Wonderful Fridge Without Being Too Fancy

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

We bought this fridge because we moved into a new house. We knew we wanted either a bottom freezer or side-by-side with a water dispenser and at least an ice maker. This fridge is great for the smaller space we have for a fridge and the inside water dispenser is very easy to set up and use. I like that this fridge makes ice, though I wish a scoop came with it. Honestly, though, we would probably end up getting it own anyway so it’s a moot point. The space in this fridge is organized really well and we can fit our food inside much better than the last fridge. I wish there was a butter door but I think that’s okay. The stay fresh drawers actually work really well! Much better than I expected. Overall, I really like this fridge and with recommend it to anyway needing a fridge for a smaller space.

Great Space Saving Fridge with Water

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

Overall, I think this is an excellent refrigerator given the space constraints our kitchen has. I especially like the bottom mount freezer and built-in water dispenser. Had to get used to no door handles, there are indentations between the fridge and freezer so you have to bend slightly, depending on your height, to open. An improvement would be more flexibility in the refrigerator for shelve arrangement. In order to get milk cartons, pitchers, taller items inside, you either have to remove the middle shelf or move it directly under the top shelf set. That makes a very narrow middle shelf some may find limiting. I ordered two free standing adjustable fridge shelves to create more flexibility/usable space in the fridge. See photo attached. We love the refrigerator, just know that you have to work with it depending on your wants and needs.

Excellent Fridge

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

We purchased this fridge without having seen it in person. It fits our fridge area perfectly. It does not have a side handle, which we did not know. It has a handle at the top and a notch at the bottom; not a huge deal, just something we found interesting. The fridge is deep with plenty of space. The freezer is a little cramped but maneuverable. We had the water line hooked up without any issue. We bought the insurance in case the water mechanism starts having issues.

Bottom Freezer Refrigerator

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

Beautiful design! Love the bottom freezer, inner water dispenser, lighting, amount of drawers. Perfect size for my space. No space inside refrigerator wasted at all!!! Great job Frigidaire!!

We have had our new refrigerator for over a week now, and absolutely love it! The inside water dispenser is a wonderful feature, and the ice maker is amazing. The design of the bottom drawer freezer makes it easy store freezer items, and easy to retrieve them. The added "deli" drawer beneath the other 2 drawers is perfect for cheeses, bacon, etc. We highly recommend this refrigerator!

Efficient Fridge for small spaces

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

We are loving our new fridge - originally we didn’t need a water dispenser but actually love this one and the ice bucket is large but we are able to turn the ice off once it is full as well. We also love th bottom drawer freezer and pizza slot as well. It’s so much easier to organize the freezer now. The fridge door also holds an impressive amount of stuff. Overall very happy without purchase and it fits with room to spare in our small space we had to work with.

Seriously

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

When our 20 year old GE Monogram bottom freezer/fridge began its death rattle we were very worried. I had read enough reviews about GEs general decline that we knew that was not for us. We came across the Frigidaire Gallery bottom freezer and are in refrigeration bliss! We aren't used to the convenience of the ice maker and water in the fridge but we appreciate inside dispenser. It seems like that configuration will add to the reliability of the fridge. This was also a good fit for our tight space. Thanks and great design!

Frigidaire 20 cu ft refrigerator with bottom freezer

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

We just got this fridge, but so far so good. This is my first fridge with no handle so that takes some getting use to. I bought this because all the other ones in this size ( we are limited due to upper cabinets) have a wire basket in the freezer drawer and if something falls out of a bag when you open the freezer drawer it will fall onto your kitchen floor. ( No thanks!) This one has a solid closed in drawer. It’s not quite as big as my other one but I have an extra freezer so no issues. So as of now I’m very happy with my purchase.

Beautiful Simplicity

Fits a lot more than it looks like it would.

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

We needed to replace an 11 year old Whirlpool French Door Refrigerator. We had all manner of problems with the Whirlpool & decided to get this unit since we still have our original Frigidaire refrigerator working in the basement from when we moved into our home 24 years ago. We have limited space & can ONLY fit a 30" unit into our kitchen & onto the area it belongs. That limits our options. This unit not only fits, it looks great. It makes tons of ice & seems much larger in the refrigerator area than the Whirlpool. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a 30" bottom freezer unit.

