Frigidaire, Frost Free Top Mount 2 Door Apartment Size Refrigerator With Freezer, 10 cu ft FFET1022UV

Yes, this top-freezer model is specifically designed for compact spaces. Reviewers consistently praise its apartment and garage-ready size, noting it fits perfectly in tight alcoves and small kitchens while still offering surprisingly roomy interiors for food storage. The recessed handle also helps it fit snugly into confined spaces.

Multiple owners report that this model runs very quietly, with some noting it barely seems to run at all. The quiet operation is frequently cited as a standout feature, making it ideal for apartments, small homes, and secondary refrigerator use.

Owners report that this model is energy-efficient and draws very little power. It is garage-ready and works well for off-grid solar systems, making it a good choice for those concerned about electricity consumption.

The top-freezer design places the freezer compartment above the refrigerator section. Reviewers note that while the refrigerator section sits lower (requiring some bending), most find it easy to access items with the bright interior lighting. One senior reviewer confirmed that despite initial concerns, the layout works well and everything is easy to reach.

This model measures 23.8 inches wide, 59.9 inches tall, and 26.3 inches deep. Multiple reviewers confirm it fits well in small spaces and alcoves. Note that rear venting requires approximately 3 inches of clearance on the sides and top for proper air circulation.

Most reviewers report that the refrigerator maintains good temperatures at the recommended settings. However, one owner noted they had to turn the setting above the recommended level for food safety temperatures, so it may be worth monitoring with a thermometer initially.

One reviewer noted that the door bins and drawers are somewhat flimsy and require careful handling. The same reviewer mentioned that replacement parts are expensive, so durability of these components may be a consideration for heavy-use situations.

The "Garage Ready" sticker on the exterior requires significant effort to remove, as it requires a solvent like Goof Off and vigorous scrubbing. One reviewer found this frustrating and noted it can scratch the finish if not careful.
