A mini fridge that actually freezes and keeps items frozen.

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

The best mini fridge I have ever used.

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

The motor failed on our 26 cu. ft. refrigerator and we were living out of coolers for nearly 2 weeks until it was repaired. After the first repair failed, we ordered the mini fridge. Much better than going out in the cold to retrieve cooler items! It came ready to go and was up and running quickly. Was able to fit essentials and the separate freezer is so much better than the open space freezers that most mini fridges have. It’s relatively quite with the occasional motor hum.

I love it !

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

I bought this for my bedroom. I have a coffee pot and toaster oven in my bathroom next to where the fridge is. This is great for storing milk, cream and lunch items. I can't get to the kitchen without help. Thanks for making life easier. :o)

We love our mini fridge! It works wonderfully and is very quiet.

Perfect size!

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

We purchased this for our Studio/Guesthouse and it fits perfectly under the counter. The freezer is much roomier than expected. However, could only give 4 stars because of the holders inside on the door not having a bottom to hold other items. Overall, this fridge is sufficient and cools well and keeps frozen items as well. We’re happy with our purchase!

I’ve been using this fridge for about a month. It has wonderful temperatures and is relatively quiet for my 10x10 room. It condensates a bit at the back by the drain is handy to keep it nice and dry. Great fridge!

Love my new mini fridge!

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

I bought this mini fridge for my bedroom to fill with waters and treats. It’s the perfect size for my space. There is only one thermostat that controls the fridge and the freezer - it took me a minute to find the right balance to not freeze things in the fridge portion. Would recommend one to any parent of adult children who like to steal their parents drinks and snacks :)

“Awesome Mini-Freezer/Fridge”

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

We bought the Frigidaire, Compact Refrigerator a couple weeks ago. We absolutely love it!! Work’s great & it’s the Perfect size, holds a lot more then we expected. The freezer is definitely a bonus.

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

This compact fridge is just the right size for my bar/grotto. I like the sleek design, and it runs very quietly. Took a couple of days to get the temp just right in the refrigerator, and the freezer is about 10 degrees below 0. My previous Frigidaire quit working after 16 years, so this replacement looked almost the same. Oh, a big improvement over the old one is that this one has a light in the fridge.

Emergency need

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

Kitchen fridge died. Can hold enough essentials, soft drinks, and more to keep from running back and forth to the garage fridge until the kitchen replacement is delivered. Helped make a bad situation bearable. Works great.

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

This fridge is what we needed. We needed it for our beside to keep the baby's bottle of milk for when she wakes up in the middle of the night. Having a temperature control is a plus. It works for what we need it for and much more.

3rd times the charm

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

This was the 3rd mini fridge I bought after returning 2 others of off brand fridges from box stores. Frigidaire is a trusted brand, slightly more expensive but worth it. Great little fridge.

Good cooling but a little noisy

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

The freezer and refrigerator are both doing a good job of cooling. The machine is a little noisier than I expected but quite tolerable even sitting close to it in my home office.

Review Compact Refrigerator

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

I previously had a "dorm" size little square 'fridge which barely held anything; and the little "freezer" inside barely held 1 lb. ground round and did not keep a pint of ice-cream hard. Pint of ice cream was always soft. I searched for 2 years looking for a "mini 'fridge" that would hold a 1/2 gallon of milk, with a larger freezer that could hold, and keep hard, a 1/2 gallon of ice-cream. Seems all the mini refrigerators neglect the importance of milk and are designed to hold only soda pop or beer cans. Well, this little and short refrigerator HOLDS 1/2 GALLON MILK, and SEPARATE FREEZER has good capacity so now I can finally fit all my weeks groceries in, and it has a fruit/salad bin too!!! No more oranges rotting in a hot house; now kept cool in bottom bin. I don't know why more manufactureres don't make space available for 1/2 gallon milk. But you did, I bought it, and I'm in heaven.

My Frigidaire friend.