Great new upgrade!

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

I had a Frigidaire prior to this refrigerator but it was a top freezer version. This one holds so much more and I can actually see everything I have. I love having the water feature so I don’t need to have my pitcher anymore and the ice maker works very fast and not loud at all. Very happy with my purchase

Chillin'

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

I have a small kitchen and wanted to maximize the fridge I could get for the space it fit in. This did exactly that. The fridge on top is spacious and the shelving is adjustable. I love that the deli shelf is tucked under the crispers to give maximum space on shelving. The only reason I knocked off one star is because the ice cube bucket takes up almost a quarter of the freezer. If you buy more than 2 frozen pizza's at a time, it'd be a tough fit. I didn't see the model before buying it, but it wouldn't have stopped me. I'll probably just turn the ice cube maker off and use the space for food. Otherwise it's a fantastic fridge, it fits all my needs and it's chilling all my food! I would highly recommend and buy again!

Great storage!

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

I haven't had this fridge too long yet but so far it's great! Makes lots of ice quickly. I thought I would miss my split shelving for more options but the 2 solid shelves are just fine. I can store a lot in this 30" fridge. The dimming lights are a classy touch, maybe add a dim mode for at night. If I'm picky, The only downside is the water fill valve is on the loud side, not a huge deal.

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

Like everything except the bottom drawer is fidgety when you close it, and I wish the temp dropped quicker. I did set it at 37 (rather than 38 as suggested) and it seems to hold in the right zone better. Put a thermometer in fridge to monitor temps. It's quiet, looks great and has a good amount of drawers, shelves, etc. Happy with purchase so far.

Works well, awkward ergonomics

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

No problems with the operation so far. I do wish it had more options for places to put the shelves - a lot of my things only fit on the biggest shelf, but adjusting any other shelf to make it also bigger makes the remaining shelf comically small. In addition, reaching either all the way to the bottom of the door or all the way to the top to open it is more ergonomically awkward than I was expecting. Overall it is worth it to have the bottom-freezer configuration that I wanted in a small space.

New fridge

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

Overall does exactly what we need. I know it’s the largest fridge on the market or most expensive but there would be a few tweaks I’d make . Shelving inside doesn’t line up with real world items like gallon jug of milk. The door shelving could be layed out better as well.

I’m happy with this fridge; a perfect size for me. The lighting inside is great, plenty of shelves and drawers. The only (relatively minor) issue I have is that there should be a place (cut-out) to grab the door to open it, on the side (not a just the top and bottom).

This refrigerator has more space than I thought it would. The shelves on the door fit a lot of items including tall ones. I wanted a refrigerator that had water inside and it works great. Love our new fridge!

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

I love almost everything about this fridge. It fits in our small kitchen perfectly! The air filters in both the back of the fridge, and produce drawers keep everything fresh and odor free. The ice maker makes the best ice I’ve ever had in a fridge. The bottom freezer is roomy and efficient. My one wish is that the filtered water came out colder. However, I am very appreciative that this small fridge provides filtered water, and it is easy enough to add the perfect ice. The bottom shelf of the door is very narrow to accommodate the deli drawer. We always keep small canned cocktail mixers on hand, and they are about the only thing that fits there. I really am happy with this fridge!!

I can't seem to get a hold of anyone to fix the issue with the door. It doesn't automatically close like it's supposed and it also has a groaning sound. Could be better organized

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

Door bins not well thought out. Don't allow enough space for pitchers, wine bottles etc. Also can't adjust inside shelves for taller items. Can't space shelves/bins farther apart because then other shelves/bins are too close. Need more adjustment options. Pocket in front of freezer is a waste of space. Too small to put anything in. Would have much more space in freezer without it. Bought this model because of the inside water dispenser, which I love and couldn't find on other models

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

We need to replace out 10 year old Samsung French door fridge. After looking around for one which fit in out 1944 gallery kitchen this 30 inch wide bottom freezer single door fit and wasn't really a smaller useful capacity fridge. The old French door was bigger but seemed to "waste" space. The ice maker cranks out plenty of ice for two adults. Changing from water in the door to water inside is the only 'hassle' but it's much cleaner look in the kitchen. Hopefully we get 10+ years from our new refrigerator.

