Gathering the reviews
We continuously collect owner reviews and public discussions from major retailers and community forums, de-duplicate them, and set aside anything we can’t tie to a verified purchase.
Calculating the average
Averaged across every source we found (Amazon, AJ Madison, and other retailers). Each source counts in proportion to how many ratings it has, so a store with thousands of reviews moves the number more than one with only a handful.

Owners Answer
The questions shoppers ask, answered from real owner reviews and discussions across the web — not the manufacturer spec sheet. See the spec FAQ below for the official numbers.
Yes. Reviewers consistently praise this model for its compact size and surprising storage flexibility, making it ideal for small apartments, condos, and tight kitchens. Multiple owners report that the adjustable shelves and bins pack in full-sized refrigerator features into a space-efficient design, and several note it was the perfect downsizing choice for their needs.
This model uses approximately 494 kWh per year. Reviewers report it performs well on energy efficiency compared to older, full-sized units, with one owner specifically noting it seems very energy efficient after three weeks of use.
Yes, this model includes an ice maker. Reviewers note it works reliably and is a valued feature, though one owner mentioned the ice maker can be somewhat loud during operation.
The bottom-freezer layout is praised by reviewers, particularly older users who find it much easier to access items from the refrigerator section without bending as far. The freezer drawers are accessible at a lower level, though some owners note the drawer glides feel flimsy and could be more durable.
Yes. Multiple reviewers report the refrigerator operates loudly, describing humming, grinding, or high-frequency compressor sounds that cycle on and off. Additionally, a significant pattern of cooling failures emerges across reviews: several owners report the refrigerator section fails to maintain proper temperature, stops cooling entirely, or freezes food unevenly, sometimes within months to a few years of purchase. Some units have required multiple repair visits or replacement.
Warranty coverage varies and may not include the sealed system in all cases. Multiple reviewers report difficulty obtaining replacement parts, with some noting that parts are no longer manufactured for this model despite it still being sold. Several owners experienced long waits (weeks to months) for parts and repairs, and some found that warranty coverage was limited or did not apply to their failure.
Some reviewers report that ice freezes into solid blocks in the freezer, icicles form from the ceiling, and frost accumulates that requires regular scraping. This appears to be a recurring issue for a subset of owners, though not universal.
Yes. Reviewers consistently praise the sleek, modern, stainless-steel design and counter-depth profile, noting it significantly improves kitchen aesthetics. The clean digital interface and compact footprint are frequently highlighted as major selling points, with several owners mentioning it transformed the look of their kitchens.

This was suze we needed for small house. The drawers feel flimsy like they will be vulnerable to cracking
I bought it a year ago. Looks beautiful inside and outside. I am satisfied.
I bought two of them to put side by side and make ape ranch of one big unit So far so good.
I have a very small kitchen that was decades outdated. The big beige refrigerator was the only thing you could see. This beautiful, stainless, counter depth, 24” refrigerator changed the whole look of the renovation. I love it!! That being said, i Did not give it five stars…
Just moved into our new place several weeks ago and am in love with my Whirlpool apartment size fridge! Lots of room in a small space.
