The questions shoppers ask, answered from real owner reviews and discussions across the web — not the manufacturer spec sheet. See the spec FAQ below for the official numbers.
How quiet is this refrigerator during operation?Based on 5 owner mentions
Multiple owners report that this model runs very quietly compared to their previous refrigerators, with one reviewer specifically noting it doesn't run nearly as much as their older unit. The quiet operation is consistently praised as a standout feature.
What smart features does this refrigerator offer?Based on 5 owner mentions
This model connects to SmartThings and allows you to control features via your phone, receive notifications if the door is left open, monitor energy efficiency, and turn the ice maker on/off remotely. Some owners also report receiving alerts on their Samsung TV when the door is left open.
How much storage space does this refrigerator actually provide?Based on 5 owner mentions
Despite its compact exterior dimensions, owners consistently report being surprised by the generous interior storage capacity. The efficient use of space, flexible compartments, and deep shelving allow it to hold significantly more groceries than expected for its size, making it ideal for smaller kitchens and households.
How well does the water and ice dispenser work?Based on 5 owner mentions
Owners praise both the water dispenser and ice maker as reliable and convenient features. The water dispenser is noted as quick and easy to use, while the ice maker produces good-quality half-moon ice cubes in adequate quantities. Are there any limitations with door opening or interior layout?Based on 3 owner mentions
Some owners noted that the refrigerator doors cannot open fully in tight spaces, which can make it difficult to remove crisper drawers or access certain items. Additionally, the door shelves are not adjustable, and some larger items like tall pitchers may not fit in the door compartments. The freezer separator at the bottom is not moveable.