Love my new fridge!

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

This is a beautiful, sleek refrigerator. It's not huge, which is good for my small space. I love that there are no viewable handles for opening it. The water dispenser being on the indie of the fridge just adds to that clean, sleek look - bonus, no hard water staining on the exterior. The inside of the fridge is spacious and it's easy to rearrange the shelves to however you would like. The water filter is really easy to access to for when it needs changing. The freezer is a little small for a family of four that eats a lot of frozen foods, and that is the only drawback for me.

We like the sleek design and the well-lit interior. The interior shelving positions don't practically allow for the water pitcher to sit inside, so the internal water dispenser will have to replace that for us. The freezer compartment is not very spacious, partly because the ice bin takes up a lot of room. It could be better designed to accommodate more frozen food.

I switched from a top freezer to a bottom freezer and I’m really happy about it. You use the fridge so much more it’s better to have that more accessible. It’s a beautiful fridge with well-thought-out design and it does a good job cooling everything. It is definitely quieter than the refrigerator it replaced however every now and then the sound level does raise for just a few seconds. I assume this is the compressor, but I’m not actually sure. Haven’t hooked up the water supply line yet we’re gonna get that done soon.

We bought this fridge to replace a 1980’s fridge that had finally bit the dust. So far we are impressed. I love having the bottom freezer. There is plenty of room on the fridge are. We haven’t hooked up the water yet so I can’t comment on their function, but it has plenty of space for our Brita filter. I wish the freezer was somehow bigger, but we have a chest freezer for overflow. My husband and I were able to switch the orientation of the way the door opens. It was a little more complicated than we thought it would be, but worked out fine.

We needed a small sized fridge for our small house. But didn’t want apartment size. Frigidaire come through! This fridge provides a lot of room, sleek looking with now handles and offers in unit water and ice maker. And the price was reasonable!

New Fridge

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

Overall, we are happy with our new fridge. It is spacious, and the controls on the inside sidewall of the fridge are easy to work and access. We wish the condenser would not vibrate the fridge so much as the condiments make a rattling sound when the fridge is cooling. Also the lower flat drawer does not glide smoothly and can be difficult to open and close. The glass shelves and lighting quality is very good. Overall we like the fridge and recommend getting it.

Excellent Refrigerator – Perfect Balance of Style and Functionality

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

I couldn’t be happier with this 20 Cu. Ft. Standard-Depth Bottom Freezer Refrigerator. From day one, it has exceeded my expectations in both performance and design. The bottom freezer layout is a game changer, having the refrigerator section at eye level makes everyday use so much more convenient. No more bending down constantly to grab fresh items. The freezer drawer is spacious, well-organized, and easy to access. Inside, the storage capacity is impressive. The adjustable shelves and door bins make it simple to customize the space for everything from large containers to smaller items. Everything stays organized and easy to find, which is a huge plus. Performance-wise, it keeps everything consistently cold and fresh, and the temperature control is spot-on. It also runs quietly, which I really appreciate—no loud humming or interruptions. The design is clean, modern, and sleek, making it a great fit for any kitchen. It feels high-quality and well-built, not flimsy like some other models. Overall, this refrigerator offers great value for the price. It’s reliable, efficient, and thoughtfully designed for everyday use. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a practical yet stylish upgrade to their kitchen.

Great fridge, lots of room for small area….. but…..

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

This is a great fridge. It has more fridge space than I thought, but freezer is small and the deli drawer doesn’t feel stable. The handle feels like it would come right off if you pull too fast or hard. I love everything about the fridge except the flimsy deli drawer and small freezer space.

Fridge is great!

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

Functions well, nice and quiet. I wish there was one more notch option for the top shelf, I have a Brit’s filter and it doesn’t clear the container so I had to have a very small amount of distance between the top and middle shelf to fot the container.

