Recently purchased a 3 door, 25 cf Samsung Bespoke refrigerator. Need more capacity. This refrigerator has all the latest features and connects to Smart Things app. Highly recommend Samsung.

We’ve been extremely happy with our 25 ft.³ three-door French door refrigerator from Samsung. One of our favorite features is the internal beverage center—it’s convenient, well designed, and keeps drinks easily accessible without opening the entire refrigerator. The sleek stainless steel exterior looks modern and clean, and we really appreciate how easy it is to maintain. Fingerprints wipe away effortlessly with just a soft towel, which makes a big difference in everyday use. For a refrigerator that’s “only” 25 cubic feet, it holds an impressive amount. The interior layout is thoughtfully designed, and we especially like that the middle shelf can be adjusted to two different positions. This flexibility makes it easy to accommodate taller items when needed. One small limitation is that a bottle of wine only fits in one of the side doors, but that hasn’t been a major issue for us. The ice maker has been a standout feature. Having two ice size options is surprisingly useful and comes in handy more often than we expected. We also appreciate the door-open alarm—it’s reassuring to know we’ll be alerted if a door isn’t fully closed. Another feature we enjoy is the pull-out drawer beneath the shelves. While we do wish it were see-through, it works perfectly for what we use it for—mainly storing cheese and butter—so it’s still very functional for us. Overall, this refrigerator strikes a great balance between capacity, flexibility, and thoughtful features. It looks great, performs well, and fits our household needs beautifully.

I love this fridge! It is deep giving it great capacity. I really love the pitcher that self fills. The cooling was quick and that was a pleasant surprise. The energy efficiency is very good. The lines are clean and I like how it looks in my kitchen.

Stainless steel finish is very nice looking and actually pretty fingerprint resistant. The inside is large, we love the self filling water pitcher and the extra fridge drawer. The freezer is upgraded from our last model with the drawers moving in and out more, making it easier to get things in the bottom drawer. It is nice to have the 2 ice sizes as well.

I honestly love this rich. I like the capacity is such a huge operator previous fridge being able to use the water pitcher and the option to just do Power. Cool when you have blackouts to bring the food back up to temperature it’s just great. Went down it is kind of a fingerprint magnet

We recently purchased a new Samsung RF25 refrigerator. We are very impressed with the sleek design and look of the fridge. It is backed up not only by efficiency but by power too, it seemed to get ice cold wothin 30 minutes of plugging it in. The ice maker is working wonderfully and I really love the water pitcher feature in the door of the fridge. I love the space in the fridge and the freezer, Samsung has covered every corner with little shelves taking full advantage of every inch of space.

Its a good refrigerator. It is extremely efficient and has a way to tie into Samsung SmartThings were it sends the daily power use, which helps preserve electricity. It has power cool and power freeze modes to help food get to its proper temp. especially if its fresh from the store. The ice maker makes two sizes of ice large and small cubes. The size is good and the freezer portion has a drawer that fills half of it. The only thing that isn't great is there is nocwater dispensing, the only option for that would take up half a door from storage space for the water pitcher l.

We were seeking a replacement for our 25 year old refrigerator and were limited to a unit no larger than our previous 2 door freezer on top model. We specifically wanted a french door unit with a bottom freezer and internal (not door mounted) ice maker. This was the only unit we found which met our criteria and it has been in place for 6 months. We’ve had no problems - hooray.

Purchasing this refrigerator has been a great decision. The multiple ice options are awesome. The water pitcher is a great addition as well. I love that this worse in sync with the smart things app, which allows me to control the temperature from my wireless device as well as sends notifications when the door is left open or water filter needs changing.

This Samsung 3-Door French refrigerator makes you think twice. When the misses and I looked at this refrigerator online, it looked small. The misses didn’t care. Lo and behold a few months later there was refrigerator in front of our apartment that was being delivered by the delivery men. As the delivery men were bringing in refrigerator into the apartment, I was left perplexed. After the delivery men brought the refrigerator in the apartment unpacked, I was astonished. This Samsung 3-Door French Refrigerator has space max technology that will make you think twice. The design aspect of the refrigerator maximizes space so that you can store more food and take less space in the kitchen. Not to mention this refrigerator has so many features. For one, the refrigerator comes with the Beverage Center that can dispense crisp filter water plus auto fill the pitcher that comes with it. What’s awesome is there is a compartment that makes ice two different sizes. There is bite size ice and cubed size ice at your disposal. All in all, this refrigerator is great for our apartment and one shouldn’t underestimate the misses.