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

I recently moved into an assisted living facility and with the limited space in my apartment The 3.1 cu. ft. compact refrigerator is exactly what I needed and provides me with everything one could want in a limited space. It works fine and has enough space to fit my needs. It is also a very nice looking appliance. My wife and I have had no other brand than Frigidaire in our 61 years of marriage. Unfortunately I lost my wife five years ago.

My Little Fridge

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

I really like this little refrigerator. We have a three story house and the bedrooms are all on the top floor. So it's nice to have the little fridge there for ice cream, snacks & drinks at night when I don't feel like going downstairs AGAIN. It fits very nicely inside my closet. Aside from a slight 'popping' sound when the compressor comes on, it's silent.

Compact Two Door Refrigerator/Freezer

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

This is a very nice little refrigerator with a true freezer. I don't like the refrigerator door storage, it's set up specifically for cans. For me, it would work much better with more versatile standard shelves.

Hogdooz · Dec 28, 2022

Perfect size

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

I needed a slightly larger mini fridge with a separate freezer compartment for a small living space. The refrigerator checked all the boxes in terms of size, shelving and freezer space. My only complaint is the rather odd soda? holders in the door which I do not use for such purpose, but re-purpose (protein drinks) instead. Overall a good buy, and I am happy with the color too.

Excellent!

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

Great fridge, we bought it to replace a 30-year old one and it's spectacular. I had a small issue with the plug coming out but I thin it was just the angle. If the plug cord could be like... a meter longer, that would be so much better!!

tarupop · Nov 29, 2021

Very good

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

The two mini fridges we purchased for our two VRBOs work great. We purchased these in store but they needed to ship them to us. Both had minor non-function blemishes from Fed-ex. The only reason they don’t get a 5 star.

mboyle · Oct 8, 2021

Great little unit!

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

This unit is a great size for a personal office - and even has a small freezer. Two minor issues: the can holder on the door can create closure issues if anything taller than a can is out there and the crisper drawer doesn’t slide out or in smoothly.

PackerBackef · Oct 1, 2021

Convenient

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

After 20 years of owning a medium-sized fridge with a built-in freezer, which never really kept things frozen, I decided to upgrade to this model. I like that it has glass shelves, which makes for easier cleaning. The crisper feature is convenient as well. The only dislike I have is the water reservoir for collecting extra moisture, because it takes up some room. I also wish the refrigerator door had normal shelves instead of soda can holders.

I love, love, love this refrigerator. I am getting on in age (70) and I live alone in a two story home. I bought this appliance to put upstairs in my home. I keep ice cubes and other frozen treats in the freezer sections which saves me many steps because I don't have to go downstairs when I want something cold. I also keep fruit and other low calories healthy snacks in this refrigerator that are readily available and I don't have to go downstairs for a snack. I also keep cold low calorie beverages in this refrigerator. I love convenience and this appliance provides it.

Good but not great

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

I bought this for my room to keep my refrigerated stuff away from my roommates. It works, but I have to turn it up to full blast all the time to make sure it reaches safe temperatures (under 41°). But it barely makes it to 41 and usually runs around 45-47°. I'm not sure if it's supposed to do that, but my stuff is going to spoil faster. Anyone who can help me I would appreciate it.

Great size, works well

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

I purchased this around 6 months ago and it has worked very well. I use it in my office and it is the perfect size to throw a few lunches and snacks/drinks in. I did use a thermometer to ensure it was getting to the correct temperature in the fridge and freezer but it has maintained those temperatures since I found the correct setting for me. The only issue I have is that you have to be careful with small items in the door tubs as the wire containers do not extend to the bottom and small items can slip out as the door opens/closes.

Perfect fit!

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

I bought this for a snack bar that we built in our basement. It was a perfect fit and the available space inside was exactly what we needed. It has nice storage for canned drinks and the freezer was larger than expected. Runs quietly which is nice as well. Perfect for what we were looking for.

