This side-by-side model has a total capacity of 25.3 cubic feet and is consistently praised by owners for its spacious layout and ample storage. Most owners report that the ice maker and water dispenser function effectively, with many praising the quality of crushed ice and the convenience of the filtered water feature. However, a recurring concern across multiple reviews is that the water dispenser can experience freezing issues with the filter cartridge, preventing water flow, and some owners report the dispenser has required repairs or stopped working within the first year. A few reviewers also note occasional water flow issues to the ice maker.

Most owners report the unit is reasonably quiet or quiet overall. However, several reviewers note unexpected noise issues, including vibration or buzzing sounds from the ice maker area, strange noises during certain cycles, or loud vibrating sounds that can be heard in other rooms. These noise complaints appear in a minority of reviews but recur across multiple units.

This model is 36 inches wide, 69.9 inches tall, and 34.8 inches deep. One reviewer reported that despite the 36-inch width specification, the unit did not fit in a standard 36-inch space due to insulating foam bulging from the sides, requiring removal of surrounding material to install. Most other owners do not report fit issues, but this is worth verifying with your specific installation space.

This model includes a digital temperature display on the freezer door that allows you to check temperatures without opening the unit, and reviewers appreciate the ability to adjust shelves and temperature settings. However, some owners report difficulty finding or understanding temperature adjustment instructions, and one reviewer noted the water selection button requires a very firm touch and cracked after extended use.

Experiences vary significantly. Some owners report years of reliable operation, while others have experienced compressor failure, water dispenser breakdowns, control panel failures, and cooling issues within the first few years. Multiple reviewers mention needing warranty service calls for leaking water lines, dispenser malfunctions, and defrost cycle issues. A few owners report the unit failed to cool or stopped working within the first week or year.

Several reviewers report design issues: the refrigerator door can be difficult to open and keep open, the door-mounted ice and water dispenser is poorly configured and only fits small bottles/glasses, and some shelves are set back too far to reach easily. One reviewer noted the doors can pop open unexpectedly and don't always close properly. Additionally, some owners mention the unit has fewer shelves or lacks a deli drawer compared to older models they owned.

This model offers several convenient features including adjustable shelving, a digital temperature display on the door, LED lighting, a door alarm that alerts you if the door is left open, and a filtered water dispenser with ice maker. Reviewers appreciate the modern design, customizable shelf heights, and the ability to monitor temperatures from outside the unit without opening the door.