Frigidaire refrigerator bottom freezer

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

The refrigerator section is roomy and easy to organize. Especially lots of shelf space on the door. The bottom freezer is nice as well. Possible improvements would be a side or front door handle for the top refrigerator door. Also, thinking the ice container could be a bit smaller in order to allow more freezer storage space. Otherwise, a very nice refrigerator with lots of shelf space.

Perfect Fit

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

Love this refrigerator. It is the perfect size for our kitchen. The icemaker works great. My only complaint is I wish there were more shelf location options. We need a tall area for milk jugs and pitchers so we wound up with a very narrow space between 2 shelves. We are making this work - eggs butter small containers fit. Other than that there's plenty of room. It was a great choice for our kitchen.

For a slim and compact refrigerator this model brings almost all the whistles. My only complaint is the drawers don’t slide really smooth unless you push them in perfectly, but it just takes getting use to. The storage in the refrigerator is exceptional. Plenty of space to include the door. This is the only slim model with both water and ice. The ice machine rocks!

Nice refrigerator

So far we like our new fridge. We have only had it for a week. It appears to be made pretty well. We bought this fridge sight unseen as none of our local stores had one in stock. We looked at a lot of other refrigerators but there were parts of their deli drawers that were very flimsy, this fridge does not have that. It is a bit smaller than our other fridge but the layout of it is better. The freezer is smaller but it's easier to find what we are looking for. So far we are very happy with the Gallery fridge.

Surprise in a small package

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

I downsized from a pantry model. Still getting use to a little less space but I just didn’t need all that room. My preference is to not have visible water and ice so this model fit the desire for that. For right now I love the ice maker. The handy inside on/off control panel allows me to only make the ice we need. The internal water dispenser would be great if we lived in the city and needed filtered water. I have two drawbacks at this time, the lower drawer handle is flimsy, it does not track well when pushing in, and the freezer doesn’t hold much.

Nice refrigerator, but glass shelves hard to move.

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

I had to buy a smaller refrigerator in order to fit it into the cabinet space. Of course, they do not make a model that is between 30 inches to 33 inches wide. The glass shelves are hard to move. I had to move the top shelf down in order to get my milk to stand up straight, as I do not want it on the door. My first half gallon of milk went sour being on the door. The temperature is about 10 degrees higher than where the shelves are. I am getting used to a bottom freezer and I do not think the space is as much as my previous top freezer. I think the ice maker box takes up too much room, so I have less storage space. I like the water dispenser....nice cold water. So far, so good!!!

Love it so far

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

We only just got this yesterday. But we love it so far. Had to take the doors off to get it in the kitchen ( old house) and the bottom drawers were tricky to get in correctly. We kept hearing a clicking sound when we closed the drawer but after many YouTube videos we figured out 1 of the springs on the back was not ascended. I do wish we could have figured this out via the chat or manual but neither had the answer.. it was an easy fix for once we knew what to do. The freezer is not huge and the ice bucket takes up half of the top shelf but I’m making it work. The fridge part is roomy and love the water inside instead of on the outside of the door. No handles and no outer ice/water make for a very streamline look. Time will tell but so far we are very happy with our purchase.

Refrigerator rating

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

Well it is difficult to answer. It seems very nice, I like the bottom freezer a lot, just a better storage I think. I have not had the water connected to the refrigerator until today., so there was no ice or other. Yet the fridge wouldn’t let me turn-off the ice maker. I would hear the device humming as if it was trying to get water? I had the fridge off for about 30 min while I ran the water hose. I hope that it will be okay. I was concerned that I couldn’t turn-off the ice dispenser though.

Finally, a Frig that meets my needs

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

I initially chose this frig due to its design. I previously owned a top freezer frig. They layout now puts the items I need most often right in front of me without constant bending making both storing and access easier. But I surprised at how the interior is so well designed. From the full width pull out drawer and middle drawers for fruits and veggies. The freezer being at the bottom, but an easy pull-out drawer also makes these items easier to access. I also love the ice maker and internal water feature is a bonus. The only minor complaint is the lack of freezer space and that the ice maker perhaps is taking up too much space. I would've loved this a bit smaller and more storage. Its A LOT OF ICE!

