Great Features!
AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars
Well the the exterior sheet metal and flush, handle-free design are a home run for me—it fits counter-depth spaces beautifully and resists smudges flawlessly. However, the internal execution falls short of the premium shell; the in-door ice maker is highly prone to frost-bridging and jamming, and the thin plastic crisper drawers flex and stick when fully loaded. My advice is to Upgrade the internal polymer gauge for sturdier drawers, and tighten the thermal insulation seals around the ice enclosure to prevent warm air intrusion. Over all an Awesome product

Very nice fridge. I love the ice bucket feature it’s on the door of the freezer instead of a big bulky unit on the top of the inside, creating a lot more storage space

Customer photo 1Amazing Fridge
AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars
We recently upgraded to this Samsung refrigerator and have been very happy with it. The storage capacity is excellent, and the layout makes it easy to organize groceries for a family. The cooling performance has been consistent, the ice maker works well, and the adjustable shelves provide a lot of flexibility. It also runs quietly and looks great in the kitchen. The Wi-Fi features are a nice bonus, but even without them, it’s a solid refrigerator. Overall, a great combination of style, functionality, and storage space.

Good fridge but I wish the freezer was designed better to handle more capacity. And the touch screen performance couls be better. Its works fine but not the best user experience. There needs to be more apps available for download.

This Samsung refrigerator beautifully combines premium aesthetics with high-end performance. Its sleek stainless steel finish complements any kitchen design. Inside, the massive capacity easily accommodates an abundance of groceries and leftovers without crowding. AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars
I am very happy with my Samsung side-by-side refrigerator. The design is modern and stylish, and it looks great in my kitchen. The refrigerator offers plenty of storage space, making it easy to organize both fresh and frozen foods. The cooling performance is excellent, keeping fruits, vegetables, and other groceries fresh for a long time. Samsung’s side-by-side models are known for features such as spacious storage, adjustable shelves, efficient cooling systems, and Digital Inverter technology, which helps provide quiet operation and energy efficiency. I also appreciate the convenient water and ice dispenser, which works smoothly and is very useful for everyday use. The shelves and compartments are well designed, making it easy to access everything. Overall, this Samsung refrigerator combines style, performance, and convenience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and spacious side-by-side refrigerator for their home. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars
Our new Samsung side by side refrigerator is amazing. The space organization within both the freezer and the fridge sides allow us to have everything more accessible and easy to locate in a glance. The efficient location of the cooling vents keep everything on a correct temperature, also allowing the the things added inside to reach the proper temperature quickly than others refrigerators preserving the food. The glass shelves are easy to remove from, clean them and place them back in no time. The stainless steel doors are easy to clean and looks very elegant.

Customer photo 1Customer photo 2Amazing Refrigerator with Smart Features!
AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars
I recently purchased the Samsung 28 cu. ft. Smart Side-by-Side Refrigerator, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. This refrigerator is not only sleek and stylish but also incredibly functional. The spacious 28 cu. ft. capacity easily accommodates all of our groceries with room to spare, making it perfect for a large family or anyone who loves to entertain. One of the standout features is the smart technology. The Family Hub allows us to manage our groceries, create shopping lists, and even stream music or watch TV right on the refrigerator door. It’s like having a central command center in the kitchen! The built-in cameras are a game-changer, letting us see what’s inside the fridge from anywhere via the app, which is super handy for meal planning and shopping. The cooling performance is top-notch. Our food stays fresh longer, and the temperature control is precise. The side-by-side design ensures everything is easily accessible, and the LED lighting is bright and energy-efficient, making it easy to find what we need without rummaging around.

Great features!
AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars
A fantastic appliance that brings accessibility features to your home. French door layout, it has great access with wide door swings giving you visibility to most of the food at one level of your fridge. Its easy to adjust shelves also makes arranging groceries at a desired height to meet individual needs easier. The bright and touch friendly screen, the icons clearly label the controls. If your eyesight issues hinder, use the touch sensitive display for easy access to changing temperatures and apps on it. You get super effective indoor LED lights too so its not difficult to see everything inside. It stands very tall but, it still works as it’s been put together thoughtfully.

The Accessibility of the product is phenomenal. The capacity of this make and model is the holy grail. The temps are very good at not cooling down and chilling back up constantly. It's always sticks with the consistency of keeping the same temperature. Sharp looking refrigerator with a few bells n whis
AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars
Still early however looks like this refrigerator is going to be fairly awesome. About the only few of negatives I see right away is the lack of deli bin, and lack of butter bin in door, i wish there were some shelf adjustments that could be made, my tea pitcher does not fit on shelf because of top of lid (it fit fine on 2 other refrigerators), still do not have a gallon of milk to see how it would fit (i know they expect it to go in door however I do NOT want my milk or my tea pitcher in door rack), bottom vegetable bin as well as freezer bottom drawer have very little room because of design of water filter for veggi bin?

