My first ever Refrigerator/Freezer that I ever bought

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

This is a great buy and awesome purchase. Hours of time spent researching and I can tell you that I am very pleased with this and love all of the various components of it that make this a very special experience using each day. My vegetables have lasted a very long time and fruit still taste like the day I bought them

I absolutely live my French door refrigerator It has so much door storage I can easily see and find everything. I did remove on shelf which helped with organization.

So far, it seems okay. Our last fridge was a Frigidaire and lasted 15 years, so hopefully, this one can do the same. It runs more than I would like, but from what I have read, that's how they do now. My wife loves the extra space. We do use the water and ice quite a bit. It is a nice feature to have.

Great As Of Now

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

So far so good. I love the look and the layout. It is doing great and I did a lot of research before the purchase as I had a horrible experience with my last fridge. I should have purchased Frigidaire the first time according to all reviews. This brand has stood the test of time and I have high expectations for my new Frigidaire purchase.

French door convenience with all the upgraded features and capacity for a large family

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

This is our second Frigidaire French door utility. We sold the first one with the old house. This model, installed 6 months ago, has been performing above our expectations! Both the freezer and the cooler cabin maintain the temperatures well within the adjustable set point controls. The water filter and air filter are easily replaced (display reminders illuminate every 6 months). The through-door ice delivery is notably more rapid than the older version. Excellent frost-free freezer with ample space on two levels, no need to operate our additional freezer most of the time.

Love!!

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

So excited for my new Frigidaire! We had another fridge only 4 years old and it died. We replaced it with this one! I will say I love the option of moving the shelves around so I can have taller drink containers! The door shelves are large as well! The ice is a great square shape and comes out well and quickly. It also crushes easily when that option is used. Love the air filter included for fresh air in the fridge. The taller area for ice and water is great for my Stanley cup as well! I have only good things to say for this fridge! Thank you!!

Ebooth · Apr 6, 2026

Great looking appliance with substantial room inside

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

This 3- door fridge replaced the side-by-side fridge that came with the house. It was amazing to me, that the identical footprint afforded soooo much more space for food storage. I was able to fit all the food from the old fridge (which was crowded) to the new fridge, with tons of room to spare! Some shelves and drawers are not even used yet! And I love the water/ice dispenser! The ice cubes are small enough to go right into my water bottle. Can’t say enough good things about this fridge - and it was one of the less expensive ones I looked at. Great buy. Attractive. Spacious. Love it!

Love My New Fridge!

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

This is a double door fridge with a pull put freezer. The freezer has tons of space which is great for my family who hunts and needs a place to store our meat. There is a lot of fridge space we and it is easy to remove the ice maker if needed. Something I like about this fridge is that it lets us know if the temperature is dropping or if the fridge or freezer was left open.

Spacious fridge

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

Replaced a 21 year old French door fridge. The shelving arrangement is different from our prior fridge, and there’s not a convenient location for taller wine bottles. the deli drawer is narrower but deeper than we are accustomed to, but the door shelves are huge. We like the glass shelves- easy to wash. And the ice/water in the door is a new feature that we enjoy.

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

Have had many products from Frigidaire. So far this refrigerator has performed well. 2 cubic ft. Bigger than our last one, we're enjoying the space and how we can organize things better in this refrigerator. We'll see if it can hold up like the other refrigerator of 22 years.

Mrbugman · Jun 15, 2026

Met and exceeded expectations

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

I am extremely satisfied with this refrigerator. The 28 cu. ft. capacity provides plenty of storage space, and the interior layout is well-designed and easy to organize. The bright LED lighting makes it easy to see everything inside, and the French door design is both convenient and user-friendly. Overall, it performs exceptionally well and has met and exceeded my expectations.

Very Refrigerator Features for the $$$

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

The features on this model are similar to a commercial unit. The French Door design is nice for item organization. My only critique would be to add an "audible "open door" alarm, as the auto door close feature is set at approx. 5" before the doors self close.