SDAli · Jan 6, 2026

We love our new refrigerator! We can keep everything super organized and are able to see all we have inside, since the freezer is in the bottom! The only few concerns we have: the deli drawer is a little tricky as you might miss what is in the back; I wish one of the shelves could be set up a little higher - for example we a champagne bottle doesn’t fit, unless it is laying down; the fridge is a little loud when making ice. Overall, a great refrigerator and we are happy with it!

It is very spacious inside with a good amount of adjustability on the shelving units. It cools well and having the freezer on the bottom is nice not having to bend over all the time like the older top freezer styles. I did not hook up water on it so I cant comment on the function.I will say if you are going to put it next to a wall ( Like I did ) you will need a 33" opening to allow for the door to swing open fully I would highly recommend this to anybody looking for a nice fridge

We're really enjoying this refrigerator. It uses its space very efficiently. It creates ice quickly and quietly. The interior lighting and the see-through crispers are practical and attractive.

Nice fridge

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

The fridge has a lot of space for a smaller fridge on the market. I like the water function being inside the fridge and keeps the smudge free exterior open for all the magnets and things my family has.

Frigidaire products are always my go to applianceI

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

I can't say enough about the refrigerator we just received for our kitchen. It has a very modern look and the interior is very stylish looking as well. Not only that, but it's extremely functional and well thought out. The shelves are carefully planed in my opinion and the ice maker is just the right size. Mine came with a water filter, that I'm easily able to get to and replace. Fridgidaire appliances are always my families go to products.

Wanted reliability

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

At the recommendation of our repair man during the third visit to repair our whirlpool fridge, we purchased a Frigidaire. He said they were the most reliable in his experience. I am overall satisfied with the appliance, although I wish the spacing of the shelves was a little more versatile. I am not sure how long the thin plastic bins will last without cracking. Time will tell. I also wish it had exterior handles rather than the hidden hand grips. I find the upper hand grip slightly too high and the lower hand grip awkward.

Very Impressive

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

this unit is 4 inches narrower than my previous fridge/freezer, and my old one did not include a water dispenser, as this one does. Despite that, this new unit feels so much larger! the use of space is excellent, and the build quality feels much more premium than its price. My family is loving it!

Good refrigerator

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

We’ve had it for a couple weeks now, and everything seems to be working well. Plenty of room in the refrigerator part. The freezer is not the biggest but if you’re organized, it works. The ice bucket is hard to take out fully so you kinda have to use a cup or something to take the ice out. The water dispenser inside works well overall I’m happy with this fridge.

This was one of the few fridges that could fit in my space that doesn’t actually feel small. It’s only been a week but so far so good. Water dispenser on the inside gives the exterior a nice crisp look, ice maker works well, tons of space in the door.

Good purchase overall

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

We bought our new Frigidaire fridge last week and so far we are very happy. We like the inner design of it as well as the fact that the freezer is in the bottom. Only thing I would like to suggest is for Frigidaire to add a more detailed user's guide to the shipment. The one that was sent was a very basic one and we needed to figure out how to install the filters through internet search. Overall, it was a very good purchase for us.

This unit is the only choice that fit our space needs. I like its simplicity. All new fridges seem to have cheap plastic interiors (prone to breaking...); this one is no exception. So far, it is working out for our needs.

This refrigerator is a dream come true for me. The one door is a feature I wasn’t looking for, but I am glad I choose it. It’s far more efficient than the French doors I thought I wanted. Everything is right at my finger tips. The items in the door are easy to find because of the clear shelves…no hunting door to door. The small jars are all visible. The ice maker is quiet and the storage bin is extra large. It actually turns off automatically when full (no overflow of ice). The depth up top gives me more room for storage. The stainless steel exterior is a wonderful addition with care free cleaning without the hassle, just soap and water. I’m forever a Frigidaire customer.

Fridge that fits in my unusual sized space

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

A fridge that fits great in our weird space we have. Very spacious inside and the water filter is great. Ice machine is a little loud but it’s wonderful. The freezer portion could be bigger but it’s not bad. There is a weird bottom shelf on the door that I have no idea what would fit there otherwise it fits everything really nicely. The instructions though that came with the fridge really were not instructions. I had zero information on where to put the filters and how to set up the fridge so had to come online for it.

