Perfect size for a small home or rental property

I purchased the Amana 33-inch Side-by-Side Refrigerator one of my single family rental property. Right size for a rental property, bit larger than units normally found in apartments, with the double door it looked more suitable for a home, also reasonably priced. Tenants liked it. Hopefully this will last long.

This is by far the best refrigerator for the price. It looks as good as any other high-end model costing a lot more. It’s surprisingly spacious for its size considering it’s slightly smaller than other full-size refrigerators. I love that you can get ice and water separately without having to touch or make a selection on a button. Small detail would be that the drawers in the refrigerator do not open and close as smoothly as I would like but this is very minor. I am more than thrilled with this purchase. Icemaker works like a champ.

I bought this refrigerator to replace an Amana that stopped working. The water/ice dispenser is not as tall as the old one so my usual tumbler won’t fit and must be held at an angle to fill. Shelves on the fridge & freezer are different sizes than the old so items aren’t in the ‘usual’ -pot. The ice maker works fine and the unit is well lit on the inside.

So Far, So Good

It's only been two months of using this refrigerator, but so far the good outweighs the bad, by far. The freezer is very narrow and, while it is deep, I find that I still have to rearrange every time I want to put in a frozen pizza. Additionally, the water dispenser line froze recently. Let me tell you, it is pretty annoying to have your brand new fridge stop working! But, luckily, I thought to try turning down the temperature before I freaked out. I'm currently running it one notch below "ideal." These are small things, overall. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a solid machine with just enough bells and whistles.

Inconsistent performance. Time will tell.

The first month has had a couple hiccups. The ice maker was not working. Thanks to a YouTube video demonstrating the reset function on a whirlpool product, it started and has been working normally. Also, while the refrigerator has been working fine and keeping consistent temperature, the freezer seems inconsistent. I recently put a half gallon of ice cream in which slowly melted. Other frozen products seem to have stayed frozen. I will continue to monitor the freezer to see if a service appointment is needed. Overall, if the freezer temperature issue resolves, I would say this is a decent product.

This is a nice refrigerator at a good price. It's my second Amana side by side since I lost the first one in a flood. Works well, easy to change the filter, but I wish the indicator lights were in a different location. I am in a wheelchair and it's hard for me to see when the filter needs to be changed. The filter is on the bottom of the fridge and access is fairly easy. Maintains temperature, ice and water work great.

Love the cubes the ice maker produced (vs “half moons” previous refrigerator made). Chilled water dispenser works well. Consumer Reports also notes Amana as one of the more reliable makes in side by sides. Hope it lasts for many years.

So far so good. Larger than I thought it would be, especially the depth past the countertop. Have had accidents with the water/ice dispensers, as they are very close together. Sometime I hit the water dispenser when getting ice. Would be nice to have a OFF button for water distribution to solve this problem. Last refrigerator was a 20 year old Kenmore that was still working, so I hope this refrigerator last.

We have not had a new refrigerator for over 30 years! The Amana Refrigerator had just the dimensions that we needed to have for our kitchen. It offered the water and ice dispensary. We love to use it! The interior of the frig is so bright and clean, very spacious. We love the glass shelves to be able to view what we are looking for. The black finish of the frig matches our kitchen. The fact that it was shiny black made it match beautifully!

For a smaller refrigerator it has lots of space, especially in the door. The moveable shelves are very convenient. The fridge is a bit noisier than I would like. We can hear it running in other rooms of the house, and when the ice drops down it is very loud, even when there is already ice in the storage container.

I am happy with this refrigerator. There is one thing I would change. The water dispenser is in front of the ice dispenser. I keep accidentally turning on the water while I am trying to get ice. Then the water ends up on the floor. I wish there was a switch to go from ice to water.

Good and Concerning features

The capacity of the refrigerator was comparable to my last one. I can get a lot of items inside. My only concern is when I go to get ice I also press the water at the same time and it ends up on the floor. I would have loved a design where those were side by side. Additionally, the handles often slide up and come off. It keeps it from breaking but becomes a nuisance.

I have only had this for a month and it looks good. I have not contacted the seller yet but a shelf was missing. I have had damage to my floors and the refrigerator is not yet in place. It runs well and it is a lot quieter than I expected. I don't think you want to hear this but I think you should wait at least 6 months before asking for a review of any product. Gives us a chance to really see how it works.

