This is the one to buy!
AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars
I've had two bev centers before the Frigidaire FGBC5334VS and both were $200 more expensive, but would not cool lower than 46-48 degrees (even though they advertised to 34 degrees). After humping those units up and down 2 flights of stairs twice, I finally found the one. Buy this Frigidaire unit and you will be increasing the temp to 41 so that your beer does not freeze. It's THAT cold. I love it.

Replaced a Danby
AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars
A good beverage center but could use more flexibility with the shelving slots. The handle sits very prominent and extends way past the counter top. Works well and simple controls. Loved the Danby it replaced but there was no available service for them.

We built a new home and wanted an optiion instead of having a garage frig just for drinks. This is perfect! We were able to switch the door so it swung open left instead of right

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars
We love our beverage center. We had one in a previous home after a different brand and model failed; the Frigidaire replace a much more expensive fridge and became a favorite. We chose it again when we built our new home and it is a workhorse in our kitchen. Great product I have recommended to friends.

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars
My family absolutely loves this little fridge. The functionality meets the need and it’s beautiful! Holds all the drinks we need. The kids don’t need to constantly open our main fridge and waste the cold air. It’s very beneficial for our family!

I’ve searched for a small fridge for my bar for over a year. This one came up and it’s great. No loud noises, easy to operate, plenty of room for wine, beer and kid’s fruit juice boxes.

Customer photo 1Great all the way around
AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars
I bought this to replace my Kitchen Aid bar fridge. The Frigidaire was significantly less expensive and still looks very nice and well-made. There is only one zone but when I keep the thermometer at 40, the top where the air comes out is 38, the majority of the refrigerator is at 40, the very bottom where I keep red wine is at 42. I used a thermal thermometer and a fried thermometer to check. Perfect. It is whisper quiet. It cooled down incredibly fast. As long as this lasts a reasonable time, I will be very happy with my decision. It holds an awful lot of stuff. The shelves are adjustable into the predetermined slots, which gives you some flexibility, but not a lot. I have mini soda cans at the very top that just fit. Larger bottles in the middle, and then wine on the bottom shelves. This works perfectly for me.

Customer photo 1Frigidaire Built In Beverage Cooler
AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars
My new beverage cooler was installed about 2 months ago in our recently remodeled kitchen, fits perfectly and looks great. It cools very quickly and is user friendly for operating the digital controls. So far it runs quietly and works as expected. The price was reasonable compared to other brands and it matches our new Frigidaire Gallery range. I will definitely recommend this product for anyone looking to buy a new beverage cooler.

Customer photo 1AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars
Only had beverage center for a couple of weeks. So far, so good. Seems to be a nice unit. The door has a nice "heavy" feel to it like a more expensive units. Like the glass shelves rather than wire ones. Only down size so far is that the under cabinet installation directions does not give the minimum cutout dimension requirements. Fortunately our contractor was able to make it work in a space we already had available.

Customer photo 1Good value and very quiet beverage refrigerator
AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars
The beverage center runs very quiet, holds temperature accurately, nice reversible full glass insulated door and convenient adjustable glass shelves. The lighting is OK and is basic white and the shelves are hard to lift up and pull out if you have anything on them. For the price though and the fact that it is made in the USA I'm happy with it.

Customer photo 1Customer photo 2Beautiful Style and Huge Capacity!
AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars
We purchased this to match a wine fridge. It matches perfectly and makes our bar area beautiful! This can be put under a counter or installed in a cabinet. It's super-efficient and keeps everything perfectly cool! The amount of space in this is amazing! You can shift the shelves around to accommodate anything from juice, beer, soda or anything in-between! Our wine fridge has been extremely reliable and the fridge is no different! This is simply the best deal on the market as well! Don't hesitate, this thing is a win!