Awesome fridge!

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

Our garage fridge finally bit the dust and started pooling water on the shelves inside every time the freezer would defrost, so we started looking for a new one since it's hunting season and my husband requires a garage fridge for processing meat. Our main requirements were a bottom freezer and nice size to hold a good amount of meat for processing. We stumbled upon this one at a local discount appliance store with a scratch and dent discount. Since it was going in the garage, we didn't mind the few small dents and as soon as we got it in the garage, I immediately got protective over it because it's too pretty to be a garage fridge lol. When it's time to replace the regular fridge in our kitchen, I'll be looking for this type/brand in a larger size because it has been running flawlessly since we plugged it in!

Enjoying the bottom freezer style. Much easier to see all items in the fridge so things don’t get forgotten in the back! Happy with ease of use of the control panel and filter installation. Ice bin does take up space in the freezer drawer but nice to be able to remove it and use the extra freezer space when needed.

Spacious refrigerator compartment

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

My previous refrigerator was a standard refrigerator with a freezer on top. In comparison, this model has a lot more space in the refrigerator section but less space in the freezer. I wanted a quiet refrigerator, and this one is quiet most of the time (but it throws in some loud grumbles occasionally). I have an old waterline and the appliance company who installed this fridge was not able to set up the water or ice maker. (If you have a newer water line, I think set up should be easy). I am a bit unfashionable and would have preferred this in white, but the finish is nice and the fridge arrived in good condition.

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

We don't have the room in our kitchen layout for a big 2 door fridge. This simple design met our needs and so far is functioning as expected. My only complaint, which applies to most refrigerators today, is the cheap, breakable plastic that defines the interior door shelves and main body food bins.

Nice over all

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

I like the pure air filter system. The shelves seem sturdy enough. I think it would be better to have shelves that could adjust more, as I can only fit taller items on one shelf in the door. My previous refrigerator had more options as the shelves were split. I would prefer having the choice to opt out of the water system and the ice cube maker, since I do not use either and would prefer the extra space. That being said, they don't take up that much space so it was not a deal-breaker. Overall it is a nice refrigerator. It is quiet except for when the ice maker that I don't use kicks in.

The space and visibility of the frig space is great. It is well-lit, and the water dispenser is easy to use. I found the flat drawer a bit awkward in that it does not pull out as far as my prior frig. The freezer space is limited, and that drawer also does not pull out far. The ice maker cubes are small. A Game-Changer for Everyday Convenience

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

I absolutely love this fridge! Having the fridge on top and the freezer on the bottom is such a game changer—I don’t have to bend down every time I want something, and it’s so much easier to see everything at a glance. The shelves are roomy and adjustable, and the drawers keep fruits and veggies fresh way longer than my old refrigerator did. The freezer is surprisingly spacious and super easy to organize with the pull-out baskets. It slides smoothly and makes grabbing frozen food quick. Plus, this thing runs really quietly, which I appreciate. It also looks great—clean, modern, and simple without being over-the-top. Honestly, for the price, it feels like such a solid upgrade. I’m really happy with it and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a dependable, well-designed fridge.

So far, so good.

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

We've had it for a week or two only and so far, so good. It looks good on the outside and the inside is brightly lit. My wife wanted the bottom freezer but I don't know if I like that better than our old top freezer model. I wish there was a similar model without the water dispenser and ice maker. We don't need those and it would have been nice to shave the price down by skipping those junk features. There is one shelf on the door that is oddly shallow and not much use to us, so that's kind of weird. But overall, so far, it seems to be working well and is pretty quiet most of the time. I did have to adjust the temperature settings up a bit due to finding some food freezing in the refrigerator portion. I also don't like the placement of the controls and that they are touch sensitive because we're always bumping them by accident. I recommend locking the settings.

Great fridge!