My wife and I both like the way this refrigerator is meeting all of our needs. It is just the two of us so space layout meets our storage needs on both sides of the box. Ice dump can be a little noisy but we like the size of the ice cubes so that is not a problem. Getting ice through the door is working fine. We drink bottle water so don't use the door water dispenser.

Fits well in kitchen space

Although this refrigerator fits well in the space available, it is already giving us trouble with making ice, even though the appliance is only a month old. Also the design of the ice and water dispenser often causes spills since the lever for dispensing ice and the lever for the water are placed so closely together that it is almost impossible not to hit the water output when getting ice. Otherwise, the side by side design for the refrigerator and freezer is very convenient.

I bought a house this was the fridge chosen by the flipper. My Fridge cabinet is midsize and certainly wouldn’t fit one of these monstrous refrigerators. What I love: it’s got a small footprint but you don’t sacrifice any of the useable space. The door shelves are deep enough to sort things and use those nifty organizer bins to keep down on the clutter. The crisper bins are deep and hold quite a bit and the shelves are roomy and the adjusted sizes make sense. It cools well. The same is true of the freezer it’s narrow but I was actually able to store more in it than I was able to in my old side by side freezer. Things I don’t like so much: basically the ice maker and the dispenser while I’m appreciative of the dispenser I often accidentally get water instead of ice or accidentally hit the water when going in for ice and make a mess. I would rather the design be flipped. Ice on top and water down below because the water is what makes a mess. If I were to accidentally tap for ice I’d have to wait the 2-3 seconds before the ice actually dispensed before it became a problem. The only other issue I have is the ice maker makes ice incredibly slow. One weekend we went to the lake in the morning so we used the entire bin in the cooler. That night there was barely enough for 2 people to have full glasses of ice at dinner. We didn’t have a full bin again for about 2 days because we typically have ice at each meal and sometimes throughout the day. Overall this is a solid refrigerator and I would recommend it to anyone who may have a smaller space but would like the convenience of a side by side fridge with an ice maker and dispenser, it works well for my family of 4,

I’ve had my Amana side by side for several months. I love it except for one thing. The handles are not very secure. It seems that a small set screw would hold them in place. Sometimes when someone besides me opens either door, the handle slips up and comes loose. I’m afraid of scratching and it is just a nuisance to have this happen.

Water dispenser makes stainless steel door rust

This fridge has all the features we wanted for just the right price. It is a bit small for a family of 6 but we are making do. 4 stars because the water dispenser sits far enough out of the door that it drips on the stainless steel below, causing rust to form. I’ve had this fridge for 6 months (brand new delivered from the store) and it already has rust on the door. I assume you have to be really proactive with wiping the door down to avoid this.

It came very weel protected by shipper to not end up with any damage, had experiended that in the past and didn't want to deal with a damaged delivery. Frig was everything and more that I expected. Very easy to hook up water for ice maker and roll into place.Family loves the ice maker , especially with all the hot days across the country these days !

Needed A Refrigerator

I bought my Amana refrigerator March 1st and it works well. I wanted something similar to what I was replacing. This was the closest and wasn't too expensive. It was delivered on time and set up. My only issue is its on wheels and every time you open the door it rolls forward. The handles comes off constantly and less space on the inside. Otherwise it works well and look good to.

I really like the refrigerator compartment as it is spacious and well lit. The freezer, however, is very small and this hampers ability to access some items without removing others. The entire appliance is beautiful, but caution to use only soap and water to clean the stainless steel should should appear in bold print on your instructions, particularly since commercial cleaners can destroy the finish.

The stainless steel leaves finger prints all over it could have a better grain of stainlesss. Freezer is smaller than I thought. This has been a great refrigerator. It’s very quiet and it has just the right amount of space inside. I knew I wanted a side by side with ice and water dispenser but due to my cabinetry I only had a height limit of 66 -1/2”. Most side by sides are much taller but this one fit perfectly in my space. My only complaint would be that I wish it had the fingerprint resistant stainless steel doors but keep it clean it it looks fantastic. Thanks for a wonderful product and a great buying experience!