First Time Samsung Appliance Buyer
AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars
Being first time Samsung appliance buyers, we had apprehension leaving the long-time brand we have always purchased. Only one week in, but so far are pleased with the brand decision. We opted for no ice or water on the outside of the door, which gives a very sleek look. With no protruding handles and counter depth, it has given us an added bonus of 5" additional floor space to our challenging kitchen space layout over our previous refrigerator. Interior is very spacious and well designed for its 23CF size and it operates VERY quietly. Only suggestions for product enhancement would be brighter/more led lighting inside and faster ice production.

Great features!
AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars
We’ve been using this Samsung side-by-side fridge for a few months now, and it excels in a few key areas. From an aesthetics standpoint, the sleek design and clean lines completely upgraded our kitchen look. The capacity is excellent; the freezer and fridge sides are deceptively spacious and fit our weekly groceries easily. In terms of preservation, our fruits and vegetables stay remarkably fresh in the crispers, and the multi-vent cooling keeps everything evenly chilled. It's also surprisingly quiet, which speaks to its energy efficiency. Lastly, the interior is incredibly easy to wipe down and keep clean, making hygiene maintenance a breeze. Very happy with this purchase!

Great little side-by-side
AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars
Very decent capacity for my garage refrigerator. I have limited space and this product has a larger capacity for the same footprint. I’m assuming since it’s e rated that the efficiency will be better as well. The unit is clean, well lighted inside and the “all around cooling” is great for my needs. The fridge looks great and definitely preserves all of my essential backups. It’s clean and hygienic (I said this to satisfy the AI, but it’s really clean inside and is easy to keep it that way). It fits perfectly with the aesthetics of my garage refrigerator

A great product!
AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars
I like how big the inside of the refrigerator and freezer is on this unit. The unit has features such as an alarm when the refrigerator or freezer door has been open for too long of a time and things start cooling off it will ding to let you know to shut the refrigerator which is great with my kids. The water and ice machine has been a great addition as well. The water machine is easy to clean and the refrigerator pieces and freezer pieces as well. I love the refrigerator does not leave handprints very easily.

Not very roomy fridge/freezer but reliable
AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars
It is a reliable refrigerator with dual doors. One side freezer one side regular fridge. It’s compact not too roomy. After 2 years of having it, it remains fully functional until recently where the temperature in the fridge started getting colder. I learned by unblocking the ventilation in the fridge makes a huge difference in temperature. Like I said, it’s not quite roomy, my next one, I definitely purchase the wider space to store my food. Overall, I give it a 4 star.

Top Notch Refrigerator
AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars
Best refrigerator I've ever owned. You can see that a lot of thought was put into the layout of this refrigerator. It fits our family of four perfectly. The ice from the icemaker is the "best ever" according to my 9 year old daughter. I would agree its an excellent icemaker. The sleek design makes keeping it clean very easy.It also has excellent insulation and keeps everything exactly as our family likes. It's extremely efficient and i highly recommend if your looking for a great new refrigerator.

The I’ve had this Samsung fridge for a while now and overall I’m really impressed. It keeps everything consistently cold, runs quietly, and has a very modern, clean look that makes the kitchen feel more updated. The storage layout is spacious and well designed, especially for organizing drinks, produce, and larger items. I also like how energy efficient it feels compared to my previous refrigerator. Definitely a sleek and reliable appliance that combines style with functionality.

Capacity is enourmous compared to other side-by-sides. Efficiency is gokd doesnt use very much power but keeps food the right temperature. Nice finish very easy to keep clean. And ergonomicly it was built so u dont strain with wrong size shelves. Great for preservation, keeps freezer as cold as it needs to be for ice cream.

Almost Perfect Refrigerator
AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars
I really love this Samsung fridge overall. It looks beautiful, keeps everything cold, and has great features and space. The design is modern and it runs quietly, which I appreciate. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the shelves on the door are a little small. Taller drinks and bottles don’t fit upright very well, so I usually have to lay them down. Other than that, I’m very happy with this refrigerator and would still recommend it.

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars
I am so happy with this side-by-side! It is replacing a bottom-freezer Samsung, which is still working but being moved to the garage/rec room area. I really don't like drawer freezers, because I could never find anything! The new side-by-side is roomy and absolutely beautiful. Ice maker is perfect. Sleek design with recessed handles, and front is magnetic stainless finish. Simple controls.

Looks wise, it nice and easy to clean with just a simple stainless steel cleaner and microfiber or paper towel so very hygienic. It can fit a lot in the fridge but the freezer is on the tad tiny side but if you puzzle it works well. This refrigerator /freezer is amazing. Ive had it for 15 years now and never once have I had an issue with the ice dispenser. Every other brand I've ever had the crushed ice would always get clogged up and then eventually break. I have the computer built into it and its fabulpus I can watch tv, news, TV shows. Stream anything, display photos of loved ones and pets and listen to musuc while i cook. I refuse highly recommend Samsung Regridgerator / Freezer.