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

We have this fridge in our laundry room to hold overflow from our main kitchen fridge. I'm impressed how much it holds despite being only 30" wide. In particular, the refrigerator cabinet is well let and the clear shelves make it easy to see what we have which makes weekly grocery shopping easier. The freezer is on the small side with the ice tray in place, but I love having the water dispenser in this unit. My only complaints are that it is hard to fit tall bottles (like wine bottles) upright in the door and there didn't seem to be any way to adjust the front rollers to more easily level the fridge. The look of the fridge is great and it was a great value.

I absolutely love my new Frigidaire bottom freezer water dispenser, icemaker refrigerator. It makes my kitchen look so much classier there’s so much space in the fridge and the freezer. The only thing I wish it did do is dispense ice cold water. That’s a very small wish because the icemaker makes a large amount of ice in a very short time so fill your cup with water and scoop your ice right out of the ice bucket that came with the refrigerator. I highly recommend this refrigerator and can understand why mine was on back order for a couple of weeks.

Great fridge, especially for the price, the top refrigerator part has tons of space and the shelves can be configured however you like. The bottom freezer is a little small and the ice maker takes up a lot of room, so know that if you purchase. The filtered water is a nice feature.

Frigidaire-20 cu.ft. refrigerator bottom freezer

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

This refrigerator has been great. I needed a specific size for my small kitchen and this was a perfect match! It is spacious and runs so quietly. The shelving, drawers, and door spaces all provide ample storage. The temperature gauge panel for both the refrigerator and freezer are displayed in Fahrenheit degrees (or can be Celsius), which also allows the ice maker to be turned on/off. The ice maker works great. The stainless steel has a fine finish and looks sharp. For my small space, I like the no handles because it makes the refrigerator appear larger and my kitchen appear larger. It is a winner all around!

Great fridge if you have a built in or small area

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

This fridge fit well for me because my fridge is built around by large cabinets. Has a lot of storage room for a fridge its size and I like that it has the freezer underneath instead of the French doors.

We are very happy with our new refrigerator. Much more room than our last one and no handles to hit your head on!. I love having a bottom freezer. We are still working on a few things but overall we are happy.

Fridge space is great and works well, but the freezer is too small and isn’t very functional. It’s fine if you have another freezer somewhere else in your house or you don’t use a lot of freezer space.

Nice refrigerator

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

It looks great but can be noisy on occasion. Great refrigerator space and sufficient freezer space for a one person household.

Great Fridge

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

This has been a great fridge so far. Fridge side is a great size, freezer is on the smaller size but it works for our needs.

This refrigerator is a great size for me. I love the counter-depth feature because it makes the room look bigger. Having no exterior handle was a bit weird to get used to, but it’s a natural thing now. It looks sleek. I’ve always loved this brand.

Great for the size. It's limited for the shelving arrangement. The lower deli drawer is awkward for access. Otherwise, we’re glad that we found this one because we were limited in width and height.

Ok for the price and size that I needed

AJ Madison · 3 out of 5 stars

The bottom drawer in the fridge is not easy to pull in and out. It gets misaligned a lot. The bottom freezer is fairly small. I think they made the ice bucket a little too big and wasted a lot of space on the front compartment for like frozen pizzas. The self-closing freezer drawer is not the best. There has been 2 times we found the freezer slightly cracked open. You need to make sure you push it closed and do not rely on the self-close. The location of the water filter is also not in the best place. Overall I think it's a decent mid-tier fridge and works with the space I have. If you have the space for a traditional size fridge, I'd go with something else.

No handles

Only had refrigerator one week. I think it’s too early to ask for a review but I could use 3000 dollars! So far it works. Wait 10 years then review it. That would be more accurate.

Don't expect cold water from the dispenser

AJ Madison · 3 out of 5 stars

I was prepared to give this 5 stars, but after more than an hour on the help chat to figure out why the water dispenser water isn't chilled, turns out this refrigerator does not have a reservoir - it dispensed filtered, tap-temperature water. Would have been a deal breaker if we had known prior to purchase. Everything else is satisfactory so far. Fortunately the ice maker works well, but hopes of getting cold water from the fridge for fizzing with the soda stream are dashed.