I have had this a month and am very pleased. Keeps food cold. Ice and water dispenser work fine. We did not have any problem with drips as other reviewers have mentioned. I do wish that it had a small meat/cheese drawer. I miss that. I also have to be careful not to lean on the refrigerator since it does move easily and I've pushed it up against the wall which I then have to pull out a little. That is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars.

great looking side by side , I prefered the black borders and side versus the putty color on most of the other brands . the operations are exactly as expected and what you'd want in a refrigerator , keeps food cool / COLD and fresh . Of course the freezer is narrow , which you would expect with these dimensions , but has never been an issue . the shelves are not very adjustable but as far as my needs go , there were no issues with what ever I placed inside . either on door or in main shelves and drawers . the only small issues not problems are the water and ice dispenser has a manual light button versus automatically putting light on when you extract either item. Not a deal breaker for sure . other inconvienient item is the name tag / logo on the right side door is sharp and pointed and cleaning rags / towels get caught on it sticking out . affraid it will break then what ? also with a lot of the new refigerators I question how to clean the stainless as there are all kinds of warnings as to what to use and not use depending on brand and if its true stainless steel . no real help from manual . I orderd a recommended spray specifically for stainless from their website .. and it just makes the finish cloudy / smeared looking ? but other kinds also do this .. it used to be the products and paper towels would make it SHINE!!! not anymore ? anyway excellent buy regardless of the little issues , and a nice price for what you get.

We have had this fridge for about 3 months. It is a great size with plenty of room, but takes up less kitchen space. One of the plastic bins broke immediately. The ice dispenser can clog. There is no tray to catch water/ice from the dispensers which is annoying. I enjoy the “layout” of the fridge, its smaller size, and its stainless exterior. Amana’s Customer Service have been very good.

Looks great in my kitchen. The lines and styling are nice. The interior is bright. The ice maker on/off switch is hard to access, and I have to climb on a stool to be able to access it, as it's obstructed so you need to see what you're doing to find it. Also, the freezer runs really cold, even on the lowest setting. I think I'll call for service, the ice cream is too hard to scoop.

Even on the coldest setting, it is cold enough, but not for very cold beverages the way I like. Every other fridge I ever had could freeze drinks if it was set too low.

I bought this two months ago, and it’s just what I was looking for. The ice maker is wonderful, and has a big tray to hold the ice. The first 24 hours after being plugged in, it had a pretty loud hum but once it reached temperature, it’s actually quite quiet. The stainless steel is not smudge proof, as stated, but after I cleaned it with a stainless steel cleaner/protectant, it is much better. I like the fact that the sides of the refrigerator are black and not stainless so I can put magnets or notes on it without worrying about scratches. I’m very pleased with the quality of this refrigerator and that there were no defects when it arrived.

I was wary about buying a side by side with water features in the door, but I am so glad I did! I didn't think the water in the door was necessary, but I use it many times a day. Super convenient since it has crushed or cubed ice, but my favorite is the lock option so my grandson doesn't make a mess on his own. Plenty of room on the inside and the lighting inside the refrigerator is amazing. I can see all of my food and now I was much less because it is all easily visible. Would give 6 stars if it was an option! Great buy!!

It's a loud unit and the door alignment is clouded with a disclaimer that the fridge door will drop lower when it is loaded. It didn't change a millimeter so I have to try to do an adjustment single handed which has been elusive.Bummer.

We bought the side by side refrigerator to replace our 21 year old Amana top refrigerator bottom freezer. It looks great and have been very satisfied with Amana as a brand.

I bought this refrigerator a month ago and I just LOVE it! I like the size, that there is a lot of room, that the door automatically closes unlike my old one that beeped if it wasn't shut all the way (which is a good thing, but also annoying), the ice maker makes both cubed ice and crushed. It doesn't show finger prints either, which is nice. The ONLY thing I wish was different was a quieter ice dispenser. It may be normal and I'm just not used to it but even so, I recommend this frig to anyone. You'll be happy. :-)

I'm not unhappy with it. It's inexpensive and adequate for needs at the lake. My two complaints are the stainless steel stains instantly and permanently if you do immediately wipe the water from the freezer door. Which brings us to the biggest complaint. The water dispenser is the worst design EVER! When you get ice you often hit the water dispenser on the way by and the way it's designed water runs down the stainless steel. Awful design!