Great fridge with a lot of room
AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars
This refrigerator is great ! It keeps food fresher longer and it keeps everything ice cold. I don’t love the warning beep it gives you when the door is open but I suppose that would be great for someone who is forgetful. I love the look of the model as well , it has a lot of room and holds enough food for this family of six! The only complaint I have is the ice maker… for some reason it stops working for periods of time and I have downloaded the app and it trouble shoots it and nothing is wrong with it. You push the test button and nothing happens. Then all of a sudden it works for a bit then again the same thing.

Works great
AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars
I’ve had this Samsung side-by-side for a few months now, and overall, it’s a fantastic addition to the kitchen. If you’re looking for a sleek, modern look without spending a fortune on a high-end custom build, this is a great middle ground. The Pros: • Design & Finish: The stainless steel looks incredibly sharp. It has a premium feel, and the fingerprint-resistant coating actually works surprisingly well—it handles daily use without needing a constant polish. • Space Management: For a side-by-side, the shelving is well-thought-out. The door bins are deep enough for gallon jugs, and the LED lighting is bright enough that nothing gets lost in the "back of the fridge" abyss.

Great but still lacking
AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars
Great refrigerator in almost every way but I do find a few things lacking. The shelves, while they do come out, are not adjustable therefore I can only fit milk on the top and the bottom shelf. The ice storage takes days to refill after being emptied and the ice often becomes unusable from sticking together in a giant clump.

Excellent performance and thoughtful design
AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars
I’ve been really impressed with this product overall. The capacity is more than sufficient for everyday use, making it easy to handle larger loads without feeling limited. It’s designed in a way that maximizes space without being bulky. In terms of efficiency, it performs consistently well and gets the job done quickly without wasting time or resources. You can tell it’s built with performance in mind. The ergonomics are a standout—everything feels intuitive and comfortable to use. Controls and handling are straightforward, which makes a noticeable difference in day-to-day use. The finish looks premium and well-crafted. It feels durable and blends in nicely with the rest of my setup, without looking cheap or out of place. As for preservation, it does a great job maintaining quality over time. Whether it’s keeping things fresh or functioning reliably, it delivers exactly what you’d expect from a high-end product. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it—solid build, great performance, and very user-friendly.

Great product we were really looking for an icemaker that had an ice internal dispenser and this is a great selection for our family. We were also looking for something in the larger size and this has so much room!

Futuristic look
AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars
Great upgrade from our 17-year-old refrigerator to a sleek, larger, quieter model. The smooth handless design offers a futuristic look, and the inside ice maker is simple and better than the thru-the-door set-up. So far, we are enjoying the additional cubic inches and the digital temperature display.

Flawless design, ice maker in the door!
AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars
This is my 2nd purchase of this refrigerator. I bought the first one for my main house, it's been great. Lots of space, the door holds gallon containers and the ice maker on the door is a space saver in the freezer. I liked it so much I just bought a second one for the guest house.

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars
We bought this a year ago, had a fire and it was smoke damaged. While home was being remodeled stayed in a rental and realized how much more room this fridge has verses a freezer on bottom. No regrets

Love my fridge
AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars
The first thing that stands out about this side-by-side fridges is the design. With two vertical compartments, one for the fridge and one for the freezer, this layout allows for easy access to both sections without having to bend down. The slim profile is especially appealing for kitchens with narrower spaces or for those who prefer a taller, more streamlined fridge. In terms of build quality, the fridge feels solid with stainless steel finishes that are both sleek and modern. Fingerprint-resistant coatings are a nice touch, especially if you have kids or frequently entertain guests. The handle design is ergonomic, making it easy to open the doors, even if the fridge is full. The fridge side is typically equipped with adjustable shelves, door bins, and a few crisper drawers.

Design is unique and what we were hoping for
AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars
We love the side by side design which allows for stuff we are more often to use can be at a regular height and the other stuff we are less likely to need daily can be towards the bottom of the fridge or freezer. Other designs where one is on top means that it is harder to organize our perishables the way we want to for easier accessibility for different things that need to be frozen or just cold.

Perfect for our needs. Lots of space and I like that I can get info on the fridge from my s24 Ultra. The drawers and shelves are quality built. It even lets you know if you leave the ice drawer ajar so you always have plenty of ice!

Excellent Refrigerator
AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars
Purchased this refrigerator a few weeks ago and I am so glad I did. I call it the clown fridge. It seems to have an unlimited amount of space. The large doors are great for all types of bottles and containers which saves so much space in the actual fridge. It is so quiet I have to open the door to check it's still running. So far it is a great purchase and the app is great in case anyone leaves the door open or there are other issues.

