The doors close smoothly and easily on most units. Most reviewers report satisfaction with the refrigerator's performance and reliability. However, a few owners have experienced component failures within 2–3 years of use, including a fan failure and one unit that stopped cooling entirely after two years of seasonal use. While the majority of reviews are positive, potential buyers should be aware of these isolated durability concerns and consider warranty options.