Old fridge decided to quit on me during a time of shortages in my area. Did my research found a fridge that I wanted. Modified my kitchen to accept new one. After a few months I ran across this one while searching for inventory. Had decent reviews and actually found one in stock at a local store. Perfect size had the features I wanted at the price I wanted. So I brought it home. Install was a snap. I have been very happy with its performance so far. Cold water, ice maker keeps up really well even when the dogos keep stealing fresh ice. Then the bonus came in. Electric bill dropped $40 compared to the previous fridge. I know new technologies are more efficient. But I have fresh food that lasts 2x as long and the bill is lower. This fridge has beat my original choice and expectations.

Decent utility

I didn’t want one of the big, chrome monsters on the showroom floors, so I waited a month for delivery of this slightly smaller white one. I like how it looks in my kitchen, but after three weeks with it I am struggling with some issues. I can’t get the temperature right—the presets in the fridge side are either freezing some of my food and drinks or, according to my thermometer, hovering somewhere around 43+ degrees. There’s no in between. The ice maker is on the loud side, and three times has randomly spit cubes onto the floor when it dumps into the interior bin; the little door isn’t strong enough to hold them back. Overall the design of the water and ice dispenser could be easier and less awkward. The price was reasonable but I’m not sure I would choose this make and model again.

The only negative is that the stainless steel is not actually stainless and not finger print free. It gets very dirty and the manual states not to use stainless steel cleaner. What do I use? Decent appliance with a few oversights.

This new unit has been in my home for about 3 months now. The unit serves its basic function however I must mention a few dissappointments beginning with the external water feature. Frequently after water is despensed a drop or two of water drips out, misses the drip tray and contacts and runs down the door face and eventually will reach the floor, This, in my opinion, is an obvious design flaw that will affect customer satisfaction going forward. Secondly another issue being quite obvious is the aesthetics at the bottom of the unit. The two "boxes" at each front corner of the unit are very un-attractive, especially the left side where water/electrical lines are clearly visible. The space between the top of these "boxes" and the bottom surface of the doors seem unnecessarily large and one would wonder why some type of simple fascia was not incorporated to blend the unit bottom into the doors. Finally the unit temperature control should be variable and the on/off switch for the ice maker is not easily accessable.

Check the floor model first

My 20 year old Frigidaire no longer kept food at 37-40 degrees and the part to repair was no longer available. When looking for a replacement at the local appliance store I found that the door hinge design would not permit the refrigerator to fit my cabinet space. Frigidaire was not a product they carried and the owner recommended an Amana that would and showed me a photo of the one I currently own. I regret not checking out a floor model that was similar to see the actual compartments and finish. I no longer have a deli drawer, less compartments on the freezer door, no pizza shelf and the finish is not stainless steel, magnets stick to it. And I'll probably only get 5-7 years of service as opposed to the 20 from my old Frigidaire. The Amana does keep the food safely cold.

Veggie drawer not good

There is no instructions in manual as to how to insert drawers so they won't fall out. I sustained injury when drawer & shelf with food fell out. There is a pin on side of fridge that goes into notch on drawer. No instructions on this install. Even with this pin shelf is shaky. Gap between shelf & back of fridge allows food to fall into next shelf or stuck behind shelf.

Built with cheap plastic part

They honored it thru the warranty but replaced it with a durable copper part -not sure why they cheapened parts since probably cost more to replace with a quality part & pay for the labor to re-install.

Freezer is not designed well

This product came with the house when we purchased it. It is not something I would purchase. The freezer is VERY narrow and the shelves do not reach the back and I am constantly loosing things down the back and have to take out the bottom drawer because it either falls behind it or in it. The ice maker takes up a lot of room. It seems the defroster runs all the time so I don't like putting too many things right where the fan is, especially bread items.

The online reviews are accurate. Water dispenser spout is flush to edge of the door so water drips right down the stainless door surface at the end of every use, causing unnecessary stains. The lever is too narrow and requires using hand to manually push it for anything wider than a beer glass. Doors come misaligned but at least it can be manually raised/ lowered at the hinge. Precious useable space inside, and ice maker bucket takes up too much room. This was purchased for a rental property so lowest price is what drove the decision.

This is a good side by side refrigerator/freezer which fit in a tight space. Issues: Glass shelves are flimsy and thin. Refrigerator cabinet is black not silver to match the stainless doors so it stands out like a sore thumb. Ice maker works well but is very noisy. In door ice dispenser and water spigot leaks onto the door and floor.

