Top Notch

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

We did a lot of research on fridges... this was the results came to. Luxury look, we'll build... love it

Quiet & Dependable

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

The features and interior design are well thought out. Even though it's a counter depth, there is ample space within both the refrigerator and freezer. What is funny with this unit is - when you use ice it's VERY quick to replace those cubes/crushed ice. For all your filter replacements, the unit will remind you. Lastly, with the quiet operation, you don't know its there.

Nice fridge. Wipes up so nicely leaving no prints. Freezer is a bit small. Love the small square- ish ice cubes. They do come out kind of aggressively. But then you get used to it and it’s fine.

Quality Exemplified

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

Unpacking the refrigerator made me realize how much care the manufacturer show in their product. It is an adjustment from the refrigerator I had for years, but needed a change. It looks great in my kitchen, quiet and well made. Thanks.

"Sturdy, Simple, and Zero Learning Curve"

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

"Finally, a fridge that doesn't try to be a smartphone! The design is simple, sturdy, and refreshingly user-friendly. No complicated menus or useless features—just a solid appliance that works right out of the box."

Great so far

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

I’ve only had this new fridge for about 15 days, but it’s great so far. I am impressed with the refrigerator size, especially for a counter depth. A full rectangular cake carrier or cake box will fit if you rearrange the door shelves. The freezer, however, is quite small compared to my last side by side - but my last one was also not counter depth. I’m giving 4 stars because it’s still very new to me, and I don’t know the full performance yet, but so far I am pleased. Then front of the fridge is also magnetic. This is the darker stainless color. Doesn’t match my regular stainless appliances, but it was a great deal and it blends in well enough. My last fridge was a Kenemore, made by Frigidaire. It lasted 20 years, so I hope this one lasts - although I know it probably won’t last as long.

Over all the refrigerator is perfect but on the app for Frigidaire they say they haul off the old one they install they do everything and that’s not true. They cannot touch nothing so stop doing false advertisement.

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

“My new Frigidaire refrigerator looks great and fits perfectly in my space. I’ve trusted the brand for many years, which is why I chose to purchase another one. The only downside is that the drawers feel cheaper and less sturdy than those in my previous Frigidaire. I wish they were made with heavier, better-quality materials.”

Love Our Frigidaire Frig!

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

Beautiful appliance that adds quality and a pleasant visual affect for our kitchen along with great functionality. With a galley style kitchen, the counter depth option is perfect and the “no finger print” finish makes it easy to keep it looking great. After 15 years, this replaced our original Frigidaire frig and the upgrades are great, especially the LED lighting which brightens up the inside and makes finding things so much easier. Ice maker seems to function much better than our old one and of course the electronics are much better and easier to use. REALLY glad we bought this newer version of our old friend so continue to highly recommend Frigidaire for your appliance needs!

Best small apartment fridge ever.

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

Loved that it fit to be delivered and installed in my 2nd fl apartment. Always have loved Frigidaire Gallery appliances. Best counter space fridge ever. With 3 bins I’m able to keep all my medicines in the bottom bin and still a lot of room for food. I lost out on purchasing the 26 cubic do to my apartment but this is fine.

I am very pleased with my new appliance. From the ease of setup and movement to not having to worry about refilling water gallons or ice cube trays anymore. The Frigidaire Gallery which I purchased in the stainless steel black checks all my appliance boxes.

I wanted a counter depth refrigerator but was unsure of losing the extra room. This is designed very well and I am not missing the extra space from a standard refrigerator. The ice maker is quiet and efficient. I am very pleased so far with this purchase

Nice features

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

While the side by side has nice features and lots of shelf space I do think that the freezer side is a little too small and the ice maker takes up a lot of room to have little bit of storage next to it is a plus. But it still a good value for the money

So far, a really good fridge.

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

This Frigidaire replaced a GE Profile with French Doors. For one, we think the side-by-side makes finding frozen items much easier. Space wise, we are happy with the choice. My only suggestions: more shelf adjustments and a taller in-door water dispenser.