This was a replacement for a Samsung that the extended warranty company deemed the ice maker unrepairable after 5 years. This seems to be working well and the inside is roomy enough for our needs. Over all I am peased with this unit. The door shelves are very spacious and work well. I like the placement of the Ice maker and the distance under the ice maker. I can store a variety of items but it is just a 1/4 inch shy of getting a wine bottle underneath. The main compartment is good and the freezer compartment seems good. Overall, I am begining with a positive experience with this model.

Glad to Have - Should Have Bought it First

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

I had a Samsung for 7 years. During that time I replaced 2 ice makers then last year it just died. I went with Frigidaire and so glad I did. It is the same size as the Samsung but the Frigidaire holds more. There are more shelves, doors hold more, love the long thin drawer for meats and cheese. Freezer drawers hold more and easy to get to food. There is nothing I don’t like about this refrigerator .

Loving our new fridge!

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

This fridge seems to have endless space for our family of 6. We upgraded from a very old and small 17cf fridge and this one is night and day different. I love that the ice cubes are small, I love the storage options in the freezer, and everything worked easily and quickly like it should. If I had to complain, it would be that the door bins are a little awkward for our items but we are still finding solutions that fit. The shelves in the fridge are the worst part. They are very difficult to attach together and get in place when side by side. The instructions are not very clear and we couldn’t find any videos so it took awhile for us to get it. Overall, we are very happy!

Fantastic Fridge (as long as it lasts)

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

Going on 3 months now, it could hardly be more perfect - and that not just "for the money", I don't think there is another fridge I would want more at any price. That is, of course, as long as it lasts - and lasts! Something appliances seem to have a problem doing these days. But, the look is very beautiful, and this with the NON "smudge proof" black steel. There is no epidemic of smudges, even with children - who by the way, declared it also the best looking fridge out of a store full that they saw after the fact. The water dispenser area is good looking. The fridge has a quality feel, compared to one at an office of a different brand but similar. The inside layout is extremely practical and well designed, and just opens up tons of space compared to the old fridge - even with all the same stuff. It's only ever half full now, not overflowing. The lighting is great. It's fairly quiet, or even very quiet. We love the bottom freezer design, where things don't fall down, because they are down! The handles are beautiful and "flush" (contrary to another report, probably installed wrong). Only room for improvement? Peeling off the protective tape can be difficult, and we still have some stuck in the cracks that need some time and attention ( I am concerned that using heat might somehow dimple the smooth as glass finish, don't want to try it). Yes, the left door has an extra inside mechanism that means it needs slightly more force to close than the right - though both will self close if let go at a certain distance, so it isn't an issue, as long as it works just like that. The water dispensed isn't super cold, but that's ok because you might not always want it super cold - just cool. You can always add ice. We hope this fridge will be durable like the old ones, because we love it love it love it, and the kids love it too. We are hoping they will offer their great ovens and range hoods also in black stainless very soon.

Great Choice

Replaced our 21 year-old side-by-side Frigidaire. This refrigerator is a great replacement like the French drawer freezer. Bottom it opens up the refrigerator up top holding more items. Love the deeper depth of door shelving and the smaller upper tray in the freezer for easy access without digging. I like the simple touch on the exterior ice cube and water dispenser as well. The lighting is also a great improvement. over the older models my wife and I are truly happy with this purchase. Hope it lasts near as long like David Miami the older one.

The refrigerator is very roomy and is well laid out. Ice and water on the door work very well and so far are not messy. This model is not fingerprint resistant but with the right polish, I was able to remove all the fingerprints and it is resistant to new ones. I'm very pleased so far!

What a great buy! For the price and capacity, this refrigerator delivers great value, lots of storage, and a clean, modern look. The stainless finish looks amazing. The ice maker, however, operates slowly. Overall, I am happy with this model and would definitely recommend it.

Nice Fridge!

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

This is my first fridge from frigidaire and I enjoy using its features! Love the light dimming upon opening and closing. The space inside is adequate and lots of shelving. Love the deli drawer not taking lots of space but enough for my needs. Veggies are kept fresh on the vegetables drawer and so os the fruits. Freezer has ample space and is well organized. Love how it was designed overall!