Customer photo 1Great Fridge
AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars
This fridge is great. I placed it my pantry for assorted drinks and wine bottles So as to keep my fridge free of extra drinks. Temp stays consistent. I wish the door had a tighter seal. It has no give when you open it and when you shut the door you have to be sure to not bounce it into place, you need to push it shut to make sure it seals and shuts. I would have given it 5 stars if the door had a tighter seal.

I am so happy I went with this model. I did a TON of research and looked at much more expensive options. I can not see how anything else could be superior. The build quality, built in recessions for wine bottles on the bottom, LED lighting, precision temperature control and awesome appearance complete my brand new basement bar! Thanks Frigidaire!

Customer photo 1Lots of Capacity; Nice Looking; Great Price
AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars
I bought this unit to replace a smaller Uline unit that had multiple issues and was far more expensive than this Frigidaire. So far, this unit runs much better with no issues. The can capacity is much higher than other units on the market, it looks nice, the door closes softly, and there are options for changing the spacing between the shelves. I'm glad I didn't buy a more expensive unit.

Customer photo 1Customer photo 2Love it but one problem
AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars
The look, feel, design, and functionality of this thing is awesome. Keeps beverage VERY cold compared to my last one. My one complaint is you have to be careful with making sure the door is closed. Yes, it beeps when it isn't, which is nice, but if you "slam" it with any degree of force, it will bounce back open. And I mean, anything other than gently closing it with your hand on the door until it's closed. In the instruction manual it says to make sure it is balanced, and I did make sure of this. If anything, it may be leaning BACK a bit, which should help it. Other than that it looks and works great!

Customer photo 1Best Beverage Center Yet!
AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars
I have owned multiple beverage centers in the past that have had issues and this one is by far the best! Many great features- - it is quiet when running - holds a lot and is easy to adjust to hold different size cans or bottles - keeps the drinks cold and holds them at that temperature (seems to be insulated well) -well lit when the light is on so you can see what you have - great alarm feature so you know if the door was left open Overall, I feel this is the best value out there for a beverage center.

Customer photo 1Works great
AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars
This beverage fridge works great and is beautiful. I have two things I wish were better. 1)If you close the door to hard (my kids will push it and walk off) it sometimes pops open slightly and there is no alarm to indicate it is open, and 2)there isn’t a great way to have a few tall bottles standing up without losing a whole shelf.

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars
Our family has purchased this unit three separate times for three separate properties because we love it just that much! It’s the perfect size, functions well, and is easy to set up. Spacious but short
AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars
This beverage center works great, is quiet, and holds a lot. My only negative is that the shelf height is pretty short, so tall bottles don't fit standing up. You can lay them down, but they will roll around.

Quiet Beverage Refrigerator with nice features
AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars
Using mine in free-standing mode and runs quiet and seems to hold temperature well. It has the features of the more expensive options, like digital temperature control, automatic door light and full glass front panel. Door seals especially following the instructions to use the leveling feet to create a slight backward decline. Shelves have a few adjustable heights but wish they actually would easily pull out during normal operation to reach items in the back easily.

Great little unit. I would give 5 stars but the door is touchy. You really have to close it gently and make sure it's sealed. The magnets are not very strong and it pops back open unless you make sure it's sealed

So far so good.
AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars
I have had this beverage fridge for a little over 2 weeks now. . The unit gets cold and stays cold. The main reason I purchased this fridge is the ability to set it lower than 37 degrees. There are not many I could find that do this. I currently have it set to 36 and haven’t felt the need to go lower. I do see what people are talking about in regards to the door bouncing back wellness shut but as long as you are conscious of it or just hold the door while you shut it. In my opinion it’s not a huge deal. Unit also looks very sleek. All in all I am very pleased.

I installed this a month ago and it’s been working well. The only challenge is if the door is pushed to close, it sometimes bounces back and opens up, so if not paying attention it stays open. Otherwise I’m happy with it.

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars
The start of use of this unit at our institution was delayed by factors not related to the refrigerator, so our time testing it has been limited, but so far it seems to work, including holding temperature (set to 4 `C, NIST-traceable digital thermometer reads 4.4 `C), and including the control for whether the light stays on when the door is closed..

