Ok most of the time

Every few days will leak water from beneathEdit- I covered the drain hole in the bottom an that keeps the cold air from hitting condenser and sweating No water from beneath cooler now. My issue was user error

Ordered as a blank fridge, but ours says organic- kinda became a joke , but it doesn’t just slide out . Haven’t tried to disassemble- fantastic beer fridge

Worst Company Ever... Product is Defective and Customer Service Won't Respond

We purchased this unit for our yoga studio. When we turned it on, it started beeping for a full 1-2 minutes every hour... it's an incredibly loud and annoying beep. We contacted the manufacturer and their customer service agent took us through a few troubleshooting steps, but nothing they have recommended to date has worked. We continued to follow up to request that a technician or a replacement unit be sent and now they've ghosted us. We paid $1000 for a unit that's broken, and has been since Day 1. I will never buy from this company ever again, and if you're looking for a commercial refrigerator, I strongly encourage you to find a similar product from a reputable seller that stands behind their line. Run!
