Owners Answer
The questions shoppers ask, answered from real owner reviews and discussions across the web — not the manufacturer spec sheet. See the spec FAQ below for the official numbers.
How much storage space does this refrigerator offer?Based on 6 owner mentions
This model provides 27.8 cubic feet of capacity with a French-door design. Reviewers consistently praise the spacious interior, noting that the layout feels larger than expected and accommodates families well, with flexible shelving options to adjust for taller items when needed.
What do owners like most about the design and finish?Based on 5 owner mentions
The fingerprint-resistant stainless steel finish is a standout feature that reviewers love, requiring minimal cleaning effort. The interior LED lighting is also frequently praised for visibility, and the overall design is described as attractive, sleek, and well-engineered with intuitive controls.
How is the cooling performance and temperature control?Based on 5 owner mentions
Most owners report consistent, reliable cooling with good temperature stability in both the refrigerator and freezer compartments. Several reviewers note the unit cools quickly after installation and maintains steady temperatures, though a few mention the freezer can take up to 24 hours to reach full temperature on initial setup.
Are there any common issues with the ice maker?Based on 6 owner mentions
Several reviewers report ice maker problems, including jamming, freezing up when ice is not dispensed regularly, poor sealing at the ice-maker compartment gaskets leading to frost buildup, and limited ice production capacity. Some owners have added a second ice maker to address insufficient output. These issues appear frequently enough to warrant consideration before purchase.
How loud is the refrigerator during operation?Based on 7 owner mentions
Noise levels are mixed. Some reviewers describe the unit as quiet or very quiet with consistent compressor operation, while others report it is noticeably louder than their previous appliances, with humming or rattling sounds. A few note it is louder than expected but tolerable. Noise performance appears to vary by unit.
Do the French doors close easily?Based on 4 owner mentions
Multiple reviewers note that the French doors require a deliberate, forceful push to close completely and do not swing shut automatically. This is a recurring complaint, with some owners finding it inconvenient and a potential energy inefficiency concern. A few suggest an auto-close feature would be a valuable improvement.
What are the dimensions and will it fit in my space?Based on 2 owner mentions
The refrigerator measures 35.8 inches wide, 69.9 inches tall, and 36.3 inches deep. Reviewers report that despite these external dimensions being similar to previous models, the interior layout provides more usable space. It is recommended to verify these measurements against your available space before purchase.
What is the annual energy consumption?Based on 1 owner mention
This model uses approximately 725 kilowatt-hours per year. Reviewers who mention energy efficiency generally describe it positively, though the actual operating cost will depend on local electricity rates.

Our new refrigerator is such a step up from what we had that it is hard to compare. We especially love the overall space. The grandkids love the water dispenser that senses your cup. Also, I am one who forgets to close the door so the alarm is much appreciated.
Rootbeer59Sep 4, 2025 - Great capacity French door refrigerator
I bought full depth French door refrigerator after owning a counter depth side by side. This model is superior in capacity, adjustable shelving and appearance. So far, after owning a few weeks, it is fantastic
