Frigidaire - 33 in. Wide 22.3 cu. ft. Side-By-Side Refrigerator With Eventemp Cooling System - Black FRSS2323AB

This model has a capacity of 22.3 cubic feet and measures 33.1 inches wide, 69.9 inches tall, and 35 inches deep. Most reviewers praise the spacious interior and flexible shelf layout, noting it fits well in standard kitchen spaces and provides ample room for groceries despite being a compact side-by-side design.

Reviewers consistently praise the convenience of having separate ice and water buttons on the freezer door, with many highlighting the crushed and cubed ice options. Several note the dispenser is easy to use and reliable, though a few mention minor issues like ice cubes being small or the dispenser spraying ice occasionally.

Opinions on noise vary. Several reviewers report the unit runs quietly or very quietly, while others note a noticeable compressor hum or fan noise, particularly from the freezer fan or ice maker. Some describe it as normal operation, though a few found it louder than expected compared to their previous refrigerators.

Most reviewers report the ice maker works reliably and produces ice within hours of installation. However, some note it takes time to fill initially or produces smaller ice cubes than desired. One reviewer mentioned the ice maker was slow at first but eventually worked fine.

Reviewers consistently praise the side-by-side design, LED lighting, separate ice and water dispensers, built-in air filter, flexible shelving, and easy-to-clean finish. Many also highlight the reliable Frigidaire brand reputation and good value for the price.

A few reviewers report the door swings open loosely or bangs open, even after adjustment attempts. One owner noted the door hinges are large and make the doors taller than the case. Most reviewers do not mention door issues, suggesting this is not a widespread problem.

Some reviewers note the unit does not come with a cold cuts drawer or egg bin, which they had in previous refrigerators. One owner also mentioned the plastic cover on the ice bin sometimes sticks. These appear to be design trade-offs rather than defects.

The black finish is described as sleek and attractive, but several reviewers note it shows smears and scratches easily, and removing adhesive can cause scratches. It requires regular wiping to maintain appearance, though one commercial user reported it wipes up easily even with dirty hands.