This fridge is very clean, very sleak. It has a lot of nice features internally worth mentioning. The LED lighting looks clean and bright. The easy access to the water filter/air filters are convenient. The ample storage space on the doors is welcomed. Even having the tall vertical skinny ice tray leaves more freezer space.

Our previous Whirlpool lasted 5 years- ice maker less than 6 months. We were excited about the total quality of our Frigidaire- from external looks to quality of internal materials. Everything is easily accessible, especially in the freezer. No more trying to dig something out of the bottom freezer because things got buried and it was too cold to keep looking for an item. I’m very happy with the side by side.

We chose Frigidaire because the repairman said they are the best. It looks greats and feels like it has more interior room than our last counter depth. It takes a couple days to reach its peak but it gets really cold on the recommended settings.

So Far, So Good

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

We had a bad experience with a competitors fridge, so this one has been great so far. The only negative that I could point out is the sharp corners on the door shelves. Have hit/bumped them a couple times and its not pleasant. Was getting something off the top of the fridge and caught my elbow on the top shelf and took a chunk of skin out.

This refrigerator/freezer is a very good buy. It has more room in it than my old one. My only problem is that sometimes the freezer door pops open when I close the refrigerator door. I just need to be sure to hold the freezer door closed every time I'm in the fridge.

Great refrigerator

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

The refrigerator was everything we had hoped. Plenty of room and very pleasing aesthetically. The only complaint, which is minor, is the butter compartment is difficult to open because the lid is flush with the bottom and it's difficult to open because there is no real way to grasp the lid. Over all, we are pleased with our purchase.

The new fridge seems to be a lot bigger than the old one. However, the doors seem to open too easily and then bang against the counter beside it. When I open the fridge door the freezer door opens just a little bit. The two doors are not even with each other; one sticks out farther than the other.

I'm loving this counter depth fridge. Our old one was noisy and didn't have enough room inside. This one has better organized shelves inside. I love the size of the ice and the crushed ice is almost like snow cone ice, so loving that as well. This model is truly fingerprint resistant as well.

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

I have a small kitchen and have been saving for a counter depth fridge for more walkthrough space. At first I felt like I might be downgrading since I chose a lower priced new one, but I was pleasantly wrong! It’s beautiful, just the right amount of tech for me, and I love all the drawers and shelves. I can barely notice it’s less room! And I love the air filter feature! Also, my research showed this fridge, when it has problems, is easier to repair than most, it's easier to find a qualified repair person, and the parts for it are more available and cheaper than most other refrigerators!

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

So far so good. We have only had this side-by-side for two weeks and I love it. I wanted one that was a little smaller than what I had and this 22 cu ft is perfect. It was a little loud for a few days, but gradually quieted down to a normal hum. The only thing I would give a negative is the water spout could be back maybe 1/2 inch so a small glass would be accommodated better.

Great fridge overall - improvements needed

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

I had a Frigidaire for 14 years. It worked great but the water intake started leaking. It still works great (in the garage now). I replaced it with the same model, just the 2025 version. It also works great - quiet and keeps the temperature in the fridge and freezer. The downsides: the drawers have a smaller clearance making it harder to take items in and out. The shelves adjustments are terrible: they are either too small (I cannot fit a jar of salsa) or too tall. I did like on my previous Frigidaire model that I could fully adjust each shelf and each shelf was a pull out tray. It is unfortunate that the shelves are not adequately adjustable anymore.

So far it is good. Nice size and shape. It fits well in the kitchen and functions as expected. We like the look, the function, and the capabilities. No major complaints. One minor complaint, it is missing a shelf in the refrigerator. Looked on line on how to buy a shelf, and cannot find a way to do that so far. One recommendation, make it so the water from the door is chilled. We didn't realize how much we used and like the chill water from our previous refrigerator.

Quite but some design issues

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

The unit is roomy, quiet and so far works well. Some details we missed before buying it include that the doors need to be open well beyond 90 degrees for the drawers to open, so it’s practical footprint is larger than expected and it cannot be next to a wall on its sides .

Very reliable but surprisingly npoisy and very sensitive electronics that too frequently send bogus messages -- power outage, door open -- when inappropriate. I can stop pinging by hitting panel.