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars
My new Frigidaire mini fridge has been entirely satisfactory. It is surprisingly quiet when running. I hope it has good reliability for many years. We must see. Frigidaire wants praise for it’s products immediately after purchase. Lets hope they are receptive to enquiries after the warranty period lapses. I bought this thinking it was made in the USA. Alas it is not. I hope it lasts.

Beverage center
AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars
I’ve have the beverage fridge for a few weeks and it’s lived up to its billings and hype from the appliance store. I keep a refrigerator thermometer inside and temp has been spot on. Only gripe is doesn’t allow enough shelf configurations due to spacing too far apart for efficient 12oz bottle spacing but that’s common with all beverage fridges I’ve seen. Plus is it’s one of few with glass shelves vs wire shelves which I prefer with bottles.

This beverage center was bought for all kinds of beverages, including wine. Tired of running to the basement to chill 1 bottle at a time. We added it to our pantry room. Very nice looking beverage cooler.
AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars
It does keep my beverages real cold and has a very nice appearance. I really like it. The only reason for 4 stars is that it will frost up and require defrosting. The owners manual mentions nothing about this, or the correct way to do it. Inside back panel has to be removed to catch water as the ice melts.

Second Fridge is Working Well
AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars
We like the look and features of this mini fridge so we purchased a second one after our first one died after 3 years. The model we had prior to that (different brand) only lasted one year. Three is certainly an improvement. We would pay more money for a quality product that doesn’t end up in a landfill after 3 years.
Joy1970 · Nov 6, 2023
Efficient and Versatile Beverage Fridge
AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars
Overall, I am quite satisfied with my beverage fridge. Its primary function, keeping drinks cold, is fulfilled. The layout inside the fridge is well thought out, accommodating various sizes of beers, liquor bottles, and wine bottles with ease. This versatility in organizing beverages is a significant plus, making it a convenient addition to my home. However, there is one notable downside: the door tends to pop open if not closed gently. While this may not be a deal-breaker, it can be a minor inconvenience and potentially lead to temperature fluctuations inside the fridge. It would be nice if the door had a more reliable latch mechanism to prevent this issue. Despite this minor flaw, I can confidently say that I love my beverage fridge. It serves its primary purpose well, and its thoughtful layout makes it easy to access and organize a variety of beverages. If the issue with the door popping open could be addressed, it would make this appliance even more outstanding.

Beverage Center - huge upgrade

I purchased this to replace the one in my home when we moved in which had a strange layout and really only catered to wine. I am in love with it. It holds a ton, has adjustable shelves, cooled quickly and holds the temp well. Very happy!

Nice looking fridge, fit perfectly in my basement wet bar
AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars
Got this to replace an ill fitting beverage fridge that came with our house. This fridge is really nice and clean looking and fit perfectly in the space. We haven't loaded it up yet but there is plenty of space for all beverage types. Cooled down quickly and is extremely quiet (can't even hear it really). Leveling was easy as well. So far, very pleased with this beverage fridge.

I am using this for my grandchildren to have easy access to their favorite drinks and snacks. It is easier for them to reach in and grab what they want without having me run to the fridge when they want a drink. They can self serve.

Fantastic Mini Fridge!
AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars
The Frigidaire Gallery 5.3 cu. ft. built-in beverage center has been a great addition to our kitchen. This mini fridge is where all of our beverages go and frees up valuable space in the main fridge. The stainless steel door styling of the mini fridge goes really well with the rest of our kitchen appliances.

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars
This is a great under-counter fridge. It looks great, it's quiet. We had trouble adjusting the height but it's not the fridge's fault. Under-counter fridges are challenging to adjust because you have to drag it out from under the counter, change the heights, than push it back in and hope you got it right. From a fridge perspective this appliance is terrific.

