We continuously collect owner reviews and public discussions from major retailers and community forums, de-duplicate them, and set aside anything we can’t tie to a verified purchase.

What owners talk about most
“We are so very happy with this unit - it has tons of room and looks super classy. We are using it as a fridge in our garage as we already have a stand up freezer. Once the unit was delivered and in place it was so sleek & classy looking that it motivated us to clean & paint the garage!”
Owners Answer
The questions shoppers ask, answered from real owner reviews and discussions across the web — not the manufacturer spec sheet. See the spec FAQ below for the official numbers.
Yes, most reviewers report the unit runs very quietly. One owner specifically noted it is noticeably quieter than their previous loud refrigerator, and several others describe it as quiet or fairly quiet during normal operation.
The unit offers 17.6 cubic feet of total capacity and is described by reviewers as spacious, roomy, and perfect for secondary use in garages, basements, or small kitchens. Multiple owners note it is larger than expected and provides plenty of room for both freezer and refrigerator storage.
Yes, reviewers consistently praise the refrigerator as an excellent value. Multiple owners describe it as cost-effective, a good product for the price, and considerably better than expected for the cost, especially when compared to competition.
Some reviewers report the door is hard to open or requires significant effort. A few owners specifically mention the grab handle design could be improved, and at least one suggests side handles would be preferable to the current design.
Most reviewers report the freezer keeps food properly frozen on recommended settings. However, a small number of owners have experienced temperature instability issues, including one report of fluctuations of 20+ degrees and another of the freezer shutting down at night and rising to 30 degrees. These appear to be isolated cases rather than a widespread pattern.
Most reviewers are satisfied with the shelves. However, one owner noted the shelves could be more robust and requested additional vertical placement options. Another mentioned concern about glass shelf weight capacity when storing heavy bottled items, though they reported no problems so far.
Yes, the door is reversible. One reviewer successfully reversed the doors for their application and reported the instructions were easy to follow with all parts included.
This refrigerator uses 360 kilowatt-hours per year. Reviewers note it offers good energy efficiency, particularly for use in garage areas.

Freezer fridge is perfect size for our family of 3
We purchased the Element refrigerator for our garage. The freezer and refrigerator both do an excellent job cooling and freezing on the recommended settings.

I love this refrigerator!!! The color and size are perfect. My favorite feature is the interior design...clear shelves and drawers make it so easy to see where your food in located!! Awesome product!
Nice fridge. More interior space than the unit it replaced. This allowed me to eliminate the small fridge in the garage. The crisper drawers don't slide as easily as my old unit.