A fine appliance which we have owned for only one day!

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

Thus far, the refrigerator appears to have been a smart choice. One day's use revealed one small irritation: the ice maker is a bit distracting when it dumps fresh cubes into the bin. We shall acclimate, of course. I certainly would recommend this unit, with the condition that I be granted the opportunity to revise my endorsement after we have owned it for a reasonable time.

My Go To Brand

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

Our first home back in 2014, we had bought all new Frigidaire appliances and loved them. We ended up moving halfway across the country a short time later and moved into a new home with luckily all Frigidaire appliances, already many years old at that point. We are now 10 years into living here and we just replaced our microwave and fridge, more so due to esthetic than function and we are about to replace our dishwasher and stove hopefully soon. All with Frigidaire, it is our trusty go to brand for appliances. Thank you for keeping up with quality!

Great Fridge with Plenty of Space

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

Overall, I’m really happy with this refrigerator. It looks great in the kitchen, gets up to temperature quickly, and produces excellent ice. The capacity is also fantastic—it holds a lot more than my previous fridge and makes organizing groceries much easier. The only downsides are that the shelves aren’t very easy to adjust, and the bottom shelf doesn’t always stay firmly in place. It’s a bit inconvenient when rearranging items, but not a dealbreaker. Despite those small issues, it performs well and looks great, so I’m very satisfied with the purchase overall.

Love Our New Frigidaire Refrigerator

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

We love our new refrigerator with the 4 different types of filters to reduce/eliminate odors inside the fridge, vegetable/produce drawers, overall air filter, and a water filter that delivers delicious water from the dispenser. The ice maker only distributes ice to the dispenser chute on demand, however, not all crushed ice falls into the glass. Some tends to remain in the chute afterwards. We don't typically use crushed ice so that won't be an ongoing issue for us. It's nice to have ALL refrigeration items on a higher sight level now versus our old side-by-side that put bins and a shelf low to the bottom. As the information does state, this unit will be running all the time but the noise level is not very noticeable. All in all, we are very happy with our new Frigidaire French Door Refrigerator.

Misty Beau · Feb 25, 2026

I am so glad that we decided to choose the Frigidiare French door style. When you open either door you are able to see everything clearly. No more searching for an item. The shelves are adjustable to my liking. The doors hold plenty of items as well. The space in the deli drawer has been utilized by us in a manner that nothing gets lost or forgotten. The freezer drawer was easy to organize to my liking so that my grands can get to their frozen goodies easily.

Refrigeration at Its Best

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

We bought this refrigerator to replace another one that had a defective icemaker. Our first thought was this time we wanted to buy from a company had a long commitment and great reputation in making home appliances like Frigidaire and Electrolux. We were very happy with the layout and storage in the fridge and the no fingerprints experience with the exterior doors. We even bought the second icemaker and installed it ourselves. Easy to get parts, clear manual and instructions and everything is working great. Very happy customer so far!

After dealing with GE refrigerators I’m done! We moved into a brand new home and everything was GE. The first one came damaged. The second one had issues so they sent a replacement since I was under warranty. The third one after a few years started growling then it would stop. It did this for over a year on and off, then it was all the time. They even sent someone to look into and they didn’t know what it was. Very scared to leave the house in case of a fire or whatever. Switched to Frigidaire and it was a dream come true. No issues! Love the smaller ice cubes! Great for cocktails! Plenty of room. Very happy with it.

All in all happy with my purchase. I did the black stainless which looks great. Shelves adjust easily and storage space is good. The only issue we've had is the interior light on the refrigerator only works now and then. Very aggravating for a new unit.

Awesome Addition to our Kitchen

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

We were given Frigidaire appliances with our new build and were excited for when the day came that we got to choose our own. Well, that day finally came after close to 10 years with our previous fridge. After extensive search and thought, we ended up right back with a Frigidaire refrigerator. Beautiful exterior and design, excellent interior space, and all for an excellent price. Now, we look forward to replacing appliances with more Frigidaire! Thank you for your service and commitment to excellence!

