    After writing a review about the Craft Ice Maker and how it was defective after a year and half. I contacted LG to get the model number so I could purchase another one and to my surprise they are replacing the maker AND sending some filters!! No cost!! So, yes the ice maker is bad but LG is making it good - probably has some to do with the class action law suite?? Thanks LG

  2. Craft Ice Maker is terrible!

    I really like the refrigerator but the Craft Ice Maker has gone out after only 1 1/2 years. I’m working on replacing it myself as the videos look easy but finding the correct replacement has been a job. I’m just disappointed as this was not a cheap appliance but the ice maker certainly is not up to standards.

  5. craft ice while cute is ridiculous

    I like to refrigerator but the craft ice is ridiculous makes 6 ice cubes every 48 hrs. I wish I could change to a regular ice cube maker but found out not possible