The new Samsung Bespoke refrigerator is really nice. The fridge looks modern and sleek with no handles. Although it’s a little smaller than anticipated but it’s spacious enough. The freezer has a good space for food regardless of the huge ice tray. The location of the filter is easy to change since it’s at the bottom corner and nothing covers it. The buttons to control the fridge are smartly located inside. However, the water dispenser being inside the fridge took a little while to get used to. I noticed the fruits and vegetables last much longer than our previous fridge. It’s pretty neat that the fridge can make two different ice sizes. I however missed the crush ice feature we had. The small sized ice is small but not enough to considered itself being closed to crush ice. Overall, there are some things I wished this fridge could have but all the things that it has do outweigh the other things.

So far, I am impressed with this refrigerator. It is technically smaller than my last fridge but has the same capacity. There are a few things that I love. I am am glad there is no ice maker taking up space in the upper fridge area and I really love the pitcher. The pitcher makes it so much easier to get water for drinks or my dogs. The shelves in the fridge are nice but I do wish they had more adjustability. I also wish that one of the shelves a split shelf. In my last Samsung fridge, there was a shelf that allowed you to lift a portion of it so that the shelf sat back further. I do miss having handles on the outside. It will take a little getting used to not having handles on the front of the fridge. I do like the multiple types of ice in the freezer, although the ice maker is a bit loud. Another think I miss from my old fridge was that there was lighting in the back of the fridge. this fridge only have lighting in the front, so it is a bit difficult to see what is in the back of the fridge if there are things in the way of the front light. Overall, this fridge is nice and it works well. Is it perfect, no, but it does a pretty good job.

This is the perfect size Samsung Bespoke refrigerator. When the refrigerator was delivered I couldn’t but smile. I love the whole cool metal design that Samsung offers with its refrigerator. Now talking about the space that this refrigerator offers is superb. I mean you can fit so much inside the refrigerator thanks to SpaceMax technology. Immediately when you open the fridge, theres a Beverage Center built to keep a cool pitcher of water, lemonade, juice, you name it. And next to pitcher there is quick cool filter water dispenser. I also like the fact that freezer section has dual ice maker. I can choose from cubed size ice to bite sized ice conveniently placed side by side Overall I can say this fridge is great for the space it provides, the convenience factor of the dual ice maker, and my favorite The Beverage Center.

When I viewed this refrigerator in the store, I knew that this was "the one". Samsung 25 cu. ft. 3-Door French Door Refrigerator with Beverage Center™ & AutoFill Water Pitcher RF25C5551SR/AA (Stainless Steel). We previously had a side by side and my daughter kept complaining about it not having enough room, so we had to buy a “garage refrigerator” where we could keep the other things we buy and could not get in the refrigerator – not now – we literally have room for everything we buy. When we go shopping some people would think that we are buying for a restaurant since we keep so much fresh food on hand at one time. Is it “stuffed full” – of course, but the point is that everything fits! – no additional refrigerator needed. This beautiful unit has now replaced not only the regular refrigerator, but the garage refrigerator also because it is no longer needed. The shelves in the side of the door hold everything needed, and are also adjustable. Gosh, there just not enough superlatives that I can use about this refrigerator. Beautiful, sleek, spacious, quiet, auto-fill water pitcher (integrates with SmartThings). Water pitcher (self filling) and Ice Dispenser and INSIDE the fridge keeping little people in you’re your house from pushing buttons on the door and keeping your floor wet. HUGE freezer drawer slides out easily and has a small top drawer that you can slide back and put bigger items below, features a 25 cu ft interior, with LED lighting, adjustable shelves, side adjustable shelves in both doors. Power touch sensor to open door and coolest thing ever – AutoFill Water Pitcher (internal water filter), and you can choose from 2 sizes of ice cubes! I truly thought my old Samsung refrigerator was good, but if you are looking to buy a new refrigerator, you definitely need to consider this one. Samsung has really outdone their own selves by designing this refrigerator. I honestly do not know of one single thing they could do to make it better or more efficient.