The only negative is that the handles are not smudge proof! That makes no sense at all. I rarely ever touch the surface of the refrigerator, which is smudge proof, but I constantly touch the handles. Explain the logic!

I like it!

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

We have had our new refrigerator for a week and so far so good. I like the external ice and water dispenser. The ice maker is more quiet than our old Samsung and the ice size is perfect (small pyramid shaped) without crushing it. The temperatures seem to be consistent and in range, and no pooling of water in the bottom of the frig like our old Samsung. It looks great too. We transitioned from a standard size to a counter depth size and it has ample room for a household of 3. The lights inside are well positioned, making it easy to see everything. There is a clicking sound when opening the doors at first; however the frig side has stopped with use and i suspect the freezer will do three same with more use. I am happy overall with our purchase thus far.

Updated Replacement For Other Older Frigidaire

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

When our older Frigidaire model fridge started failing after 12+ years of service, we looked again at Frigidaire because it had provided good and reliable service for us in that time. We also had to consider the limited space available for a new fridge but the 22 Cu. Ft. 36" Counter Depth Side by Side Refrigerator was a perfect match for the space. It was delivered and hooked up without issue and has been working very well since it's installation about a month ago. I especially like the cooling efficiency and water and air filter options that keep everything fresh and clean.

We recently purchased the 22 Cu. Ft. 36" Counter Depth Side-by-Side Refrigerator, and we’ve been very happy with it. The counter-depth design gives our kitchen a clean, built-in look without sacrificing storage space. Everything looks bright, well thought out and easy to organize. 4.5 out of 5

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

Great size, looks lovely, works well, and is organized nicely. A few things made me go “ugh” though. The butter compartment lid doesn’t have a lip on it like my old fridge, so it’s a little more cumbersome to open. The produce keeper slot doesn’t fit the produce keeper bags because there’s a big ridge in the middle. You have to fold the bag up and stuff it into the lower section. One of the shelves was scratched up on the edge underneath the protective blue tape. A small plastic piece at the top of the door near the hinge is banged up. It’s noisy. Excessively taped and plastic coated, especially considering the few imperfections it had. My biggest complaint is the third drawer from the bottom. It’s not as deep as the produce drawers so there’s a little extra shelf, but you have to move everything on it to access the drawer so it’s basically wasted space. Finally, the doors are pretty deep so I didn’t expect the bins to not hold nearly as many jars as my old fridge. All of those negatives are fairly minor and only add up to half a star deduction in my opinion.

Perfect replacement for our old side-by-side

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

This model is a perfect fit for an odd kitchen space that is smaller than most models would allow. It replaces a similar side by side, and the quality of the unit is top-notch. It has more space than we thought it would (more than the old one.) I like the lighting. The shelving is good quality, with clear visibility to what is in the drawers and bins. It took us a lot of time and research to find this perfect fit. If you have an odd narrow space for your fridge, this is a very good solution.

Replacement Gallery Side By Side

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

Bought this Gallery side by side to replace my 12 year old Gallery side by side which went to the garage, looks as nice as older model the water dispenser is way better than previous, so far the only thing I don’t like is the right side door wants to spring back and causes a problem trying to pull drawers out you have to use foot to keep open so the drawer doesn’t hit the seal. Hopefully this unit will be as good as the one I moved to the garage

This is an excellent appliance. It is well designed and sturdy. Simple ice/water layout with a great ice replacement rate. Temperature controls are reliable and accurate to a couple of degrees.

Great fridge with nice options

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

First of all, love the black stainless. The only glitch was that two of the fridge side LEDs were dead. We called a service guy who ordered parts. It didn't seem that complex so I found a schematic and figured that it must be a loose connection in one of the lights. I unplugged then re-inserted the light and all was well. I called back and said that the parts weren't needed. The shelves and racks are reasonably well-considered. The freezer side is large, especially compared to our previous French door fridge. LOVE the ice maker. It's on the freezer side so it doesn't take up fridge space. It's voluminous and the chipped ice feature is fantastic as is the overflow tube down to the evaporation pan. I'd def buy it again.