Pugsley57 · Oct 25, 2020

Does the job

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

We live in an RV and have a small refrigerator so this fridge/freezer is for added capacity. I works wonderfully. We especially like the separate freezer door and compartment which is hard to find on compact refrigerators. The freezer works wonderfully, keeping ice cream hard instead of mushy like other small fridges we've had. Our only complaint is the lack of adjustability of the shelves in the refrigerator area. We seem to waste a lot of space because we can't stand things up.

Great freezer but..

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

The only thing that I don’t like so far is that the drinks in the door don’t get as cold as the stuff in the fridge shelves. Maybe it’s the insulation in the door.

Great for my office!

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

I bought this one to replace a much smaller mini fridge that had just died. I needed a larger one to keep frozen meals. I often bring my lunch to eat in my office instead of going out, so it is convenient to have a good refrigerator to keep everything fresh. This one works great, and looks good, too! I'm very happy with it.

Re: Get a lot for a little

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

We purchased this little fridge for our new sunroom. It doesn’t take up much space but it holds a lot, and it even has handy bottle holders in the door. It also has a crisper drawer! It runs quietly and seems to use very little electricity. The freezer is small, but for our purposes (a little bit of ice cream is mostly what we use it for) it’s just right. Highly recommended for college dorms, offices or extra rooms.

Great Mini Fridge

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

Using this Fridge for almost a month now. Definitely a great product, specially for the price. It has a freezer section which makes it a great choice compared to other Mini fridges in this range. Have compartments on the door which makes it very convenient to segregate and hold the basic item for a household. Will definitely recommend this product.

Best Fridge for Small Apartment Room

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

I bought this before making my move to Boston. I was going to have a smaller room and I had 4 other roommates so I knew there wasn’t going to be enough fridge/freezer space. This fits perfectly in my room and is enough space to hold my drinks, snacks and other food items. The fridge stays cold and the freezer part actually keeps things frozen. Highly recommend.

Very Nice Fridge & made in USA

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

This fridge has wonderful features that aren't found in all the compact refrigerators. The separate freezer is very roomy - to get an idea of the size- picture 4 half-gallon containers of ice cream & then 3 klondike packages on top of them, along with 1 klondike package plus space in the shelf on the door all in this little freezer! The fridge compartment has a drawer & glass shelving along with nice shelving fixed on the door to hold cans as well as large enough for juice or smaller milk jugs. This is an excellent choice for a smaller fridge need! I would buy this again.

Looks great, interior condensation

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

Bought this when my big fridge died, to try to save *some* food while on waiting list for repair. Love the overall look and separate freezer compartment is great but don't know how to fix the condensation inside. Also having an issue finding the right number to set thermostat to keep some foods from freezing along back wall in fridge compartment. Once big fridge is fixed, this one will just be overflow for drinks so those probs may not be an issue then.

Know your personal requirements before you buy

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

This exterior of this refrigerator measured the same as my old one except it was one-half inch shorter. That seemed acceptable, but the freezer is smaller. Now my frozen meals cannot be stacked vertically and won’t fit on the door shelf. The ‘fridge is noisier than my old one which is a consideration in my one-room studio apartment. The door has six pockets for beverage cans which I don’t use. It might hold apples or oranges, I haven’t tried. This is a sleek-looking appliance and refrigerates well. I think potential buyers might be helped if they know these details.

I bought this little model when my regular refrigerator stopped keeping items cold. We used this model as a stopgap until the new refrigerator was installed. I was surprised how much I could pack into it. It definitely saved our essential cold items.

Lifesaver

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

I bought this unit about a month ago when my 22 year old Frigidaire quit on me. This compact 3.1 refrigerator saved the day, as I transferred most of my items from the big fridge to the compact one and the frozen items to another freezer. Couldn’t help but compare this compact one to the kerosene powered one my grandmother owned when I was a youngster. This little compact one is a keeper, and I got the big one repaired.

Great Compact Size

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

I needed new unit after my full-size refrigerator stopped working after only 1.5 years. Being single, a full-size frig was too big for me anyway so I purchased the Frigidaire 3.1. So far it is working out great. The freezer was larger than I thought since I didn't actually see the unit in person. I have the unit on a 29" high wood stand so no more bending down, like with a full-size unit. The price and reviews were a big selling point for me.