Ice Maker freezes up ice during defrost

It's just a fridge

The stainless steel shows fingerprints like crazy. The ice maker is the slowest I have ever seen on a fridge. The cup location isn't big enough for a Yeti/Aritc. The light doesn't light unless you turn it on yourself, and doesn't even show light for the water filling only the ice. The size of the fridge is good, however the doors need way more than the 33" in order to open all the way. You need about 40" to be safe opening the doors fully. The filter is easy to replace, but in a weird position at the bottom. Overall this is a decent fridge, but not my favorite, and for the price I couldn't believe how old this one feels compared to the 26' fridge from another manufacture I bought 6 months ago for similar price.

I bought this a couple months ago to replace the refrigerator that I had since 2006. This refrigerator had more cu ft but holds way less. It's a good refrigerator but I'm disappointed in the actual size. I can't really use the freezer because there is almost no space in it. Also, if you pack it too full, the ice maker stops making ice. Ugh!! I use a lot of ice!

2 day fridge

Just put in a part they “assumed” was the issue and left. Guess what? Didn’t fix it. So now have to wait an additional two weeks again for them to show up to fix it. And of course they’ve already rescheduled once. Not impressed with this product or service.

Broke after 3 weeks

Bought the Amana Refrigerator in June of 2023 and it stop freezing, and failed to keep the refrigeration side cool. I lost an entire freezer full of meats! I then called for a warranty repair and it was scheduled for August 1st. Amana failed once and forgot to confirm the appointment with the local repairman. Now, I'm waiting for another appointment on the 15th of August. Very disappointed with how we were treated so far.

The first “certified” company did the repair but after the second company came after the first company failed to repair, we were told the first company shouldn’t be working on any refrigerator. There have been 4 appointments to get it “fixed” over the span of several months and we are barely now getting a new fridge.

Not what it was described to be; Motor is very loud; freezer door drags when opening; ice maker/dispenser can only put a small glass under it, if using a large one the water shoots out onto the floor.

Horrible experience. We bought our fridge in February, delivered nicely one week later and installed. Worked for @ two weeks then we noticed it wasn’t keep omg the fridge side very cold- then we were using our freezer as a fridge as it wasn’t freezing. Family of 5 and threw soooo much spoiled food out. Repair took over two weeks through the manufacturers. They switched a part out and advises to buy a thermometer to insert in a bottle of water to keep our temp.... it was at 60 and steady... called the repair company straight as it waS over the weekend and they came out a week later to fix- again throwing tons of bad food out again! This time they replaced two parts- it’s been 36 hours and it’s at 40... so I guess I’ll be calling for a third repair tomorrow. Luckily, I haven’t put any food in there. A massive inconvenience for a family of 5- two of which have special food diets due to health issues-

Hard Pass on Amana - live and learn

Amana had a fridge that almost fit our space. Previous refrigerator was too big. This one's water/ice dispenser are a disaster to use. Ice lever is behind water lever so water spills virtually every time. First week, a magnet that I've had on three other refrigerators for years was rusting on the front of the refrigerator. So now, no kids pictures, lists or anything with a magnet can be placed on the fridge for fear of rust!!! Never have I ever seen that before. Additionally, adjusting the refrigerator temperature is extremely difficult and food was ruined and frozen even though the "temperature" gauge said the temperature of the fridge was "perfect". Just not happy.

The fridge looks and works great other than the icemaker we have 46 pounds at refrigerator and a Flo Rida.5 5G PMs per minute in the refrigerator still doesn’t produce ice and we had the icemaker changed once.

THIS REFRIGERATOR WILL FREEZE UP ON THE EQUATOR IN THE MIDDLE OF JUNE. I CANNOT GET THE TEMPURATURE RIGHT WITH THEIR SELECTIONS. EITHER IT IS TOO COLD OR IT SPOILS. I HAVE RUINED A LOT OF FOOD AND A LOT OF GLASS DISHES SO FAR. LESS THAN 1 YEAR OLD.

Problems with the ice and water dispenser

We bought this appliance and have had nothing but problems with ice dispenser. A piece of ice periodically gets lodged in door and then leaks as it melts and when you open the freezer door unaware of the melted ice and water goes everywhere. The Non-smudge stainless steel door are not smudge proof.

Hate this fridge!