When this refrigerator arrived, it was smaller than I expected. I was worried it wouldn’t work for my household. Turned out the size of this fridge works great. I'm impressed by its compact, modern and sleek design. Despite its size, it has a large capacity that is quite deceptive. The SpaceMax™ Technology, allows so much extra storage space without sacrificing energy efficiency. We can fit plenty of food and have yet to run out of space. Two of my favorite components are The Beverage Center and the Dual Auto Ice Make. R with Ice Bites™. I love the water dispenser and AutoFill Water Pitcher that are located inside the door versus the exterior. We use the pitcher every day to fill the coffee maker, kettle and other items that are not so easy to fill. I have also infused watermelon in the fruit filter that comes as part of the lid, and that was delicious! The ice maker is in the freezer drawer. Being that it is actually in a freezer, you will not have issues with a in-door ice dispenser freezing up that has been a common issue with many other refrigerators with door icemakers. It's also convenient to have ice, in two separate sizes. I also like the secret drawer by the filter, where I store butter & deli items. Which is another example of a good use of space. Some very minor areas that I noticed are: the glass shelves do not appear to be adjustable. The shelves are connected all the way across the inside. Therefore, you cannot make one side taller than the other to fit taller items. (At least I couldn’t figure it out) All taller items fit inside the door shelves, including a gallon of milk, so there is designated space for it. However, the tempered glass and spill-proof shelves with LED lighting adds to the overall convenience and accessibility of the fridge. I also would prefer if it had more smart features. I appreciate that it has Wi-Fi, and I can monitor the temp control from my phone, but that’s about it. There are so many more possibilities with this feature. The Fingerprint Resistant Stainless Steel is also a great feature in theory, however, I have noticed that fingerprints still appear. Overall, the Samsung 25 cu. ft. 3-Door French Door Refrigerator with Beverage Center™ & AutoFill Water Pitcher RF25C5551SR has been an excellent addition to our kitchen. Key areas for me are its compact size with a large capacity; the convenient built-in features, such the water pitcher and dual ice options, the modern and sleek design and its energy efficiency

First of all it looks very nice and very well made. Unfortunately finger prints get all over it very easily. It's needs cleaned every day. Size wise, I thought I was getting more space. The fridge is not as wide as I thought and the freezer is smaller than our previous side by side fridge. I love that the freezer makes two different sizes of ice cubes, and it makes a ton of ice. You could throw a party. And probably wouldn't have to buy ice. I also love the beverage center. I drink more water now that there's a prefilled pitcher that refills itself very fast. I was disappointed with the filter though. It's a decent filter, but not the best, so if you have bad water to begin with its not going to get a whole lot better. The power cool function was amazing. We got to temperature in less than two hours. I did struggle with the power freeze. It would only go down to 8 degrees while on, so I left it run for way too long, and I was worried I got a defective fridge, but as soon as I turned the power freeze off, it dropped fast.

My family and I like everything about this fridge. I feel that the water pitcher is the greatest feature. I get to fill my water bottle quickly when in the go. I also enjoy the two different sizes of ice cubes. Both the fridge and freezer have ample space. The unit is not noisy at all. I do have to make sure doors in fridge close all the way. I can’t just let them go and they close. I have to physically push to close every time. That’s my only issue. Otherwise, very satisfied and highly recommend.

The fridge has a sleek design and fits into my space perfect. It is a tad slimmer than the one I am replacing but overall. There is a ton of space inside the fridge. I love how it has a water pitcher on the side of the door. You can add lemons to infuse the water and it refills on its own. The ice bucket is kinda big. It does take up space in the freezer. The ice maker makes 2 different size ice cubes, 1 larger and the other smaller. They also included a ice shovel so you dont get the other ice cubes dirty. The bottom of the freezer bucket has alot of space and is perfect for what I need it for. Plenty of space in the refrigerator, the only thing I don't like is next to the water pitcher there are 2 small brackets. It's not big enough for a sauce bottle, only thing I can think of is sauce packets which I think is a waste. But overall I do like the sleek design, no door handles and plenty of room inside the fridge. I highly recommend this fridge if you are in the market for one.