Our previous refrigerator was LG junk and lasted only a few years. This Frigidaire is great so far. I was worried about space with the icemaker in the fridge, not the door. But as it turns, out space is not an issue. I’m also very glad the ice maker is not in the door as they tend to have more issues. Overall, very happy.

It's still new, so it is going to be hard to give much of a review. I have noticed that the tray under the ice dispenser is shallow and allows water to run down the front of the door and builds up on top of the freezer door. Other than that, it is good so far.

Rare white fridge!

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

It's so impossible to find white appliances these days that I had to buy a dented floor model. I still absolutely love it though! The button interface is much better than my previous GE fridge. The ice comes out much easier than another Frigidaire side by side door fridge we had (no little bits that come out the side and make a mess on the floor). The only downside is that it's fairly noisy at times, but I can deal with that!

I love my new fridge!

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

So this was my first time buying a new refrigerator in 10 years. My original came with my home so I didn’t pick it out. After some research, I chose the Frigidaire brand based on reliability. I was so impressed by the depth of the fridge. I chose one that was deeper than my previous and wow. It’s so bright and spacious! The doors are also designed well so that I have lots of storage space and nothing is awkward or unusable. I love the slim design of the ice maker and the ice shape. The buttons on the outside are easy to access and it’s very quiet! The freezer is large and spacious as well, and it’s easy to find things vs a side by side freezer. The finish is also fingerprint proof, so my kids have yet to leave any smudges. Overall I love my new fridge and I hope it lasts me many many years.

Solid Refrigerator

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

I love almost every aspect of the refrigerator. The one thing that burgers me is the water dispenser. If you hold a normal size glass against it, it sits too far back and you will wind up spilling water. Obviously, if you are filling up a large bottle it works much better but must of the time I am just trying to get a glass of water. I have to remind myself to pull away from the refrigerator a bit and push down the with my finger as I hold the glass further away. I would classify this as a minor inconvenience.

Absolutely love the fridge. Even more amazing than I could have ever imagined. From day one, it has exceeded our expectations in both performance and design. The interior space is incredible—there’s plenty of room for weekly groceries, large trays, and bulk items without feeling cramped. The adjustable shelves and wide drawers make organizing everything easy and convenient. The refrigerator keeps food consistently cold, and the freezer maintains perfect temperatures with lots of storage. The ice maker works great and keeps up with daily use. The bright LED lighting makes everything easy to see, even when the fridge is fully stocked. The black stainless steel look is a standout feature—it gives the kitchen a modern, high-end appearance and resists fingerprints and smudges, so it stays looking clean with minimal effort. Overall, this refrigerator delivers excellent quality, functionality, and value for the price. We would absolutely recommend this Frigidaire refrigerator to anyone looking for a dependable, spacious, and stylish upgrade.

Besides the look on the outside that enhances your kitchen look, the roomy two sided top section for refrigerator, with the freezer on bottom adds real ease and convenient room. An entire two door roomy top section for the refrigerator with the drawers , one roomy length across the bottom specifically for your deli, two on top of that, one for your fruits, the other for vegetables. Roomy shelves can fit all your left overs with ease and still leave room. Your dairy, beverages and creamers can fit on the sides of doors, and the big shelf across is enough for a pizza box, and a lot of room for any other food that needs refrigeration. The touch filtered water and ice dispenser is a must for convenience at your finger tips when you want to make smoothies, or have parties and serve iced drinks cubed, or crushed, or for your own preferred iced coffees and beverages at a touch on the dispenser panel. The freezer has a two section separator for meats, ice cream and frozen foods that are large enough to separate from the meats, poultry and fish from other frozen foods, and can stock up in the winter months. The air filter keeps moisture out and keeps your food last longer with a crispy, clean smell you want in your refrigerator. I purchased for the roomy convenience of what a refrigerator should be, but also went for the upgrade of the great look you want to bring to your kitchen, but emphasize on the quality and convenience of storing and keeping your food stored to stay fresh longer with the quality Frigidaire I've known to rely on from my previous one, reliability and quality first. I've gotten many compliments which of course makes me even happier with my purchase! As mentioned above, my previous refrigerator was also a Frigidaire two side to side door with ice dispenser I have to have, lasted a long time and was very happy with, so I can truly say I'm much happier now with the 3 door and can give you my review on upgrading to a 3 door. What else can I say, I'm both very happy and satisfied with my purchase. I am very picky when it comes to appliances and very pleased with this upgrade mostly for the convenience I'm finding and comparing now when storing my food noticing the difference with the ease of the extra room with the double doors on top both for refrigerator, and freezer on bottom I can really stock up on frozen meats, poultry, and fish when I can't get to the markets and still have stored enough to make great meals even when it's cold and/or having a lazy day and don't want to go wait on the long lines. Hope I explained it well enough for the satisfaction I'm experiencing with my upgrade but, to put it all in an overall satisfactory short review, I'm very happy with my Frigidaire French Door Refrigerator