Great fridge with plenty of space
AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars
This mini fridge fits our wet bar perfectly and has enough space to store all the drinks that we need. One downside is that the door has to be closed carefully, as we have found that the door tends to "bounce" and can sometimes stay open. As long as you ensure it closes properly, you should have no issues.

This was the first frigidaire appliance I have ever bought and let me tell you, it won't be the last. Great quality, great price. I love the glass shelves and the door seal is great. Temperature holds and no condensation on the inner door. Specs were exactly as described and it fit the space perfectly. I even liked the flattened three prong plug as this saved some space behind the fridge when installed. I would buy this again and recommend this fridge to others.

Excellent Beverage Cooker
AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars
The refrigerator cooled down very quickly and runs without any detectable noise. Having read several reviews describing problems with reversing the door swing, I may have discovered the cause and simple solution to fix it. It seems the internal threads on the alternate door bracket may have been painted during product manufacture. I had difficulty getting the bracket bolts started until running a 1/4-20 thread chaser into each threaded hole. Bracket bolts started and seated easily after cleaning-up the threads. The manufacturing process should include this step to facilitate door reversal.

Great Beverage Center
AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars
We've been using this beverage center for about a month now and love it! It keeps the beverages cold, easy to adjust the temperature and looks nice. It has glass shelves which is far better than the stainless shelves, items sit flat and the shelves don't rust!! I do hear it running at times but it's not obnoxious, when we put it in our new house it will be under counter and that will block any potential sound. I'd buy this item again.

Great Fridge! I just wish........
AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars
that the magnet was stronger when you close it. People grab a beverage and lightly toss the door shut and it will NOT close if you do that; thank goodness for the alarm. If you don't intentionally close the door by holding the handle the whole time it will bounce off and not close. I am going to look and see if I can get an after market stronger magnet strip because my kids are incapable of taking the extra 1.1 seconds to make sure its shut.

Great unit, but temperature display doesn't function as stated
AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars
We have only had the unit for about 2 weeks, and so far, it has performed perfectly. The only gripe that I have is this: In the owner's manual, it states that the temperature display will show actual temperature of the inside of the unit, and flash the new set temperature for a few seconds after setting, then revert back to unit temperature. On our unit, it only shows the set temperature, and I had to put a thermometer inside to monitor actual temperature, to make sure it was operating correctly. When looking up this issue online, I could find no explanation from the company or elsewhere.

This beverage center is the perfect finishing touch to our new serving bar. The black cabinet with brushed stainless front compliments our cabinets very nicely, and I love that the handle is on top of the door so it doesn’t give the center placement in our cabinets an off-center look. Perfect size and quiet!
AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars
I purchased 2 for my beverage center. Had more expensive options but feel I chose correctly as these are quiet and get 3-6 degrees cooler than most of the more expensive options. And they look great too!! Other reviews mentioned that the door has a tendency to remain open when slammed. I’ve seen this as well and that seems to me the only issue after a month. Luckily there is a chime that rings after door remains open for 15-30 seconds, but it would be nice if there was more “spring” in the door.

The Beverage Center is just what I was looking for. I am not a wine drinker so whether or not this fridge works well for bottles of wine, I can't say, but for those tall skinny beer cans it is awesome. I lay a full 30 can case across the bottom on their sides and they are easy to remove without any problem of them tipping over. Note, I removed one of the glass shelves to do this. The quality of this fridge is superb. And if you level the fridge 1/2 bubble off center, from front to rear, like the instructions say, the frdige door closes on its own :)

My only advice is when you install the power outlet, do as low a profile one you can on the side. The back has hardware that sticks out quite a bit so even if you use a flush mount plug for a back outlet, the unit will jut out 1-2" too much. We fixed this by having the outlet plug from the side with an extremely shallow gang box. They are very nice functional, aesthetically beautiful design. Comparable units are 2x the price.

A real fridge

Had previously purchased a beverage fridge but it was an off brand and only lasted 2 years. The Frigidaire is much more like a regular refrigerator with its features, seals, and the way it runs.

