Reviewers love this feature for its convenience and energy efficiency, though some note it is attractive to children who enjoy using it frequently.

Yes, this model includes two ice makers—one in the door and one in the freezer bin—which reviewers consistently praise for ensuring a steady supply of ice. Most owners report never running out of ice, though one reviewer noted the craft ice maker melted quickly and had production issues.

While most reviewers report reliable cooling and consistent temperatures, a few owners have experienced temperature fluctuations or inconsistency, with some noting the fridge runs warmer than the set temperature. One reviewer reported spoiled milk despite settings appearing correct, though a service technician indicated the readings were within acceptable specifications. Long-term durability concerns have also been raised by a small number of owners regarding compressor longevity and freezer drawer frosting.

A few reviewers have reported a metallic or chlorine taste in the water even after filter replacement, suggesting water quality may vary by location or require additional filtration. The refrigerator includes both water and air filters; the manufacturer recommends changing the water filter every 6 months, and the ThinQ app can track filter status to help you know when replacement is needed.

The refrigerator features recessed handles located at the bottom of the doors, which some reviewers found initially inconvenient when holding groceries, though most adapted quickly. The soft-close doors are widely praised for preventing items from tipping over and for quiet, controlled closing. Overall, reviewers find the fridge intuitive and easy to operate.
