Purchased for our New Florida home, neighbors are jealous ! Plenty of ice for the whole family
I was very disappointed in the Icemaker because it is extremely loud. I thought it was just the first 24 hours when it was getting going but it is still extremely loud. The ice cubes are also very large.
Had unit for less than 6 months before it died. Completely shut down. Manufacturer does not have rep in area to fix so I have to uninstall and send it back. AJ madison and XO are taking forever to get me through this process. Very disappointed.
I bought this ice maker 6 months ago and the pump already failed. When the tech arrived to replace the part (8 weeks later), he said these pumps are all that he's been replacing lately. Unfortunately I recommended my friend to install this unit in his new home before my own…
