Owners Answer
The questions shoppers ask, answered from real owner reviews and discussions across the web — not the manufacturer spec sheet. See the spec FAQ below for the official numbers.
How much storage space does this refrigerator offer?Based on 12 owner mentions
This model has a capacity of 23.3 cubic feet, which reviewers consistently praise as spacious and generous for a counter-depth design. Multiple owners report being pleasantly surprised by how much food they can store despite the shallower depth, and note that the adjustable shelves and flexible drawer configurations make it easy to customize the layout for different items.
What do owners like most about the design and appearance?Based on 12 owner mentions
Reviewers consistently praise the sleek, modern stainless steel finish and elegant French-door design. The counter-depth construction is a major highlight—it fits flush with cabinetry for a built-in look without the premium price. The hidden water dispenser inside the door is frequently mentioned as a favorite feature because it maintains a clean exterior appearance while remaining convenient to use.
How is the temperature control and cooling performance?Based on 5 owner mentions
Owners report that this refrigerator maintains steady, reliable temperatures and keeps food fresh effectively. Multiple reviewers specifically mention that it holds the correct temperature very well, and the humidity-controlled crisper drawers are effective at keeping produce fresher longer. Temperature stability is consistently cited as a strength of this model.
Is the ice maker effective?Based on 6 owner mentions
Most reviewers report that the ice maker works well and produces nice small cubes in good quantity. However, a few owners note that ice production can be slow initially, and one reviewer mentioned it takes time to ramp up. Overall, the majority of users are satisfied with ice maker performance once it is fully operational.
How quiet is this refrigerator?Based on 5 owner mentions
Multiple reviewers specifically praise the quiet operation of this model, with several calling it silent or very quiet. One owner notes it is occasionally a little loud but nothing that bothers household members. Overall, quiet performance is a consistent strength highlighted by satisfied owners.
How easy is it to maintain and change filters?Based on 2 owner mentions
Owners report that changing the water filter is straightforward and easy. The low placement of the filter and the accessible design make maintenance simple. The water dispenser also features a plastic shelf beneath it to catch any drips, protecting flooring and adding to the practical design.
Are there any common issues to be aware of?Based on 2 owner mentions
A small number of reviewers reported door seal or hinge issues—specifically, freezer door misalignment causing frost buildup, or door hinges not sealing properly. One owner also experienced occasional food freezing, which was resolved with a parts swap. These appear to be isolated cases rather than widespread problems, and most units arrive and function without issues.
What is the water dispenser like?Based on 7 owner mentions
The internal water dispenser is a frequently praised feature. Reviewers appreciate that it is hidden inside the door for a sleek exterior appearance, requires opening only one door to access, and dispenses water quickly with good taste quality thanks to the carbon filter. The design prevents water from splashing or dripping onto flooring.

We spent a considerable amount of time online and asking friends and settled on thi model. Simples but elegant. Plenty of space. Mrs. Loves the water inside the door.
Dirk and GertrudMay 4, 2026 We love this refrigerator. It is silent, looks great, has so much storage and we love the bottom pull out freezer!
LaryskaApr 7, 2026- Roomy Counter Depth Fridge
We researched a lot, and ultimately picked this one because it was one of the shallowest counter depth models out there, we liked the matching electric range and it looked so similar to the Cafe line, but only half the cost for the fridge. So far I've been really happy with it.…

Brand Background
About Frigidaire Professional
Frigidaire Professional represents the premium tier within the Frigidaire family, owned by Electrolux and headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. This luxury line draws inspiration from commercial kitchen aesthetics, offering home cooks the look and functionality typically associated with professional-grade equipment. The Fridge.com catalog currently tracks seven active Frigidaire Professional models, with french-door refrigerators comprising the largest segment at four units, complemented by two standard refrigerator models and one standalone freezer. Notable entries include the PRFS2883AF french-door model and the PRDF1922AF freezer, both among the most frequently monitored products in this lineup. The brand positions itself for consumers seeking elevated design elements and robust construction without necessarily stepping into the ultra-premium commercial category. With its stainless steel finishes and symmetrical styling, Frigidaire Professional appeals to homeowners renovating kitchens with a modern, cohesive appearance in mind. While the lineup remains relatively focused compared to mainstream Frigidaire offerings, the concentration on french-door configurations reflects current consumer preferences for accessible storage and contemporary refrigerator layouts.
