Frigidaire FRFN2813AF 29 cu ft Sd French Door Refrigerator

Reviewers consistently praise the spacious interior, with multiple owners noting it holds significantly more than their previous models and accommodates a month's worth of groceries. The French-door design with a bottom freezer drawer maximizes usable space, and the water dispenser integrated into the door frees up additional shelf room compared to older external-dispenser models.

Yes, multiple reviewers highlight quiet operation as a standout feature. Owners report being pleasantly surprised by the low noise level, with some comparing it favorably to noisier competitors at higher price points.

The ice maker is generally reliable and produces a large volume of ice that most households find adequate. However, several reviewers note it takes a week or longer to fill the bin initially, and some describe it as slow during regular use—though one owner reports it makes ice quickly. If you have a large household with high ice demand, initial fill-up may require patience.

Most reviewers report excellent temperature control and food freshness. One owner noted a significant improvement over their older Frigidaire model. However, one reviewer experienced a serious cooling failure in the upper refrigerator section after about a year, which required service calls. While this appears to be an isolated defect case, it underscores the importance of verifying warranty coverage.

Reviewers consistently praise the sleek, modern design with clean lines. The interior water and ice dispenser (rather than external) creates a polished look, and the anti-fingerprint finish resists smudges. The French-door configuration with bottom freezer drawer is noted as both stylish and functional, and owners report it looks high-end for the price.

The refrigerator is 36 inches wide, 70 inches tall, and 33.3 inches deep, fitting a standard full-size profile. One reviewer used an online tool to verify fit before purchase and confirmed it fits well in existing framed spaces. If you're replacing an older model, this should fit in the same footprint.

Multiple reviewers describe it as excellent value, noting it looks and performs like a high-end model at a competitive price point. Owners who have owned previous Frigidaire models report strong reliability and satisfaction, with some units lasting 17–24 years.

The vast majority of reviewers report trouble-free operation. However, a small number of owners experienced significant failures (cooling malfunction, ice maker failure, freezer handle breakage, compressor issues) within the first year. While these appear to be isolated defects rather than widespread patterns, they underscore the importance of registering your warranty and keeping service contact information readily available.