Lots of space

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

We bought this fridge to go under a counter in a cabin. I love having a separate door for the freezer and was surprised how much space there is! It does condensate on the interior walls, most likely from being in an unconditioned space during the week, as we only run the cabin A/C on the weekends.

Surprisingly Large Inside!

I live in a mother-in-law suite and needed a small personal refrigerator. This one fits perfectly. I didn't expect it to hold much but I was pleasantly surprised! Great internal storage space! It was pretty low to access so I found a table that was the right size, my son-in-law shortened the legs and it's perfect!! (This also gave me much needed storage space below.)

Bought about a month ago and been great so far, it's a bit nosey but I've gotten used to it. Keeps everything cold, watch the setting my milk changed it to between 6-7 and everything started to freeze. But for a working collage student who need a personal refrigerator it is great. Would recommend highly.

Sleek design, exceptional value, works well!. After I bought the small refrigerator for my bedroom I never knew it was gonna work out so well. I’m bedridden and I can’t get to the Kitchen, so this works well for me. I’ve had it for two weeks and I’d buy it again in a flash. It is quite reliable.

Good value, handy to have

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

I bought this when my refrigerator quit and I had to wait two weeks for repairs. It is a little bigger than some of the other mini fridges I looked at, which is a plus, but the footprint is still small. Works great, kept ice cream in the freezer section frozen and food in the fridge section fresh. Only drawback I hadn't thought of is it's so low on the ground that I have to get on hands and knees to get stuff in and out of fridge section. Hope I can figure out a way to elevate it off the floor that is stable and level.

I wanted a freezer chest during covid-19 and there were none to be found. so I bought this instead out of desperation. The freezer section is super small but it has been working out quite well. I've been able to store some things in the freezer to reduce the number of trips to the store. This actually works better than my full-sized Frigidaire refrigerator freezer. I would never recommend the full-sized Frigidaire to anyone. But I would definitely recommend this size. Especially for a dorm room.

VERSATILE

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

I am very satisfied with my 3.1 Frigidaire compact which I bought for its two door freezer/fridge combo and its, size, suitable for using in my camper when traveling or camping, but light enough to easily move into my home, using a mere luggage rack to move, for double duty with my regular home fridge/freezer to hold food overloads from pandemic stock-ups.It's freezer is relatively large compared to others and its own door makes for more freezing efficiency. It holds enough for a week or more of camping. It does what it is said to do, hard freeze frozen foods and keep them cold in the fridge under outdoor conditions in the camper. And all of that quickly from first hook up. After all, that's what I wanted it for. What more can you ask of any product?

Accurate temp control! Awesome freezer!!

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

We purchased our mini Frigidaire 3 months ago and it is by far the best purchase we’ve made! We live at my mother in laws and having our own food area was a must. Keeps food very cold sometimes it will freeze it i would say that is the only downside to this purchase but the freezer works better than the main freezer in the house! Plenty of room for drinks and groceries haven’t had to sacrifice anything for something. Perfect size for me my boyfriend and 1 year old snacks and goodies.

I bought this a month ago. It cooled down very quickly. The suggested coldness setting is 5 I believe, out of a maximum coldness of 7. After a few days I noticed things were not as cold as I'd like and I went up to 6. Overall, it's a small fridge that can pack a lot more than you'd think.

Serving Its Purpose!

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

We bought this as a backup fridge for drinks, meal preps, and ice cream sandwiches (Haha). It's holding a couple of other miscellaneous items as well. The temperature gauging is a little tricky to figure, but I'm sure we'll get it to that comfortable setting that we want. One of my glass bottle Topo Chico froze while in the fridge part, and cracked open. So, that was a great surprise. All in all, I can say that we haven't gone without anything being cold. It's a very good compact size. For me though, the absolute best thing about it is the surety of knowing the door is closed. It is a nice tight close as if it's saying, "Yeah, I got your stuff boo!" Lol...

