Owners Answer
The questions shoppers ask, answered from real owner reviews and discussions across the web — not the manufacturer spec sheet. See the spec FAQ below for the official numbers.
This French-door model has 17.5 cubic feet of capacity and measures 32.1 inches wide, 70 inches tall, and 28.1 inches deep (counter depth). Most owners report it offers surprisingly spacious interior storage despite its compact footprint, making it ideal for smaller kitchens, apartments, or as a secondary fridge. The French-door design and bottom freezer drawer make it easy to access and see contents without bending.
This model connects to SmartThings and can send notifications if the door is left open, allowing you to monitor it remotely from your smartphone. Owners appreciate the modern smart integration and the convenience of receiving alerts.
The refrigerator features a sleek, modern stainless steel design with a seamless, handle-free front that gives it a clean, contemporary look. Most owners love the aesthetic appeal and how it complements their kitchen. However, several reviewers note that the stainless steel surface shows fingerprints and smudges easily, requiring frequent wiping to maintain its appearance.
Yes, this model uses 540 kWh per year and is marketed as an energy saver. Owners who prioritize efficiency report being satisfied with its power consumption relative to its capacity.
A small number of owners have reported cooling problems, including the unit shutting off unexpectedly or displaying error codes. Most of these issues resolved after unplugging the unit for a few hours and restarting it, or by moving it away from the wall to improve airflow. However, a few reviewers experienced persistent cooling failures requiring service calls. Additionally, some owners report the freezer compartment can ice up if items block the vent holes.
Most owners report good ice production and appreciate the quiet operation of the ice maker. However, one reviewer noted extremely poor ice production from the start, and another mentioned difficulty removing ice cubes from the tray.
The bottom freezer drawer is convenient and easy to access, but several owners note it is relatively small compared to the refrigerator section. If you need substantial freezer space, this may be a limitation to consider.
Most owners report straightforward setup and installation with no problems getting the unit running. However, some find the temperature control settings difficult to adjust, and the handle-free design, while aesthetically pleasing, can confuse guests who don't know how to open it.

I bought it a month a go, and very happy that I found a elegance design refrigerator, that fit my counter top. Is so nice I do not have to bend to get the stuff out of the shelfs!! And love it the bottom drawer... very convenient.. would love it if it had the water drinking…
Bought it 2 month ago , and I love it . It's super big from inside , I can put all the food I need and still have room for extra , keeps the food cold and fresh
Other than having it stop cooling a couple of times while it got used to being in its new home, its been great. Thankfully we caught the fact that it stopped cooling without losing any food. Just unplugged it for 5 minutes then plugged it back in and reset. Happened twice but…
