This commercial ice maker is built for high-demand environments, producing up to 529 pounds of ice daily while storing up to 375 pounds. The unit measures 24.5 inches wide, 22.3 inches tall, and 31.3 inches deep, fitting efficiently into commercial spaces. A digital control panel allows users to monitor freeze and harvest cycles, adjust ice thickness, and activate automated cleaning functions. The ice formation system distributes water evenly over the evaporator to create clear cubes, while the harvesting system releases ice gently to prevent damage. An automatic defrost function and self-check system maintain performance by preventing ice buildup and detecting issues before operation. The hygienic drainage system flushes excess water every five cycles to keep ice fresh and dry. A built-in bin sensor prevents overflow. Constructed from stainless steel with adjustable telescopic feet for stability on uneven surfaces, this unit is NSF and ETL certified for safety and sanitation standards in commercial kitchens, bars, and food service operations.