The black stainless steel fridge looks great, we got standard depth and it’s huge, holds so much. I’m 5’1” and have to tip toe to get stuff clear in the back. The lighting is perfect, I can see everything well. I like that the filter is in the front for easy access. 52 years on the planet until I ended up with the best fridge of my life. Our family had outgrown the standard thousand dollar fridge, and how often do you by a fridge? So we put together a few extra hundred and boy are we glad we did! There is SO MUCH SPACE. I came home from grocery shopping and saplid to my wife "you know why I put all of those cans of pineapple in the fridge instead of the cabinets? BECAUSE I CAN! Set up is easy. Ice maker line was simple. My kids are ecstatic about the water, ice, and crushed ice, and my wife is happier than ever! Every condiment fits on the doors. The deli drawer is HUGE. Fits a 12 pack of soda, 12 pack of seltzers, gallon bottles and all the groceries. I've got a frozen turkey in the freezer and there's still tons of space. We have a Frigidaire refrigerator that still works that’s a side by side and we have had it for 15 years. No issues no problems. So we decided to get a new fridge and move our old one downstairs. The new fridge is very nice and has list of space. I really like the freezer portion, maybe that’d because our old fridge was a side by side and the freezer was tiny. But now that we have the pull out drawer I think it’s just easier and I can fit more food there. The only complaint I have is that it makes a loud noise. I believe it’s the cooling fan that keeps kicking on. That’s the only struggle we have with the new fridge.

This has so many positive features, starting with an ice maker that doesn't take up as much visual space. The lighting of the interior is great, making everything so much easier to see. The drawers are clear so you can see what is in them. The right side of my fridge is against a wall and the door on this opens wider, even with a wall next to it. You can close either the right or left door first, it doesn't matter. The space in the bins on the doors is much better than my old fridge. There are a couple bins that are good for milk and drinks. Overall we find the space management in this fridge to be far better than our old fridge of the same size.

Just got this 28‑cu‑ft standard‑depth French door fridge, and I’m genuinely impressed. The interior feels massive in a way I didn’t fully appreciate until I started loading groceries—everything has a place, and I’m not playing Tetris every time I buy a family‑size pack of anything. The shelves slide and adjust easily, the full‑width drawer is perfect for snacks and deli items, and the lighting makes the whole space feel bright and clean. The freezer is roomy too, and the layout makes it easy to see what I have instead of digging through a frozen avalanche. Temperature has been steady, the doors close smoothly, and the whole thing feels solid and well‑built. For the price and capacity, it’s been a fantastic upgrade and I’m really happy with it.

Its a strange design on the inside but works well

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

we bought this model due to the many ways you could move the shelves vs all other refrigerators we looked at since you could only take the shelves up one note for both of Them at the same time. The flexible way you can use the shelves is why we bought it. However - not sure if they installed the wrong shelf, but we could not get one pair to sit side by side. I would love to have an engineer explain that design flaw to me, but it works great. One flaw we saw is a small issue when switching from ice cube to water; the water spits out when you touch the button, not when you put the cup there.
