The refrigerator features a sleek stainless steel exterior with a modern, flat-panel design that looks clean and contemporary. Reviewers consistently praise the attractive appearance, though some note that while the finish is fingerprint-resistant, it may still show some marks over time.

Most reviewers are satisfied with the layout and shelf configuration. However, some note that the adjustable shelves have limited height positions, which can make it difficult to fit tall items like gallon jugs or 2-liter bottles without lowering shelves significantly. A few reviewers also mention that middle shelves may sag if heavily loaded toward the center, so heavier items are better placed at the door or on sturdier sections.

This refrigerator uses approximately 643 kilowatt-hours per year. Reviewers note that it is energy efficient and runs well, making it a good choice for those concerned about operating costs.

The vast majority of reviewers report excellent performance and durability. However, one reviewer experienced a freezer failure within six months of ownership, and another noted that the ice bucket design can shift and occasionally prevent the freezer door from closing smoothly. Most owners report long-term satisfaction, with some having owned the unit for several years without issues.