The Samsung Refrigerator I received is everything I have been looking for in a refrigerator! The sleek modern design has the water and ice dispenser on the inside rather than the outside. It has an autofill water pitcher and well as a dispenser for individual water, bottles, cups, etc... This refrigerator does not lack space either. However, I wish the freeze didn't have the divider in the drawer . It makes it hard to freezer anything larger than the compartment size. ( Like the Cake I have in the photo below. ) We will have to get used to opening the right side of the refrigerator first and then the left side. Not a big deal, just something we have to remember to do. The stainless steel is finger proof resistant and it has been a time saver for me. No longer do I have to constantly wipe the finger prints off the refrigerator. One of the reasons I have stayed away from stainless steel appliances in the past. I was able to add this refrigerator to my Smartthings app in less than a minute. From the app I am able to control the temperature of the fridge and the freezer. It gives me the current temperature of both the fridge and the freezer. It also allows me to turn on and off the ice marker and activate the power freeze.

Even with high expectations from the specifications this fridge has impressed me even more than I could of expected. First off it's beautiful. Secondly its features are amazing. It has a ton of space, the water pitcher inside is great (and has the option to infuse), and the freezer makes two kinds of ice. Also there is a second drawer in the freezer under the one in my picture. This fridge is amazing.

We use the pitcher to fill our waterbottles every morning for school. So far, I am impressed with this refrigerator. It is technically smaller than my last fridge but has the same capacity. There are a few things that I love. I am am glad there is no ice maker taking up space in the upper fridge area and I really love the pitcher. The pitcher makes it so much easier to get water for drinks or my dogs. The shelves in the fridge are nice but I do wish they had more adjustability. I also wish that one of the shelves a split shelf. In my last Samsung fridge, there was a shelf that allowed you to lift a portion of it so that the shelf sat back further. I do miss having handles on the outside. It will take a little getting used to not having handles on the front of the fridge. I do like the multiple types of ice in the freezer, although the ice maker is a bit loud. Another think I miss from my old fridge was that there was lighting in the back of the fridge. this fridge only have lighting in the front, so it is a bit difficult to see what is in the back of the fridge if there are things in the way of the front light. Overall, this fridge is nice and it works well. Is it perfect, no, but it does a pretty good job.

I love the look of this Bespoke fridge. I love the sleek straight look with no handle bars and no dispenser. The entire fridge looks modern. The stainless is fingerprint resistance so far. It’s easy to clean and doesn’t leave any marks behind. The fridge looks small on the outside but inside actually look pretty spacious. I love having the beverage center inside the door, and yet it doesn’t compromise the space for other things. I like that the water dispenser is low so my son can actually get his own water without spilling the water everywhere. The filter placement is at a very accessible place for easy replacement in the future. I like that the ice maker separate out two different sizes. As much as I like the two compartments for ice and how ‘cool’ it is to make 2 different sizes, I feel the tray is too big. The tray takes up more than half of the top compartment in the freezer so there isn’t a lot of space left to put other things. I’m also not used to the noise when the ice fall down onto the tray. The tray and ice maker are not close so throughout the day I’d hear the dropping noise of the ice. Something I need to get used to for sure. Aside from the fact that the ice takes up almost 1/4 of the freezer space, I find it easy to organizer the freezer because of it’s square shape. The temperature for the fridge is on point. Connecting to WiFi with SmartThings app was easy and quick. The app is user friendly and convenient to turn off the ice make or change/check the temperature when away on vacation. So far I really enjoy this fridge.

When it got delivered it seemed smaller than the fridge it replaced. When I opened it up, it had way more space. It could fit more things because of the smart layout. Speaking of smart, I love the digital cooling controls placed perfectly inside. My last fridge had the control panel outside and it always seemed to get bumped and changed etc, this is much better. The outside is sleek and smooth with the handles on both the top and bottom of the doors smartly hidden, which looks like a much cleaner design.. Having never to fill the water pitcher, standing there waiting is a blessing. I will never go back to that. A freezer with plenty of space and 2 different kinds of ice. Worth every penny. A solid choice of fridge, I’m very happy.

I absolutely love the new Bespoke refrigerator from Samsung. It is sleek and modern looking, yet super spacious inside. The shelves are all removable, including door shelves. It definitely allows for some customization inside. The beverage center is so convenient, and I absolutely love having a full pitcher of water every time I open the refrigerator. I wasn't sure how I would feel about having the water dispenser inside the refrigerator, but it isn't a problem. The freezer is spacious, and I absolutely love the fact that it can make two different sizes of ice. I do wish that the ice dispenser had a cover on it though. One of the most interesting things about this refrigerator is that it can connect to an app and I can receive alerts and check the status of my refrigerator at any time. I would absolutely recommend this refrigerator to anyone looking for a beautiful, high quality refrigerator.

