I needed the following: 24” wide, fingerprint résistent, reversible doors, at least 60” tall, flat front-no protruding handles and I insisted on a quality brand. There are about one -two? refrigerators that met my needs. It is not only good looking but it also was at a very attractive price. (My other refrigerator is a Liebher at about 6xmthe price).

I love love love how much room is inside this fridge. Good quality appliance. Unfortunately, it does not work in 25.5 inch wide opening because the door swing takes up. Fortunately, Whirpool accommodated the return without hassle.

Affordable and great space saver

Our main fridge in the kitchen went out and we were living out of 2 college fridges for about 5 days. We contacted our local appliance store and asked what they had available in about the 10 cubic foot size and they recommended this whirlpool. We replaced our college fridges with this larger sized in the basement until we could get a new one for our kitchen. It was a nice surprise at how much space and the layout of this fridge and how easy it made the next week for us much easier. Very affordable and good sized fridge.

I bought this fridge which had to fit exactly in a very specific spot on my apartment. Not having designed the kitchen I needed a compact yet spacious refrigerator and this one fit the bill (and fit the space) perfectly. The shelves are sturdy, well placed and the LED lighting is efficient and inviting. I look forward to having this great model for many years to come.

Not for Old Houses with NON-Level Floors

The refrigerator works well. The leveling was impossible for one person. The rear rollers are unadjustable and the front feet are too short. Customer Service had no technical support and could only read back to me what was in the printed material that came with the refrigerator. The solution was a service call to the local service tech. He leveled it. Downside-- A stack of wood block under the front feet. Not a pretty picture.

We bought this fridge a few months ago, we have a very small one bedroom bungalow so have no room to accommodate a normal size fridge. It fits perfectly in the little corner and it is more spacious than I expected. It’s relatively quiet compared to our old fridge and I love the infinity shelf that you can push in and out to accommodate larger items. Also the cold/deli shelf on top is fantastic for storing fridge items that need to be colder but not frozen. I also love the big fruit/veggie bin! I’m so happy it’s not divided in to two as it makes it more spacious and can fit bigger fruits and veggies even compared to my old fridge that was bigger and had two bins.

It fit the small space

It's ok. The temp is off and we can't seem to balance it out. The door doesn't seem to stay closed. i.e. When I close the freezer door, the fridge opens. It does however fit our needs. I would suggest simply paying a little more for the larger one.

Frige with freezer

When I bought this the freezer only worked for 28 days then quit . Guy came to fix it and ran for for a couple weeks and quit again. C wrecked our food 3x’s freezer works when it wants too! Can’t trust it to use for food. Refrigerator works great.

I ordered this fridge back in November 2021 and finally received it in April of 2022. The fridge door was "warped" and won't shut properly. I haven't been able to use it yet. Its been over a month since the repair person came and diagnosed the problem and still haven't received a new door yet. I did receive the gasket in the wrong color though but that doesn't do anything for me..

Not worth the price!

My biggest complaint is that I did not realize prior to purchase that the freezer did not work properly in an unheated garage when the temperature went below 55 or so degrees. Otherwise, I do not have issues with the refrigerator. Summer is coming and the refrigerator is in the garage, so I may have additional comments when the temperature, and the heat in the garage, rises. We'll see!

Had to reverse the door openings

There was no option when I purchased the refrigerator on line to choose which way the door opened. The directions to make the reversal was not in the “summary manual” that came with the unit. I had to look up on line which was cumbersome even though I had the model # , etc. Reversing the doors took about 3 hours total. Supposedly, an easy fix. However, one type screw required special tool when it was stuck so tight it wouldn’t budge without stripping. All the fasteners must be re-used when reversing the doors. This was a 24” wide unit which is considered “special” and costs twice the size of a normal basic refrigerator.

Wasted food

You will lose food. I have lost food twice because of the malfunctioning of this refrigerator. The total waste is frustrating and they don’t have any remedies for this other than unplug it and let it defrost to clear the frozen drain lines. As expensive as food is, losing anything is a waste and unless you have a protection plan, you are our of luck

Very disappointed in Whirlpool. Gave it a 1 because it does fit in my small kitchen. However little less works. The shelves are absolutely worthless. The placement of the shelves is awful. Ended up putting in a wire one in. There is also a half shelve...very strange and also worthless. When you shut the frig door the freezer door opens and visa versa! Don't know why I write this because Whirlpool won't read it. Put more money into a better one. Wish I had.

The worst refrigerator you can purchare

Purchase this refrigerator 14 months ago and has so many issues. Do not buy. Water overflows in the bottom part of the refrigerator and overflows like a waterfall, even all your food gets destroyed.

I really regret buying this refrigerator.

The positive aspects are that it's very quiet and the bronze color is attractive. Unfortunately, there's nothing else I like about this refrigerator. It's very difficult to control the temperature. A knowledgeable technician came out and told me that this refrigerator simply will not work if the ambient temperature is below 65 degrees. The freezer varied from 0 to 20 degrees. There is no humidity control. In summer, everything inside the refrigerator is wet with condensation. The shelves are very cheaply made, especially the top shelf. The shelves are not on rollers or sliders, just plastic extensions from the wall. I do not recommend this refrigerator.

We only had this fridge for 2 years before it broke down. Apparently it is an issue with the heater on the unit that in talking with a local appliance repair guys is a common issue and there is no long term fix. This fridge should be recalled.

We purchased this for our cottage and it does not cool. I has NOT worked for the moment we plugged it in. It runs but does not cool. Whirlpool is coming to look at it...I expect they will replace the unit and hopefully I can write a new review.