Love this fridge

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

My latest fridge was a French door model with a freezer at the bottom and all the bells and whistles. Every year or two, it needed a major repair. I decided to get a side-by-side with just water and ice on the door. I decided to go back to a Frigidaire. I love this refrigerator. The body is small but the inside storage area is bigger. I couldn't have made a better choice!

This unit replaces an older Frigidaire. There are some great features to this refrigerator. Somehow there is more interior space that my previous Frigidaire that was the same exterior size. Frustration is that there is no usable owner’s manual. I have to search YouTube and Reddit to figure out how to use the control panel and other features. This is inexcusable. Frigidaire - Gallery

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

The Frigidaire- Gallery fridge is amazing. It has so much room and so many shelves and drawers. The only odd thing about it is that it I have two door shelves that do not seem to fit anywhere. They seem to be a little smaller in length than the door and so will not fit in any of the slots. They look like they should belong due to the design matching the other door shelves, but they do not seem to have a place in the fridge. It would be nice to have them fit as I only have 2 door shelves currently, but until I can figure out my shelf problem, I don't think that will be the case

Charlie535 · Oct 14, 2025

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

Overall we rate this fridge very highly. We like the space saver icemaker and good interior lighting. The shelves are well spaced and the setback of one is useful. However, in one respect the fridge falls short: the door shelves are too narrow restricting what can be placed in them - the very narrow shelf at the bottom of the fridge door is almost useless: it's the obvious place for wine bottles but too narrow. In addition there could be more notches in the doors to give greater flexibility in selecting the position (height) of the door shelves. The small added depth of the main shelves is no compensation for the undersized door shelves.

Reliable Fridge

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

We bought this refrigerator following a TERRIBLE experience with a Samsung fridge over the past several years. We definitely wanted a water/ice dispenser on the outside of the door, so that's a plus. Inside, shelving is designed to hold various items needed. However, the two, blue gaskets on two of the drawers in the refrigerated section constantly fall off when those drawers are opened. I am seeking assistance from Frigidaire with this issue, as it's quite annoying to have that happen so often. In sum, this fridge was our preference for features and price. While we would've loved to get a French Door fridge, price and reliability were desired first and foremost due to the way we became "food challenged" due to the inconsistent performance of our previous Samsung fridge.

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

We like the refrigerator, but it would be a lot better if it came with a manual that explains about the different controls and how they function. We had to figure out things. Solid and functional fridge

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

We have had this fridge for over a month now and it is solid. The shelves and drawers are all laid out in ways that make sense, the filters are easy to access and change, and everything stays cold/frozen with no issues. I have two minor points of feedback that brought this to 4 stars, and I don’t think they should be dealbreakers for interested customers: 1. When you close the freezer door, there is an intense sucking sound as if air is being pulled out of the appliance. While this sucking sound is happening it is impossible to open the fridge or freezer doors. It lasts for 8-10 seconds. 2. The water from the door dispenser comes out lukewarm or room temp. Would be nice if it were chilled but again, not a dealbreaker. 3. The drawers in the freezer are a strange angular shape that make it hard to stack food. My wife and I don’t keep our freezer packed but I could see how it would be hard to stockpile things in those drawers without wasting space. All in all, this fridge is great for the price we paid. For now it gets 4/5 stars. Fingers crossed that it holds up over time, if it does that would be enough to bump it up to 5 stars for me.

Love the new ice cubes

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

Our last fridge was a Frigidaire Gallery model from around 8 years ago, the ice dispenser would always get clogged with ice cubes. It was a daily battle. This model has fixed that issue, as well as the fridge overall has so much more room inside. This model seemed so noisy at first, but once it was plugged in for over 24 hours and we were able to put food inside - that quieted down completely. I guess the newer models cycle a little different, but once it settles in it is perfect. This is definitely an upgrade!! We love it.