This fridge fits perfectly in my smaller space. Had to remove the doors to get it in the kitchen, but that was easy, even with the water line to the door. Plenty of room inside and well layed out. I do wish it had a little more adjustment points to the shelf height, but it still fits all the tall items! Really like the water pitcher.

It took the fridge a couple of days to get to the set temperature in refrigerator. The freezer took about 1 day. At first it seemed like the water was slow and not making enough ice. We discovered the installation crew kinked the water hose. Once we fixed that we had good water pressure and ice was being made much faster. We really like the indoor water pitcher. It is so convenient to grab the pitcher to fill your glass and return it to fridge and have it automatically refill.

We have an odd width space for a decent fridge so when we found this one with the amount of space for something smaller than 36in was pretty amazing. Lots of storage more than we’ll ever need. I found the design was well thought out with the extra pull out bottom storage in the fridge and beverage center inside the fridge. Something i didnt know i needed until now! The dispensing function works flawlessly with expected flow rate. It keeps the outside looking sleek and clean. I feel the coldness is evenly distributed throughout, but only time will tell. The freezer is deep and the compartment pulls out smoothly and the two size ice is a nice bonus. If this fridge last as long as our last Samsung fridge, then it’s a win for us. Can’t comment on efficiency yet but everything else is good so far.

Fridge is great, the only thing is that the middle shelves, the ones that you can move up or down does not have any support in the middle towards the front and you cannot place anything heavy towards the middle. It sags. The milk bottles we had to store them at the door. Otherwise it does its job. Like the two ice trays and the pitcher at the door.

The capacity of the freezer is so large compared to the pictures. We love having the water pitcher that has filtered water that automatically refills once the pitcher is put back in the refrigerator. The two sizes of ice cubes is also very nice. I would recommend this to family and friends!

My only issue is the water dispenser is extremely slow. The water pitcher fills up really fast, but filling a cup with the dispenser takes forever. Other than that, love fridge. The 2 different ice cubes is something thats sets it apart from others and the smaller ones do come in handy on bottles with tight openings. Light is very bright. Great shelf space, but any taller items, like orange juice bottle, have to be laid on side. There is a movable shelf, but then you are limited on bottom space. The front is magnetic for putting decorations on. Being able to sync with Smarthing to monitor energy usage and filter life is great, and it show you how my times the door is opened by you're kids during the day 😀

Love the fact it makes two types of ice. Other features I like about this product is the exact temperature control, auto fill diffusing pitcher and control on the ice dispenser. The freezer section is spacious. I have a spare freezer but this is sufficient for any average family.

This fridge is fantastic. Things the third time I’ve purchased because each home I have moved into came with a trash refrigerator. The space is unbearable, the multiple kinds of ice, the shelves and door storage; all incredible. Don’t get me started on the beverage center, so quick to fill my water bottle when I’m late getting out the door. I will likely keep buying this fridge as I continue to move around.

Water pitcher and storage capacity

We were looking for a fridge that would fit a smaller space. Originally we had debated doing a major kitchen renovation, just to make more room for a larger fridge. It seemed liked there were limited options in the 33” width category. Then we came across this fridge. It was the right width and came with nice extras like the built in water pitcher and dual ice maker. We ordered sight unseen and were happy to find that the fridge had plenty of room. The freezer is nice and deep and the fridge itself has plenty of room. So far we are very pleased. Didn’t want to rate five stars because we’ve only had it a few days now, but so far it’s pretty close to perfect.

It's pretty convenient at times, but with so many electronics popping up for the house, your big flat screens, doorbells with cameras or remote locks, and it becoming more common to have refrigerators, ovens, and washers and dryers adding more power consuming options like having a TV basically on your refrigerator makes me become more aware of what such things are costing me overall monthly when I look at my electric bill and I find myself asking is it really that convenient to have this kind of undecided at this moment but starting to think maybe not so much

This is the most incredible fridge! I used to be a guy that went with the cheaper options but wow the capacity is insane. And it keeps the food very cool! The ice machine dispenses very quick. So far the refrigerator has been great in regards of cooling and preservation. My veggies and fruits are showing no signs of going bad before expected. The water and ice dispenser is working as advertised minus the water tasting a little funny at first, I'm guessing new hoses and stuff. The capacity is more than my past and leftover dishes fit with ease. So far it's super quiet and efficient, if your kids are holding the door open, it shuts off to conserve energy. Overall it's a good buy.

