Does NOT have working freezer

"Freezer" unit does NOT freeze. The fridge is fine, but you will not get ice even tho it is advertised to have a functional freezer. And, because it is colder than fridge, it creates a lot of condensation. I wrote the company, followed their directions, but it just doesn't freeze, as many others have pointed out. It would be nice if Chinese companies felt a bit more bound by the truth. I'm also not sure that ONE temp control can accurately regulate to compartments w different temps.

Very poor service

Unfortunately I have owned this for over two months and now it won't even turn on. I used it once in my casita with guests. I am getting guests tomorrow and I plugged it in to prepare it for their food items. It started, turned hot immediately and I unplugged it. I waited about 15 min and plugged it back in. IT WILL NOT TURN ON!!!!! I have wasted my money and I can't afford to purchase another one. Very disappointing.