The fridge is designed for a small space. The bottom drawer is difficult to open and shut. Better guides that actually hold it in place would change that. The freezer keeps ice cubes and ice cream frozen. So far, it’s a happy purchase, just wish the bottom drawer was functional

good size, like seperate freezer, works well, crisper difficult to move (sticks on above shelf) and unfortunately the bottom left corner of door was badly dented on arrival, this does not seem to be affecting the performance but is not a good look.

Nice fridge but balancing freezer and fridge setting not easy

AJ Madison · 3 out of 5 stars

The build fit and finish of this fridge is up to Frigidaire standards, but it’s control settings for the freezer and fridge are ganged to one knob, which results in either no freezing in the freezer and perfect temperature in the fridge or good temperature in the freezer and everything in the fridge is almost frozen. Had to be a better way to handle that.

Cool little fridge but some shortcomings

AJ Madison · 3 out of 5 stars

I purchased the fridge for as a backup for small items during covid and while the refrigerator gets the job done, the quality isn't completely there. The feet stands were properly made (maybe?) because when I unboxed it it was wobbly and no matter what I did it didn't help. The other issue I have with it is that it is there's always condensation inside the fridge and I don't see where I can adjust it. Irks me whenever I see it.

I purchased this mini refrigerator over a month ago and I do like it. I find that the freezer works wonderfully but the refrigerator part tends to be not quite as cold as I would like. I have changed the settings but if I get it to where the refrigerator is cold then I end up with frozen lettuce or whatever I have in the back of the refrigerator. It works for what I need...no produce only nut flours, nuts, and seeds.

Died in 6 weeks

AJ Madison · 1 out of 5 stars

I love the design of the fridge. It’s a great size for a semi truck. The freezer has a lot of room for how small it is and the fridge space arrangement allows a significant amount of food to be put inside. If you are a 12oz can drinker, it has 6 holders in the door so you always have a can of soda cold and ready to go! You also have a. Spot for 1/2 gallon of milk in the door. Only negative is the first one I bought (at a local appliance store) died in 3 months. Bought another one exactly like it at Best Buy and it died in 6 weeks. I’ve left both of them at home and have now bought a 3rd one while I wait for Frigidaire to look at and warranty the first 2. I have mine plugged into a pure sine wave 1800 Watt Eaton Inverter. I don’t know if these were just lemons or if they just don’t hold up in a truck, but curious if one of them is eventually gonna last at least a year or two. Might have better luck in a home environment?

Needs Redesign

AJ Madison · 2 out of 5 stars

Have owned for over a month. Pros: Nice exterior finish, quiet, freezer works better than expected. Cons: Condensation on back wall of interior, Poor utilization of storage space (the door racks for cans had to be removed because that interfere with items placed on shelves), other door storage is practically useless. Shelves are not adjustable, the useless crisper tray had to be removed in order to place beer bottles upright....the bottom of the refrigerator compartment is grooved below the crisper tray, which means bottles will tilt sideways unless something is placed underneath. Freezer compartment is fine, but the lower part of the refrigerator needs a complete redesign to maximize space utilization. Fortunately I only need for drinks.

The fridge does it's job. Haven't had issues with spoilage. Product is extremely loud. The first fridge I received in the mail had a corner bashed in. Returned that and got another one, but the second one had a giant dent in the door. Called Frigidaire and complained and they sent me a buyback letter which I promptly filled out and sent in electronically. More than three weeks later, still no check in the mail or any form of communication from Frigidaire. Moral of the story is fridge can be easily damaged and Frigidaire is very difficult to work with to resolve issues. Probably will never purchase any product from Frigidaire in future.

Terrible design as there is no fans for air movement in the fridge or freezer. Uneven cooling and moisture build up even when doors not opened very often. Freezer burns everything within a few days and food gets stale and moldy in fridge quickly. Poor Design and Poor Chinese Quality.