Fridge seems good, instructions are not

AJ Madison · 3 out of 5 stars

The fridge itself seems nice. Instructions are absolutely awful and nonexistent. Going on the website does not help. Having to use random people’s YouTube videos (where the video creator says “I’m making this video because the manufacturer had nothing useful” says it all.

2 door bootom freezer

AJ Madison · 3 out of 5 stars

Overall a decent replacement for our 30+ yr old Kitchenaid (still worked but needed TLC, very difficult if not impossible to get replacement parts). Two main issues with new Frigidaire model. There is no means to level unit, lacks front wheel/leg adjustments. Only way to level is with shims or use anti-tip leg. Using anti-tip legs will prevents easy movement of refrigerator without releasing anti-tip adjustment. The icemaker produces incredibly small cubes (called pyramids) a few notches above crushed ice. Dilutes quickly in anything you put them in. Will be going back to our ice trays

Thoughtful Design

AJ Madison · 3 out of 5 stars

We love this refrigerator. We were limited in space and choice but this fridge has A well thought out design that makes 20 cubic feet seem much larger than it is. Has great features like the 3rd drawer, water bottle filler, and smudge proof finish. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a more compact fridge with a great price.

Our New Fridge

AJ Madison · 3 out of 5 stars

One week in... We were limited on what size refrigerator (30" wide) we could buy because of the designated space it would go into. I wanted a bottom freezer model so that was also a limitation to our choices. This fridge is so quiet compared to our old one, and keeps a nice consistent 37 degrees. The one BIG downfall we have found is that a gallon of milk and bottles of soda will only fit in the door. There should be at least one more adjustment available for the shelves.

Only Refridge that fit

AJ Madison · 3 out of 5 stars

We didn't have a choice. We have a small kitchen and of all the refridges made, there are only 2 that fit. There are some downsides: -Sides are gray plastic, not stainless like door -A bottle of wine, jars, jugs and pitchers more than 9" don't fit in the main part of the unit, only on the door. And that gets overcrowded with condiments, sauces, etc. -Like the fresh water, but not designed well. First, you have to have the door open to get water and during the hot summer, cold escapes and power used. Second, it only chills about 16 oz of water. The rest is room temp. I would think it would all be cold. -The ice container takes up almost half of the freezer. cuts down on room for frozen food.

We needed a 30-inch refrigerator and wanted a bottom freezer with an ice maker and water dispenser. So hard to find all those features in a 30-inch ferig. We were happy to find this Frigidaire, which has all that and many convenient features. Plus it looks great.

Wouldn't recommend

AJ Madison · 2 out of 5 stars

I have had this fridge 7 months. The best thing it has going for it is that it fits in my narrow space and looks sharp. But the door stays open and doesn't auto close. Many times we push door shut and walk away only to have the door catch and it keeps itself from shutting. Food often is full of moisture and seems to spoil more quickly than my old fridge. And because of the vents in the back of the fridge lining directly up to shelves, the items that get moved towards the back freeze. So I cannot fully use all the space. The freezer drawer doesn't pull out very far and it is hard to see the food on the top shelf as it doesn't pull out very far either. And now the motor hums very loudly and keeps getting louder. I would not recommend this fridge and I would not buy it again.

Doesn't work

AJ Madison · 1 out of 5 stars

We have had this unit repaired three times in the 6 months we've owned it. It never gets colder than 42 in the main area even on the coldest settings, and after repair it works for a short while, then just stops working. So, they will come out once again to see it isn't working, and the best they can do is give us another of the same unit. We have a small area and this company has no other units that would work. We are not impressed.

Clarkw1 · Apr 15, 2026

Freezer is very small.

AJ Madison · 1 out of 5 stars

Freezer size is very small. The "frozen pizza" slot is useless and takes up precious room. No one stores frozen pizza vertically!! Freezer has a useless and limiting divider on the upper shelf that cannot be removed! Frustrating. This unit replaces a Whirlpool that was the same outside measurements, yet had a freezer drawer at least 25% larger. I'm disappointed. There are installation instructions, but NO instructions for users. I do not trust that the manufacturer will maintain a website page with instructions for years, I'm anticipating a 404 code in my future.
