LG 36 Inch Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator LRYXC2606S

Some reviewers note that the internal water filter does not work with the ice makers and water dispenser as expected, requiring them to install a separate inline filter to ensure filtered water for both functions. This is a limitation to be aware of if water filtration is important to you.

This model provides 25.5 cubic feet of capacity. Reviewers consistently praise the spacious interior for a counter-depth design, noting it offers more room than expected and more than other counter-depth models they've owned, with flexible shelf configurations that accommodate both tall items and varied storage needs.

The model features multiple ice-making capabilities, including craft ice (large round orbs), standard ice cubes, and mini cubes—giving you 3 to 4 different ice shape and size options. Most reviewers love this feature and report having plenty of ice for entertaining, though a few note that craft ice production is slow and some find the standard ice dispenser occasionally runs out.

Yes, reviewers consistently report that this model runs very quietly. The refrigerator uses 699 kWh per year in energy consumption. Multiple owners praise its quiet operation and low noise level, and one long-term owner noted it is inexpensive to run.

This model features a sleek, contemporary French-door design without external handles—instead, the doors open via a touch or push mechanism. Reviewers love the modern, handleless aesthetic and note it is easy to keep clean. A few owners mention it took some getting used to if they were accustomed to traditional handles, but most embrace the design as a major plus.

Reviewers report that the refrigerator maintains consistent, balanced cooling throughout the unit and keeps fruits and vegetables crisp. The model features a door cooling system and distributes cold air at the edges rather than through back vents, which owners find more effective at reaching all areas without obstruction.

A few owners report problems with the door alarm being too sensitive and loud with no way to disable it via the control panel or app, making it frustrating when putting away groceries. Some also mention occasional issues with door closure (one door not closing fully) and a small number report water dispenser paddle sticking. However, the majority of reviewers are satisfied with the unit's performance and reliability.
