Gathering the reviews
We continuously collect owner reviews and public discussions from major retailers and community forums, de-duplicate them, and set aside anything we can’t tie to a verified purchase.
Calculating the average
Averaged across every source we found (Amazon, AJ Madison, and other retailers). Each source counts in proportion to how many ratings it has, so a store with thousands of reviews moves the number more than one with only a handful.

Owners Answer
The questions shoppers ask, answered from real owner reviews and discussions across the web — not the manufacturer spec sheet. See the spec FAQ below for the official numbers.
What do owners like most about this refrigerator?Based on 8 owner mentions
Owners consistently praise the spacious capacity, flexible storage layout, and the middle pull-out drawer for easy access to frequently used items like cheese, deli meat, and drinks without opening the main fridge. Many also highlight the convenient water dispenser with ounce-counting feature and appreciate the modern design and bright interior lighting.
Is the ice maker reliable, and does it work well?Based on 6 owner mentions
Most reviewers report the ice maker works great and produces quality ice. However, a notable minority experienced ice maker failures within the first few months of ownership, requiring warranty replacement. Some also note the ice dispenser can spray forcefully.
How loud is this refrigerator, especially the ice maker?Based on 9 owner mentions
Multiple reviewers report the ice maker is noticeably loud—some describe it as sounding like a jet engine when it kicks on or during refill cycles. A few also mention general operational noise. This is a recurring concern, though some owners accept it as normal for the model.
Are there any issues with frost buildup, condensation, or temperature control?Based on 3 owner mentions
A small number of reviewers reported frost buildup, excessive condensation, and ice accumulation on coils, along with temperature stability issues. One reviewer also noted the refrigerator takes 24 hours to reach full cold and loses temperature when doors are opened frequently. These appear to be isolated defects rather than a widespread design flaw.
How much usable interior space is there, and does it feel cramped?Based on 4 owner mentions
Most owners report the refrigerator offers good capacity and flexible storage. However, a few reviewers felt the interior is smaller than expected, with limited door space and difficulty fitting large items like gallon milk jugs or tall bottles due to the shelf design and crisper drawer placement.
Do the doors close properly and stay closed?Based on 3 owner mentions
Most reviewers report normal door operation. However, a few owners experienced issues with doors not closing completely or requiring harder pressure to close, and one suggested an alarm feature would help prevent accidental door gaps.
What is the annual energy consumption of this model?Based on 1 owner mention
This refrigerator uses approximately 683 kilowatt-hours per year.
What is the total capacity of this refrigerator?Based on 1 owner mention
This model has a total capacity of 24.5 cubic feet.

- Love my new refrigerator very happy with it
I purchased this a month ago and love it the only thing I don’t like is the ice maker in the fridge & it takes up space but I still love it. The ice maker is a little loud too but I still love it!
MicheleBigMar 21, 2026 - Left door does not close completely
I bought this 6 mos ago. Mostly satisfied. However, I wish there was an alarm when a door has not closed completely. As facing the refrigerator, the left door does not closed completely and it may not be noticed for hours or even the next morning.
Silvermoon LadMar 8, 2026 Wonderful appliance with great features and a lot of space. I simply love the middle drawer.
Micey’s FridgeMar 5, 2026- Great refrigerator all around
I love the room and the sections the refrigerator provides. We use the middle drawer all the time. It’s a great option if you’re going in and out of the fridge for snacks or drinks. The icemaker works great. Overall super refrigerator. Lots of room.
CharkMar 3, 2026 - Awesome fridge
we moved from a top freezer to this bottom freezer with middle tray.. it is soooo much easier to reach everything - including the deli drawer we use for lunch meat and cheese. only issue i would recommend is a longer life filter with purchase - or at least 1-2 replacement…