Worth The Price When Compared to Budget Brands
AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars
Purchased this unit for a new pantry/countertop section of our kitchen. The unit is very quiet, gets very cold, and has a quality feel to the handle and door. It is certainly pricier than some of the other budget brands, but it feels very much worth the extra investment in terms of quality. Only real downside is that we would have preferred some more adjustable shelf height options.

Enjoying
AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars
Purchased as part of a new home build. The unit is attractive, quiet and maintains the temperature. I don't prefer that it makes a noise (chime) every time it is opened. It would be better if it chimed if left open for more than 30 seconds (acting as an alert that it wasn't shut completely).

I like it because it takes several 12 packs of soda and other non-alcoholic drinks, the shelves are adjustable and removing shelves allows for wine bottles too. There is also a chime sound if the door doesn't close.

Outdoor Kitchen Enhanced by Super Fridge by Frigidaire
AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars
Our family recently purchased this under counter, outdoor Frigidaire Beverage Center and could not be happier. As we are just now starting to enjoy our new outdoor space, this Beverage Center has given a specific beer/soda/water center and eliminated the need to go in and out of the house and garage. It's performing great, it's very well built, and we look forward to a long life of outdoor refreshments compliments of this unit.

Looks beautiful...but needs some obvious changes
AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars
The beverage center is very quiet and looks great. I'd only get this fridge if you are neat freak like me that loves having all the cans and bottles lined up and turned the same way. Curiously, the shelves are not spaced to allow standard size 12 oz beverage cans. The first thing I had to do was remove a shelf and put it in a closet. The beverage center beeps every time you open it (not necessary). It doesn't have a timer for a beep when the fridge remains open, but does have an alarm when the temperature drops a certain amount. I think it would make more sense if it beeped after a period time as you may walk away or leave by the time the temperature alarm goes off. You also have to slowly close the door for it to stay. If you flip the door closed, it will bounce off an not seal. It's sometimes hard to tell if it isn't closed all the way. Overall, we are happy with it, but there is some room for improvement.

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars
Just replaced a Newair beverage center with this Frigidaire. What a big difference! This keeps the beverages much cooler at a more consistent temperature. The only thing I do not like is that it does not show the actual temperature in the fridge, only the set temperature. So I put in a thermometer inside so I can always see the temperature. Looks great and is very quiet.

Very Satisfied So Far
AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars
While I have only owned the beverage cooler for a few weeks, I can say that I really love it so far. It cools beverages down to a very chilly 34 degrees, though I have found that 37 is perfect for beverages. The fridge is very quiet too. I had to reverse the door and the process was a bit more of a job then I had anticipated but, if you follow the directions, it’s not that big of a deal. I have owned another brand name that lasted only 3-4 years so we’ll see how this Frigidaire performs in the coming years. So far, a great beverage cooler for the price.

So Far So Good; Excellent Storage Design
AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars
Too many drink fridges on the market didn't fit our need for a place to simply store cases of canned beverages; so if you're looking for a wine-bottle cooler this isn't for you. Look is nice, and the Frigidaire more importantly keeps everything much cooler than our old beverage center, runs quieter, and is more sensibly designed. We preferred adjustable flat shelving vs. wine racks. We've got our fingers crossed this one lasts longer than our former drink fridge.

So far, so good!
AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars
We've only had for 3 weeks, but so far, no complaints. High quality materials (doesn't look cheap) for a mid-priced beverage center, and appears to be well made. Holds more beverages than expected and keeps them nice and cold. The door was easily reversible to meet our needs. The glass shelves are MUCH better than the wire shelves we have in the beverage center at our other house. At this point, would definitely buy again, and would recommend to family and friends.

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars
This beverage center is beautiful, impressive design and competitively priced compared with others that we considered. Sadly, it required an immediate warranty repair. The fan was hitting the fan housing, making a sound like a drone or model airplane. Luckily, the retailer was also an authorized repair center, and they addressed the problem expeditiously. Now that it's working, we are very pleased with it. It maintains precise temperatures and the adjustable shelving allows us to change the configuration as our needs change.

