    Great Fridge. The functionality is great. Even cooling and the two separate levers for water and ice are a nice convenience feature. The only issue is the quality control. Simple thing like attaching the product sticker straight and the lower cover in the front of the fridge.

    The refrigerator was a perfect fit and is sleek in appearance. The one problem we had was that the kick guard at the bottom did not fit properly, exposing the door's lower metal hinges. They could not replace the part, so they exchanged the entire refrigerator. The replacement had the same problem. It appears to be a design problem as both ends twist downward.

    Very nice, quiet and I’m happy with my new refrigerator. I am looking to buy induction range and Heat Pump Washer and dryer very soon, hoping I can afford all of it. I highly recommend Frigidaire products to my friends, family and to everyone !

    We had to replace our 14 year old refrigerator/freezer and needed something that would fit in a smaller space (22 cubic feet) yet would have ice and water in the door. This side by side refrigerator fit and we live the black stainless finish. The delivery people were great too!

    Refrigerator works great, but a meat drawer would be nice. The freezer works great, except the ice maker shoots ice all over if you don't have the glass right up to the shoot. For small kids the ice goes all over the floor. Cleanup is constant when the kids are around, so a rug in front is always needed. A deeper catch pan with a removable tray would be great to catch some water and ice that doesn't quit hit all glasses and cups perfect.

    Ice maker is very large for the size of the freezer. Needs a drainable grid for where the water and ice tray can catch water that misses the glass. Works great, keeps the food cold.

    Spacious, I like the front ice and filtered water functions, wish the water came out chilled instead of room temp, also wish the freezer was the same size as the fridge, but it's slightly smaller, recommended fridge setting freezes some food. Don't remove the doors to get it into the house or you'll be a new fridge. Wish it came with more shelving.

    This is a nice unit that was one of the few that would fit in my space. My only problem with it is, that the freezer unit and refrigerator unit are about the same size. It makes the refrigerator side a little small for placing pies and other items that need to cool or set. The ice maker is nice.

    I purchased FRSS2323AW to replace the same model which was 17 years old. It had needed servicing only once (water line leak- replaced), but when the compressor became loud and showed signs of refrigerant leak it was time for a new fridge before it quit cooling. I chose the same model because of familiarity of product, reliability, fridge/freezer configurations, and fit. I appreciate the improvements Frigidaire has made: ice maker, defrost, compressor, condenser, and evaporator are quieter than previous model; door bins are sturdier; drawers slide smoother; even with rear rollers eliminated it slides in/out from wall easier; doors and handles are smooth finish while sides are textured. Two things Frigidaire’s manual doesn’t cover but I recommend: after delivery, remove the inside tape/packaging/stickers before plugging it in as it’s much more difficult once the cabinet is cold; twice a year remove the front kick plate to vacuum underneath and remove the back cover and vacuum the condenser coils/fan- good air flow is essential to the life of the compressor, condenser/fan.

    I've only had it several days but so far, very good. It's roomier inside than I thought and holds more in both the fridge and freezer. I love the clear shelves in both sections and in the doors. It's very quiet and it really makes ice very fast. And, speaking of ice, I love the pyramid shaped ice cubes. They're so much better than the crescent shapes. Ice crusher is fast and I also love that the unit has its own water filter. It's a great unit and I'd buy it again!

    The only thing needed was to hookup the water supply which was very easy to do. I like the white finish it is very easy to clean. The only thing I would like would be a separate place for a 12 egg carton like my previous Frigedaire.

    My unit never shuts off and runs constantly. I thought it was supposed to be "Energy Efficient" ? The ice cubes are the smallest I've ever seen and after more than a week now the ice cube bin is still not filled up. The digital screen on the front of the freezer door is impossible to read without a direct light on it. Even though the motor runs constantly each time i open either door the motor shuts off until you close the door again. What's with that ? I'll reserve judgment until my next electric bill comes.

    I was glad to see this brand didn't make the list for "most problems" and overall it is much better than our last fridge. However, the ice maker started acting up within the first two weeks and we are still waiting for a call about getting the repairs done. Very frustrating.

    We were surprised to find out the 33" wide was more expensive than the wider model. Also the white finish is now more expensive than stainless.We have been using this fridge for about two weeks now and it is functioning as it should. We had it professionally installed and I think the installers or the manual should have told us it could take over 24 hours for the ice maker to start working after installation. Unfortunately the installers spoke Spanish and I speak Appalachian American and the manual was very lacking in details.

    Everything is good with the refrigerator. The only issue we have is when the ice stops making it takes a while to remake and be able to use the ice machine again. Not sure if this is an issue other people have with the same model please get back to me it’s been 24 hours still waiting for the ice to fill up.

    NO Way to shut off ice maker no drip ttray under ice despenser doesn't fit properly too deep sticks out can't reach back of top shelf. Seems to be missing a shelf ice maker takes up too much room was told I would receive same as old only newer----not wrong color I asked for. Could go on and on .................

  51. How does something as simple as hinges make this product so terrible?

    I want to return it. We purchased this because it fit the space, was offered in white, and met the budget. We were replacing a 24 year old mid range fridge. Here are the differences between this and our old fridge: this fridge has no cheese drawer, it does offer an air filter, there seems to be more interior space due to the design of the door and hinges. But, here's the thing that makes me hate it. The door hinges are TERRIBLE. The worst hinges on any appliance/cabinet I've owned. The doors swing open and all the jars in the door clang every time. It has become a 2 hand job to open and close the doors, leaving no hands for transporting food in and out.