So great to have 25CF of space in a 33" wide refrigerator. Love the drink center. Also like that the filter is inside the refrigerator. It will be much easier to change out. The look of the refrigerator is really nice with no handles sticking out. The refrigerator cooled down really fast after it was installed and plugged in. All food is staying cool and fresh. Hooking up the SmartThings App was really easy also.

The capacity of the fridge is a good fit for us, but the freezer section has proven to be a bit small for our needs. Great fridge! Shelves distribution is nice. It has a system that keep temperature the same throughout the whole fridge. Freezer has ice make with 2 sizes (large and small). Thus is nice but take some space out. Water pitcher is great and it is filtered, easy to replace. Fridge seems very well made, good materials. Something to think about is the french doors, you can only open them from bottom or top part of door, to close it you may not use these handles and get the doors dirty with fingerprints. Other than that, we love the fridge.

I bought this Fridge 1 month ago and so far love it to death. My Ice cream stays hard love my auto fill picture. The only thing I do not like is the spacing on the shelfs. I had to adjust the one shelf low so that I can accommodate milk and other large bottles. Otherwise love my new fridge.

Absolutely love our new fridge. The French doors contain multiple shelves to hold and organize all my condiments nicely. The larger shelves in the center of the fridge are really solid and strong unlike my last fridge. I have put a heavy pot on top of them and it held up just fine. its also nice and deep so all my stuff fits! The shelves are also adjustable to your preferred height. My favorite part of the fridge is the Beverage Center, where there is a pitcher of cold water for drinking that is filled at all times. It also has a filter for making fruit infused water. We have a separate filtered water setup in our home but having cold waiter readily available is a game changer. The freezer on the bottom is also quite roomy, and I much prefer it on the bottom than on the upper part of the fridge as its not used often. My favorite part about the freezer is the 2 sizes of ice that the ice maker produces, that's a nice plus! It also comes with a little ice scooper which is a nice touch. Overall very happy with the new fridge!

We love our new fridge. It is slightly smaller than our previous side by side but has more space and the freezer on bottom is perfect. Makes two sizes of ice, and the beverage center is really nice. Water is cold and water container fills up once you use it. We also like that there are not handles on the door, but rather built into the top and bottom edges. This is perfect. You will love this fridge.

Ice comes in two sizes: regular and small little cubes, a really nice feature. Plenty of room in the freezer also. The door handles are built into the top and bottom which is nice.

Two Words: Beverage. Center. Who knew that having a self-filling water pitcher would be such a game changer?! Our family is thrilled with our latest addition of our Samsung refrigerator. There is more than enough space to fit all of the groceries we need as a family of four, and reconfiguring the shelves to suit our needs was a breeze. Coming from a fridge with a freezer on the top, having the french doors at eye level makes so much more sense. The ice maker with small and large cubes is a nice touch, as well as the multiple drawers for dual storage. Although it took some getting used to, we love how sleek the fridge looks with no handles sticking out of the front. We have already gotten multiple compliments from some visitors. The icing on the cake is the ability to connect to SmartThings. As an owner of a Samsung oven as well, it's great to be able to connect and change settings of all our appliances in one place.

The other reviews were pretty accurate. The light only in the front makes the back dark. The shelfs not being very adjustable takes some getting used to. The worst part of the fridge has been the SmartThings app and taking the plastic off of the stainless steel surface. The Samsung SmartThings app requires your precise location in order to add a refrigerator, which is unnecessary. The app also prompts "Do more with SmartThings by adding Nest devices." I dismiss the prompt but it comes up every time I open the app. Remove the location requirement and stop with the constant prompts. For unboxing you will spend a lot of time peeling the plastic off the stainless steel. Unfortunately the plastic is crimped into the edges so it's impossible to get all the plastic off and just looks bad (see pictures). Also my top shelf glass was chipped.