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars
When I was designing my kitchen I did it for the sole purpose of entertaining friends and family. What comes with that is the need to have excessive amount of drinks for people to enjoy. This mini fridge is just that. Its sleek design makes it look like it was suppose to be there. Everyone bring it up during conversation. The only issue I have with the unit is that you have to carefully close the door or it might swing back open. Also the adjustable shelving makes it a bit difficult to have cans and bottles.

Good beverage fridge for the price
AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars
The price was far lower than other manufacturers'. Three things I would change: the handle, although well designed, sticks out too much for my taste. Second, the fan in the back of the fridge rattles a bit. My guess is that the bearings are either low quality, not lubricated enough or the fan touches its housing while it spins. That you cannot stop the short melody from playing whenever someone opens the fridge could be a nuisance to others. I've got used to it though.

"clean, stylish appearance"
AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars
I purchased my Frigidare beverage center after a significant amount of research. The customer reviews were very positive and there are a limited number of beverage centers in this price point that provide the same if not better features. I was having an entertainment center built as a "retirement gift to me" and the 5.3 Cu. ft. beverage center was the perfect choice. It has a clean, stylish appearance, the capability to have right or left opening and adjustable shelves which are difficult to find. To me, the adjustable shelves were a key value factor as it allows you to maximize the interior space with various container sizes. I am very satisfied with my beverage center and believe that I made the perfect choice.

Door bounces open if you don’t close it gentle. I’m sure it’s been open all night or day if the family does not close it softly (costing me money on energy). Keeps things cold but not like the old one.
AJ Madison · 3 out of 5 stars
We purchased this to replace our older Frigidaire which lasted for 17 years. While the unit keeps things cold, the door does not have a strong enough closing system and can easily not seal shut. Further the shelving system does not have enough slots to stagger the shelves for a standard water bottle to stand upright without loosing a lot of space. Also, the bottom of the center has no shelf or rack like out old one leaving it pretty much useless. Finally, the unit is much louder than our old one. Mind you they are not the same units 17 years apart but the quality and craftsmanship has gone down. I have tried to give a lower rating but when I do, the system does not take the entry.

Keeps drinks cold, but door should close and stay closed a bit better
AJ Madison · 3 out of 5 stars
I'm in a new house with this new beverage center. It's working fine so far. There have been a couple of issues. First, the door magnet is rather weak and if you use much force closing the door it can "bounce" open again. I've noticed that if I'm not careful, and I close the door and walk away, the door might not really be closed. I haven't yet checked whether there are any leveling screws or if there's a mechanism to raise up the front legs; if not then I'll probably try a low-tech hack like a cardboard shim to raise the front so that the door closes itself a bit better. Yesterday I discovered that the door hadn't closed all the way after about 1-2 hours of it being left open. The way I found this out is, the beverage center was making a horrible grinding noise. Even after I closed the door the grinding noise continued off and on for at least 2-3 more hours. I wouldn't say my experience with this beverage center has been smooth. But when the door is shut it keeps the drinks cold.

AJ Madison · 3 out of 5 stars
After only 3 weeks the beverage center got really loud. I hope it was because something in the motor or fan got frozen. I turned the unit off and let it thaw for a day (as there was frost build-up along the inside back wall )and last night plugged it back in. It seems to be running fine although I have the thermostat set at 40 instead of 37 as I has before. If this grinding noise starts up again, Frigidaire, you must do better and I will be calling...

I bought this for my new house. Unfortunately, it is 34" tall with the legs removed and my granite countertop was exactly 34" so the frig wouldn't slide in. I had the granite guys pry up the granite and put shims under is so frig would slide in. I'm not sure why the minimum height without legs is 34" since most countertops are 34". Seems to work OK, but the magnet on the door is weak and when the door is shut anything other than gently, it bounces open.
