Frosty the Refrigerator

This refrigerator gets a build up of frost that no repair man can stop. We’ve had 3 different repairmen out and are still experiencing frost all over the freezer as well as along the waterline on the interior of the refrigerator portion.

I've had a lot of problems with this fridge, and it makes me never to want to buy another GE product again. I've had it for 6 years, the fan died about two years ago and luckily I had the service plan. The service people were really nice, but had to come back several times which was difficult to coordinate. The fan is dying again, and in between, there are numerous problems. The ice maker consistently gets stuck, where the ice is frozen in a block. The water is only cold for the first six ounces, and takes about an hour to get cold again. There is inconsistent cooling in the fridge, where pockets will freeze and other pockets won't be cold. This is probably a problem with the fan, where I need to unplug the fridge and let all the ice inside melt away. The freezer is a poor layout which makes storing stuff difficult. Really disappointed.

Second refrigerator first was taken back because of freezing food now this refrigerator the same result do not buy this product!!!

Multiple dents on rear corners of fridge (done at the factory, not by delivery). Light scratches all over front doors (done at the factory, not by delivery). Ice maker ice cubes stick together, causing a jam that must be manually be corrected. Freezer door difficult to close; doesn’t close properly unless forced.
