled crisper drawers found on older models.

Most reviewers report the refrigerator keeps food cold and freezes items effectively. However, several owners note temperature control challenges, including difficulty understanding how to adjust settings, the "ideal" setting being too cold, and the unit taking longer to recover temperature after the door is opened. One reviewer had to adjust settings significantly to achieve desired temperatures.

While many owners report satisfaction, several have encountered quality concerns including misaligned doors, missing shelves upon delivery, a refrigerator that shut down unexpectedly, and an ice maker that required early replacement. One reviewer noted the unit felt cheaply made. However, the majority of reviewers report no issues and express satisfaction with the appliance.

Reviewers consistently praise the adjustable shelving, LED lighting, through-the-door ice and water dispenser, small square ice cubes, and the modern design. Many highlight the spacious layout, easy-to-clean interior, and convenient door storage for condiments. Several owners also appreciate the no-fingerprint finish and the ability to lock the dispenser to prevent children from using it.
