Small issue with panel because this unit overall was about 1/8" wider and I had to adjust the brackets on my existing panel to fit. Also flipping the door R>L side instructions weren't the most clear but I got it figured out. My last unit had a light inside of it and this one doesn't otherwise I'd likely give it 5 stars.”

Only been running a month and has already died. Waiting to see exactly what happened but will give an update after technician.
I bought two of these units. One stopped working after 18 months, the other at 2 years. There is no authorized repair within 200 miles of me. And basically it's not user serviceable. So... yeah - lots of money down the drain for a paperweight that stopped working as soon as…
I bought this icemaker in October of 2023. Dead after 23 months. Unlike their fridges the icemaker does NOT have a 2-year warranty, apparently it's only 18 months. Seems like they did this intentionally since they know the icemakers don't last. Warranty team said I am on my own.…
Way too loud. We have this ice maker in dining room bar and if it kicks in during a meal, we turn it off. Way to loud. Would not purchase again.
