The COSMO COS-FDR223GWSS is a counter-depth French door refrigerator with a 22.4 cubic foot capacity and a stainless steel finish. It measures 36 inches in width and features a built-in ice maker along with a through-the-door water dispenser. The French door configuration provides access to the refrigerator compartment through two side-by-side doors, with a freezer drawer located below.
This unit is designed for kitchens where a counter-depth profile is needed to align with existing cabinetry rather than protruding beyond it. The water dispenser requires a water line connection for operation, and the ice maker also depends on this plumbed water supply. Buyers should verify that the 36-inch width and counter-depth dimensions are compatible with their kitchen layout and that a water line can be installed at the desired location.

Brand Background
About Cosmo
Cosmo has carved out a distinct position in the refrigeration market by focusing exclusively on french-door configurations, with all eight models currently tracked by Fridge.com falling into this popular category. The brand, which also manufactures kitchen appliances including ranges and ventilation systems, brings its design-forward approach to refrigeration with models like the COS-RFFV183RBK and COS-FDR225RHSS-G that emphasize sleek aesthetics alongside practical functionality. French-door refrigerators remain a consumer favorite for their wide shelf space, easy access to fresh food compartments, and bottom-mounted freezer drawers, and Cosmo's commitment to this single format suggests a strategic focus on perfecting one style rather than spreading across multiple configurations. The brand's current average rating of 3.2 out of 5 indicates room for improvement in customer satisfaction, though the relatively small catalog size means individual experiences can significantly influence overall scores. Shoppers considering Cosmo should weigh the brand's specialized french-door expertise against more established competitors, particularly when evaluating long-term reliability and service support options in their purchasing decision.