Perfect in every way (post-installation)
AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars
The refrigerator is stunningly beautiful with absolutely gorgeous doors- no 'side-by-side' fridge from your past can prepare you. The model I chose does not include a water dispenser, as these eventually leak/break. Use Brita pitchers instead. The refrigerator is huge. A frozen pizza can lay flat in the freezer. The unit is especially deep and yet you can easily reach the back of the shelves due to the thoughtful configuration out of the box. The control panel is very easy to understand and use, unlike prior and more expensive models.

I bought this refrigerator 5 months ago and have been very happy with it. It had the largest capacity of any refrigerator and is perfect to use for a second refrigerator. We also have the Samsung bespoke side by side counter depth refrigerator in the kitchen and this one looks just like the other so they complement each other.

Not impressed!
AJ Madison · 3 out of 5 stars
Ice maker is terrible! It constantly frost and freezes up! When you push the ice dispenser a small amount of water co.es out first! If you spill anything on a shelf it seeps down under the glass shelf. The only way to clean it up is to completely remove shelves! Just not impressed at all! Especially considering how much I paid!

Ice maker is not efficient
AJ Madison · 3 out of 5 stars
The refrigerator is good ,the ice maker DOES NOT make ice efficiently, the television on the door is great for the children I need my shopping list to see inside unless you have something blocking the camera ! but the ice maker makes it not a great refrigerator overnight it does not fill up the ice, 4 people in your family you should have plenty of ice throughout the day , it's not good compared to other refrigerators for ice .
Yafah · Jun 20, 2026
Ok Fridge
AJ Madison · 3 out of 5 stars
This fridge is not great for a big family with kids. The way the doors close is not optimal for kids b/c the doors don’t close all the way, obviously a huge problem if the adults don’t know the fridge is not actually closed. Also when you have a big family the ice maker runs quite a bit then it does not run well. Now a little over a year since I bought this fridge, I have to replace the ice maker. The fridge is also not finger print proof which again is not great if you have a big family with multiple kids.

Love but beware off this vital measurement fact
AJ Madison · 3 out of 5 stars
Love all the space. Very glad. The door is very thick due to it. About 2 to 3 inches thicker. We were so bummed once we slid it into position (the website says 35 and 7/8 inches.) Please beware that as soon as we tried opening the door it hit the edges of the wall it slid between. Most fridges dont do that much nor does this page show that spec. So we had to pull it out and lose 7 inches of clearance space between island and fridge sadly but we love it enough to keep. You literally need about 2 more inches on each side for doors to open.

Poor lasting appearance
AJ Madison · 3 out of 5 stars
I purchased this refrigerator last summer (2023). I cannot complain about the products ability to keep food preserved by doing what it was designed to do. But I CAN complain about the products quality of the stainless steel used for the face of the unit. It is just me and my wife in the house and we are both in our 70's. How much abuse can the refrigerator get from us? What I am getting at is the door faces, the flat stainless steel front panels, look like a hail storm has hit it. If it is bumped with anything hard it dents. I purchased the unit from a national big box store. To make a long story short it is the third refrigerator that was brought to my house. The first two were dented and I refused to accept them. This one was delivered and wrapped in clear shrink wrap on the surface. I did not see any dents on the surface while looking through the film on the metal so I accepted the unit. When I pilled the film off, which was after we had put all the items in the unit, there were many small dents in the metal. I went back to the store and told them and they offered to send me another one but by this time I didn't want to wait another 7 - 10 days for another one that could be in the same condition. Today I polished the stainless using a soft micro-fiber cloth and a spray stainless cleaner/polish. Any presser that I applied to get heavy dirt marks off scratched the finish. I have had other brands of refrigerators that were stainless and never had this kind of a problem. It seems that the thinkness of the metal is too thin to support normal everyday wear and tear. So to say the least, I am very unhappy with the product and I would NOT recommend it to anyone.

After only 1.5 years, my Samsung refrigerator is rusting, yet they refuse warranty service by labeling this corrosion as "cosmetic damage". Other appliances in the same environment show no wear. I am seeking a solution for this, as I believe it is a manufacturing defect rather than normal wear, and I've already tried complaining to them and they are refusing the warranty - they advertise a 2 year warranty but find anything to refuse it

Do Not Buy Samsung Appliances
AJ Madison · 1 out of 5 stars
Refrigerator died after 1.5 years from date of purchase due to a failure of the sealed system. Samsung is trying to claim that the refrigerator is out of warranty even though their own warranty documents explicitly state that parts and labor of the sealed system are covered for 5 years. The only silver lining is that this is a fairly straightforward case for small claims court. Filed today and am expecting to get the prorated value of the refrigerator. I would highly recommend that all prospective buyers avoid Samsung products. In my experience, they are not built to last and Samsung will not honor their warranty agreements as written.
