Very happy with the purchase. Would have given 4.5 stars, but not an option. I live in an older home and my floor slopes toward the wall. Even with the front adjusters all the way down I couldn't level. I had to add a 1/2in piece of wood to the back to level it. Need some adjusters on the back. Other than that, it's great. Plenty of shelf space and stainless cleans up easily.

So much Room

We had been looking at this fridge for a few months to replace our old one and I’m so glad I did. I have so much room for things- the only thing I wish it had was a drawer towards the top for deli meats and cheese. I have bought a separate add on drawer and it has helped a lot.

Finally the perfect refrigerator!

I bought this a few months ago and I love it! Before we had one with French doors on top and freezer drawer on the bottom which was ok but now no bending over, no crowded freezer that I can’t put pizza boxes in. This side by side had tons of room and is so much more convenient! The best one I have ever had! Get it it’s awesome!

I purchased the refrigerator about 6 months ago. It has a lot of space inside. I purchased 2 small drawers to add to the two large drawers for extra drawer space. The only issue I have is sometimes when you close the refrigerator door, the freezer door comes open a little bit, so you have to double check that the door is shut

We were forced into purchasing a new refrigerator asap when our other finally broke down. I've had good experience with LG products in the past, so we decided to go with this one. So far, we love it! It comes with several noises intermittently throughout the day, but we can live with those.

Does its job well so far. The drawer handles are at the bottom of the drawers, which means you’re almost touching the ground to open the bottom one. I’ve maker does not dispense out if the door. Getting ice from the bucket at the top of the freezer is difficult for my kids to reach. Otherwise satisfied

I got this refrigerator a couple of weeks ago and it is wonderful. This is my second time purchasing this model, which went to my rental property, after being so happy the first time with the one in our home. I can't express how happy we are with the layout and amount of space because we can see what we have and not waste food because it was behind something and forgotten. Having filtered water and ice is such a help with not having to use a bunch of freezer space or buy ice. The only drawback was the two-week delay, which was really hard to handle for my renters, who already had to wait a while for the initial delivery. In the end I believe the wait was worth it, but it would have been nice to have a more realistic timeframe from the time of order.

Drawer bins.

Love it. Better than expected. Only drawback is that the drawer bins have there handles at the bottoms and for the elderly it is hard to bend your back so much. I use my feet to open and close them.

I couldn't have made a better decision for a new refrigerator. It is so quiet I found myself checking it to make sure it was really working. Quiet with plenty of room for the groceries and it looks great. I will recommend LG products to everyone. I now have a LG refrigerator, washer, dryer and TV. I'm extremely satisfied with all my LG products.

Very happy with this product! Discovered this refrigerator why looking at bigger models. I like the outside appearance of a French door refrigerator with a bottom freezer (when actually it is a side by side refrigerator). It looks great in my kitchen and it functions in a very quiet manner as it keeps my food cold. I am glad that I bought this LG product.

Ample Space and easy to organize

I really like the appliance for the price. However the appliance as installed with a defective ice bin - I reached to the vendor I purchased from and they were not able to get a replacement ice bin. I called LG myself and the bin was replaced right away. It has ample space.

I was concerned at first because it is a side by side. However, I found that it holds more than my old French door style. I actually like being able to reach everything in the freezer and not having everything piled on top of each other. The icemaker works really well as does the external water. I got a very good price on this refrigerator during Holiday sales. I like the bell that reminds me to close door. All in all, I am very satisfied with our new refrigerator.

We were looking for a reliable, large capacity, side-by-side, without a front ice dispenser. This model has everything we wanted. The ice maker makes plenty of ice,. The workmanship of the doors, lighting, and shelving were high points. It is very quiet and the filter is easy to change.

I can't give a 5 because I just received it 2 months ago. first of all I bought this refrigerator for the price and now it is even $150 less than what I paid. A friend of mine came to visit and opened the freezer and said wow I love this you don't have to bend down anymore and it Dorn on me that it makes sense and immediately I fall in love with this frig. it is big and spacey and no more bending for the freezer. I love love love this refrigerator. I think it deserve a 5 you got it a 5

This refrigerator has ample space on both sides! The deli and produce drawers are spacious as well. My only complaint would be that the drawers have to be pulled from the bottom - it would have been nice to have the drawer pulls at the top of the drawer.

Overall a good product for the money. Found not having ice maker on door a disappointment. Also, do not understand auto hinge feature. Doors slam when you close them unless you hold onto them. Also miss having a light for water dispenser that can be turned off and on.

This is the second one I purchased as I have a cottage. Love it. In door cooling keeps everything fresh. I prefer in freezer ice cube tray which is less of a mess then in door. Also takes up less space in the freezer.

Two weeks now and we are quite happy with this refrigerator. Plenty of room in the freezer and fridge side. Ice maker just cranks away. Water from the door isn’t really chilled but satisfactory for my use. It looks elegant with sleek lines and recessed handles. We like it.

Has been up and running for a month now and overall happy with purchase. We would purchase it again We were looking for a basic stainless steel side by side without ice crusher which takes up a lot of room. Great storage, longer water dispenser opening, nice looks and basic options except for tech added availability ( which I don't use). Some down side issues, a little more noisy that I would like. Only stores enough cold water for 1 glass. Ice holder needs to have a grab space so you don't have to take it out. Water tasted funny for almost a week after installing and dispensing as instructed. Front leveling feet instructions are very confusing.

I purchased this fridge almost a Month ago. I should’ve done more research. It had to be delivered several times because the first two had defects. By my third delivery I was just ready to give up. It was the best looking one over all. Unfortunately the back inside panel on the fridge side is starting to lift just like the first one. I can’t mentally deal with having another round of fridges delivered so I’ve settled with a cross of the fingers in hopes it doesn’t get worse.

I just realized this was installed brand new without a water filter. I also unscrewed the deodorizer cover to find one of the palm wood panels is missing. And I’m not sure how or where to find a replacement for this obscure part!

Ice maker quit working after warranty

Have owned it for 2 weeks and so far so good. I like all of the features and have no complaints so far. I can only give it 3 stars since I am have had a terrible experience with the previous LG refrigerator with a linear compressor. Hopefully they have fixed the issues that caused several class action suits. Time will tell.

Well I’m not happy to say the least. First the delivery people that delivered the fridge was very rude. Next the doors weren’t level so I read the directions and used the tool that it came with, nope didn’t work. Called to have someone come and do it and they said you need a washer to raise the door. He did it and said that’s a little better and left. Haven’t heard from anyone since. BIG THUMBS DOWN
