Gathering the reviews
We continuously collect owner reviews and public discussions from major retailers and community forums, de-duplicate them, and set aside anything we can’t tie to a verified purchase.

Averaged across every source we found (Amazon, AJ Madison, and other retailers). Each source counts in proportion to how many ratings it has, so a store with thousands of reviews moves the number more than one with only a handful.

What owners talk about most
“Absolutely love the fridge. Only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because there is no water filter for the ice maker, so we had to buy our own. Additionally, the ice maker is very loud when pouring water to make ice. Other than that, we love it and would definitely buy again!”
Owners Answer
The questions shoppers ask, answered from real owner reviews and discussions across the web — not the manufacturer spec sheet. See the spec FAQ below for the official numbers.
This model is designed as counter-depth and does not extend far beyond standard countertop depth, which most owners appreciate for space efficiency. However, one reviewer reported that the actual height exceeded specifications and a structural protrusion prevented a flush fit with existing cabinetry, so it's important to verify exact dimensions with your cabinet opening before purchase.
Multiple owners report that this refrigerator is very quiet during normal operation, with one reviewer noting it is so quiet they can now hear the ocean from their room, a dramatic improvement over their previous loud model. The ice maker is generally quiet as well, though one owner noted it produces some noise when filling the water line.
The shelves in the refrigerator section are not adjustable without removing the doors completely, which several owners found frustrating and unexpected. This design limitation means you have less flexibility to customize shelf heights for different items, and some reviewers felt it reduced usable storage space.
This model does not include a water dispenser in the door or a built-in water filter for the ice maker. Several owners specifically noted they had to purchase their own water filter or water pitcher separately, and some felt this was a notable omission for the price point.
The freezer features separate pull-out drawers instead of a single bin, which most owners love for organization and easy access to items. However, the ice storage capacity is relatively small and fills quickly; one owner noted the ice scoop design doesn't work optimally with the ice cube size produced.
This model offers 19.4 cubic feet of total capacity. Owners with small families or individuals report it is well-sized and perfect for their needs, though some larger families felt it may be on the smaller side and requires thoughtful organization.
Most owners report the ice maker works well and begins producing ice quickly. However, several reviewers experienced problems including frozen ice blocks in the tray, water not dispensing into the ice maker, and the need for replacement within the warranty period, suggesting potential durability concerns for some units.
Owners consistently praise the sleek, modern design with recessed door-pull pockets instead of protruding handles, the wood-grain interior accents, gray interior finish, and fingerprint-free exterior. The four-door configuration and overall appearance have earned numerous compliments, and one long-term owner reports the finishes have held up beautifully over three years.

Great fridge-but most importantly does not stick out into room beyond “countertop depth”. Also extremy quiet too. Old fridge was so loud could not hear ocean outstretched dr-now loud and clear!
I purchased this refrigerator about two weeks ago this Saturday after Thanksgiving. So far, it works very well it’s extremely nice aesthetically pleasing if you’re trying to get a refrigerator for a large Family this isn’t it. I live alone, so this is perfect for me. Honestly, I…
We’ve only moved into our new refrigerator for about a week and haven’t fully stocked it yet. It feels like it may be on the smaller side but it’s just me having to adjust to the new way of organizing it. I love the look. I love the freezer compartments. Although not stocked…
I like the refrigerator but the specifications are incorrect. The height is listed as 69 inches, my cabinet opening is 70 inches high the actual height of the unit is over 71 inches. There is a structural piece 1 1/2 inches high that extends 6 inches out from the face of the…
We purchased this refrigerator in May for a kitchen remodel, it was not installed until completion of our renovation at the end of August 2024. I chose this model for its counter depth because the footprint of our space is small and our big ol french door model with big handles…