Very overpriced, but have some nice features. Some of the features are overkill, some are lacking, as is some of the quality of parts of the equipment or absence of some equipment that is not included any longer. Overall it is a decent appliance but a bit of a ridiculous price tag. Time will tell how it performs and if reliable without unnecessary maintenance.

Nice refrigerator with great space for started. I've had to replace the icemaker recently. Also cleaning (taking apart to get all areas) is challenging. Small freezer capacity and still getting use to filter. Love the smart Samsung feature.

Delivered today without issues. Fridge construction is a little flimsy, but is decent and it looks good. It cooled down enough to load with food in about 3 hrs. The included Owners Manual only contains safety warnings, assembly and cleaning instructions, and warranty info. - Nothing about how to adjust settings, so I’ll try on-line. First Samsung fridge for us. Hope we’re happy long term!

Great fridge in many ways. Integrated pitcher is REALLY nice. In retrospect no handles billed as sleek design now feels like cost cutting, and draws eyes to fingerprints. Recess behind freezer pull "handle" will collect lots of debris and sharp corners make it hard to clean. MOST ANNOYINGLY unlike every fridge I've owned the doors will not close on their own no matter the angle and MUST BE PUSHED CLOSED. In practice this actually turns out to be a big deal and is the one reason I wouldn't recommend the unit. The alarm will go off all the time and this is why the SmartThings phone app is essential because it will also notify you of this non-stop most every day, which while useful gets very old. I was on a business trip to Asia and my fridge door in Massachusetts alarm went off non stop and I had to text my kids to shut the fridge because we would lose all our food if left ajar over night (during a heat wave)! The interior could be much more brightly lit. Love the two sizes of ice cubes and the design of the ice maker is smart with fewer moving parts than others so should stand the test of time. Compressor, we will see, but it's not going to be like the avacado green Kenmore in my mother's basement that's been running like a champ since 1985! This is in fact my biggest gripe with all modern refridgerators.

This refrigerator has very very poor quality stainless steel. It dance extremely easily. I live here by myself. It’s ridiculous… I absolutely hate it. I would not recommend I had no idea it would be so cheap. I’ve had other products before and had bought this about 15 months ago along with other appliances and everything else is fine and my old stuff wasn’t bad. Horrified had no idea it was so cheaply made.. It’s hard to show in pictures. The site‘s not letting me upload any pictures now it’s 15 months old purchased through Home Depot. Don’t buy.

The positives about this fridge. It runs quiet. Ice dispenser is inside ice tray in the freezer. The negatives I wish I would have knew before I bought it. Top shelf is completely useless and cannot be adjusted. Hardly anything fits up there. Crisper drawers have no adjustment for the humidity. All the vegetables that I buy go bad within 4 days or very limp. I have never had this issue with previous refrigerators. Do yourself a favor and buy something else.

Just a little add on to my review a couple of days ago. So samsung came out to check the fridge and it turns out I have to replace the motherboard and damper. The fridge is 1 year and a couple months old. They stated that those parts are not under warranty and would need to replace them myself. The total cost is about 1,000 and samsung refuses to cover that or even partial cover for a defective and poorly built item they are selling. I have tried calling multiple times and customer care is no help. Just so everyone knows motherboards don't malfunction or give until 10-15 years down the line if that. The fact that this is happening to a fridge that is 1 year old and samsung is absolutely refusing to fix this is absurd. Unprofessional. And speaks alot about the company and it's unacceptable.

This refrigerator is not well designed. The interior shelves limit you to storing milk, wine or tall condiment bottles to the door. The ice bins take up half of the upper freezer drawer and there is no option to turn off 2 different ice cube sizes. You lose half of the freezer capacity. The finish is NOT finger print proof. This is not true. I have finger smudges all over my doors. The only feature that is a positive is the auto fill pitcher however its not energy efficient to leave the door open to pour water. Just not a practical appliance even for senior empty nesters. This one needs redesigning.

Not a smart fridge all the app can do is set temperatures and possibly do alarms but I can't confirm that because it didn't alarm when it was 70° inside.

An excellent refrigerator - that's coming from me, an appliance repair master. I recommend this brand because thanks to Samsung, I'm never out of work. Some drawbacks, like issues with the ice maker, go unaddressed for years by Samsung. But the low quality is offset by its short lifespan, meaning if you buy this brand, you'll be replacing it with a new one soon enough.
