Gathering the reviews
We continuously collect owner reviews and public discussions from major retailers and community forums, de-duplicate them, and set aside anything we can’t tie to a verified purchase.
Calculating the average
Averaged across every source we found (Amazon, AJ Madison, and other retailers). Each source counts in proportion to how many ratings it has, so a store with thousands of reviews moves the number more than one with only a handful.

I bought it online I had seen the pics to the freezer/refrigerator… some of the pics it looked small in some large so I was anxious to see it. It totally 100% met my expectations. I’m so happy with my freezer!!! :-)
The flexibility for shelf placement is very helpful. There’s a lot of space and it’s easy to see what we have in our freezer. We appreciate the alarms and green light for quick visual to see the freezer is working fine.
This freezer replaced my old Frigidaire freezer i had for 24 yrs, it still worked but the drain line detereated damaging my floor i could had kept the foil pan under it to keep water off the floor but I figured it's a sign she may go bad soon and it was full of meats etc so…
We love Frigidaire appliances. We bought two of these and made our own built in look, full size refrigerator, full size freezer. They work great and have plenty of space!
Bought this freezer after much research to replace a 20 plus or freezer that finally broke down. This one it’s slightly smaller than the one I had before I chose this because of the Garage ready feature. I’m hoping it will keep the food fresher without the icing of the food…