This purchase taught me to never buy a refrigerator without seeing it in person. The freezer is too small because the ice maker takes up everything above the dispenser. The refrigerator is freezing my food at 20 degrees on the "suggested" setting and when I turn it down to the next setting the temperature inside is 42 degrees (anything above 40 is dangerous). Very unhappy with this purchase especially considering the price we paid for it.

waste of money

Less than 2 months after installing this refrige new, it is no longer keeping the fridge as cold, food is soiling faster than it should and things aren't as cold, also the freezer isn't keeping food frozen despite all settings being set to coldest. Appliance repair is coming out next week but my expectations are low given that many of the reviews are of the same problem that doesn't get fixed satisfactorily. Poor quality. I don't recommend buying this product.

Great features-never cooled

I bought this refrigerator in July, it was installed on September 15th. It never cooled properly from the time it was installed, and still does not. There are parts on ordered that are not even in stock anywhere. I have requested a new refrigerator. I was told by customer service that there is a three week period to wait on parts before a resolution will be determined. In the meantime I have to deal with a freezer that is icing up, and the refrigerator that is not cooling properly. This is terribly disappointing. Products today are certainly not designed with the durability of appliances made long ago. Customer service from Amana needs to step up their game.

Nightmare

Refrigerator was delivered June 15, 2022 and we've had it serviced three times for the same issue and it's only August 31, 2022. Since the part is back-ordered we have no idea when it will be repaired. We now have to wait until it stops working....again....unplug it for 24 hours to defrost....wait until it stops working and continue this cycle until who knows when. Luckily, we have a full-size refrigerator in our garage (no, it's not made by Whirlpool). The only reason for my continued patience is the service guys that are trying so hard to remedy the situation.

Worked great for the first 2 weeks, then the defrosting element went out and service person came out and ordered new parts. After two weeks it became apparent that the parts wouldn't be here for more than month, so the store replaced the unit with another of the same model. THE SAME THING HAPPENED to the second refrigerator after two weeks.

Needed repairs immediately

Bought this a month ago and it worked for 2 weeks before refrigerator and freezer barely cooled making ice maker a water cooler stop working. After 2 weeks I’ve formed blocking vent required for circulation. In repairman said this was the third Refrigerator (same model) with this problem. Replacement piece to repair could take weeks. This is unacceptable! HomeDepot nor Whirlpool have not agreed to replace refrigerator yet!

I have had this appliance about one month and have had two service calls for non-cooling. I replaced my old refrigerator in the fear it would not keep up with the summer heat!!! Totally disappointed that new parts that have been ordered are not available and I am forced to buy ice everyday. I feel extremely disappointed with this purchase.

The unit was delivered on 6/21 and 2 weeks later the temps were warm. The unit froze up from the freezer area. turned off the unit and melted all the ice, Started again and the unit seemed fine but 2 weeks later it froze again. the freezer is at 20 degrees and refrig is at 50 degrees. Call amana on 7/20 and they setup a service call for 7/22. the service provider said they were busy and they will call me the night before for service. have not heard anything on 7/25 evening.

Initial set May 25th, 2022. Waited 24 hours before putting anything in freezer or refrigerator as instructed by installers. Within a week temperature felt warmer in fridge and freezer - food spoiled #1. Read owners troubleshooting and unplugged refrigerator, waited 24 hours, plugged back in, waited 24 hours, worked a few days. Temperatures felt warmer again in fridge and freezer: food spoiled #2. Contacted Amana/Whirlpool for service - interactive system awful. Serviced completed early July, worked until July 22nd, fridge is cooling at about 55 degrees, freezer frosting up again food spoiled #3. Will be calling again. Ice maker not working very well. Produces very little ice and cubes are small. The ice maker set up takes up a lot of space in a freezer that is already small. Ice maker is loud, fridge is loud, seems to constantly be running. Slide out drawers feel cheap, do not slide smooth. Storage in fridge door is adequate but makes the door heavy causing the door to open abruptly if not manually controlled. I'm not expecting the refrigerator to do anything special - keep freezer items frozen, refrigerator items safely cold, and couple of ice cubes on occasion.

Still not working properly

A week after receiving the refrigerator it stopped cooling. The appliance guy came, assessed, came again, replaced part, and had to come again after the part didn’t fix the problem. Waiting for him to come again to put in another new part. Very disappointing. Appliance guy is great - refrigerator hasn’t impressed so far.