It looks great and matches the other black stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. My biggest disappointment is that it does not provide cold water. I assumed that in this day and age of technology that this would be standard. It also had to have the installers back out to adjust the door and the levelers. They had to put shims in the rear - apparently there are no real levelers which also seems odd. Performance wise it is fine and the biggest thing I like is that the side by side enables me to find things in the freezer. I previously had a French door refrig with the freezer on the bottom. Most of my friends agree that is not a great design because who knows what's on the bottom.

Was a replacement for a previous 5-star fridge

AJ Madison · 3 out of 5 stars

I miss the Measure Fill, abundant LED lighting, and smooth SS doors of previous fridge. The SS doors on this one look wavy under certain lighting conditions (not very pretty). I wish the freezer bins weren't sloped because they don't hold as much as a bin with four equal sides. I like the ease of using the display, but find a couple of the options useless. Am glad that the water filter housing is at the upper right corner of the refrigerator. That was very important feature for me.

New Frigidaire 22 cu ft side by side Model Number: GRSC2352AF

AJ Madison · 3 out of 5 stars

We needed an inexpensive refrigerator, side-by-side that did not stick out too far from the countertop, so this fit the bill. Unfortunately it did not come with chilled water or separate ice and water dispenser which would have been much preferred. However, the item performs well but the plastic trays are a bit too thin, one should expect them to crack much sooner than ones made years ago. Cracked trays reduce customer satisfaction. Hopefully the management will see that intangible cost like customer satisfaction is something to value, so spend a little more on the niceties and get a bigger long term return on sales through returning customers that don't break the bank.

Reliability and Longevity TBD

AJ Madison · 3 out of 5 stars

I have never previously owned a refrigerator that has restrictions in the refrigerator section on where food items can be placed. The airflow paths interfere with food item placement, particularly, but not limited to the top shelf along the rear wall and near the air filter. Food items placed in these areas will freeze. If the next shelf slot down is utilized, freezing will occur in the left rear corner area. I am very disappointed by this. For reference, the temperature control is set to the factory default of 0° in the freezer compartment and 37° in the refrigerator compartment. The shelf space is rather limited for a refrigerator of this size in the refrigerator compartment and especially in the freezer compartment. Thankfully, there is a slot for an additional shelf in the refrigerator compartment. An additional shelf (or shelves) can be added to the freezer compartment by removing one (or both) of the fold out bins. I added a shelf to the refrigerator compartment and replaced one bin with a shelf in the freezer compartment. That helped quite a bit, but I am going to add a second shelf to the freezer compartment. The bins in the door provide enough of that kind of storage for my usage; shelves are much more useful for boxed items. Beyond the space issue. The ice dispenser ejects ice chips into the freezer compartment and on the floor. (I only use the ice cube option, not crushed) .Never have I ever experienced this with any other refrigerator. Some of the chips are pretty small and some are larger, but always multiple and always annoying! Maybe I can figure out a way to catch the chips on the outside, but it's still going to eject chips into the freezer. Design flaw, for sure. The french door LG that this refrigerator replaced lasted 12 years with no problems, until the compressor failed. Hopefully, this refrigerator will prove to be reliable for a long period of time, however, I have not committed to keeping it long enough to find out.

A nice refrigerator that’s made a little bit too cheaply.

AJ Madison · 3 out of 5 stars

For the most part I like my new refrigerator. But from a build quality perspective it seems to be much cheaper than my Samsung was. Whereas things seem to be misaligned a bit on the entire frame. The doors. Etc. The attention to details the seams all seem to be sloppy I think it could benefit from being a few inches taller as well. Why stop at 68 or 69 inches when you can go up to almost a full 72. And get more space. Other than that it seems to be fairly nice.

BUYER BEWARE

AJ Madison · 1 out of 5 stars

The Frigidaire refrigerator (GRSC2352AF) proved to be a colossal disappointment, succumbing to a malfunctioning control board after a mere 13 months. To add insult to injury, attempting to engage with their non-existent customer service was like shouting into the void – utterly futile and aggravating. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this refrigerator at all costs; the out-of-warranty repair expenses are nearly as expensive as buying a new unit, making the initial purchase seem like a regrettable investment in frustration and disappointment.
