This refrigerator is sleek looking. Love the smooth fronts with no handles. It’s super easy to organize and customize for your own use. Love love love the water pitcher and filtered water. The ice maker provides two sizes of ice which is super handy! Super large capacity drawers in the freezer area are so easy to organize! Flexible shelving arrangements!

I love this fridge, the option to open both doors into a wide fridge allows me to store a variety of foods from pizza boxes to Thanksgiving Turkeys. It’s very easy to take out shelving and freezer drawer for cleaning. I love all the adjustable shelves that allow me to store all my condiments. Lastly, I love the way it’s sleek and shiny in the kitchen of my brand new home.

I love all space, it was designed very well! It seems to be larger than I anticipated. I love the water pitcher inside and the 2 sizes of ice, no more water marks on the outside side of the stainless steel. With having 4 drawers, we can keep everything separated. Very happy!

After a bunch of research and alot of digging I bought this. At first i had 0 intentions of buying a samsung fridge as in my experience they had alot of issues with ice makers and such. After doing a bunch of research I watched a bunch of YouTube videos and purchased the 3 door bespoke fridge without Beverage center (just the regular pitcher) and I can say with all honesty this is hands down one of the best items ive ever purchased! The pitcher is a game changer and two different sizes of ice is nice but overall the fridge in general is absolutely amazing! I did not get countertop depth as I didnt need it. There is a ton of room! Repairability is a huge part for me and there is a ton of info from repair people on YouTube explaining why this new design is nothing like the old style! Panels are replaceable on their own. Ice maker is a much better design and the freaking pitcher is what made the whole thing worth while! The stainless is great and doesn't leave marks as much as I thought it would. Cleans super easy and the delivery i thought would be an issue as my kitchen is small. They came at the time expected. They placed it, Connected it, cleaned up and made sure everything was to our satisfaction in about 1/4 of the time i expected them to take. I'm writing this review about 4 months after purchase and im not paid for this nor did I receive any discount for this review I just honestly love this fridge so much I had to come on and write one. Well done samsung! Well done indeed!

Great fridge, Pros: We really like the ice bins and liked the water container more than we thought we would. Cons: Left top door was finicky with leveling the fridge to get it to stay open when opened like the right door. Searching online seems to be a common issue, I found opening the top left hinge cover and unwind/playing with the water line seemed to help and get it to a point where once the door is fully open the door stays open now.

We are very happy with our new bespoke Three door French door refrigerator !!! The auto fill pitcher in the door is wonderful very clean lines on the outside we hated the water fell in the door on the outside and this solves the problem and works wonderful !!! Be sure and leave 2 inches of space in the back from the wall and you won’t have any problems. What we did was take a pool noodle and cut about 6 inches and attach that to the wall at the top in the back and at the bottom on both sides so you know exactly when you push it in that you have 2 inches of airspace for the compressor. We love the two sizes of ice that auto fills in the bottom drawer where it should be for making ice in the freezer and it works great just very happy. They have a well designed refrigerator that should never have any problems !!!

Very beautiful design and spacious. It is well thought out and brightly lit. We had to shim the left door as it was 1/8" lower and wouldn't engage the center draft stop, but that was super easy with the included plastic snap rings. We really like the dual ice maker and the always cold quickly auto-filled water jug. And the fact that this fridge is connected to our smart things app makes it even handier, as you know if the door is accidentally left open, etc.

Love it. A huge improvement over my old top freezer. It’s spacious, accessible, well lighted and beautiful. I love the water pitcher. My only complaint is the difficult closing the French doors. Each door catches when it meets the outer edge of the other door, even if I gave it a good push. I have to go back and firmly push the door closed. I’ve had 3 door fridges before but never experienced this. It seems like a design flaw or maybe it’s just this fridge. I called the appliance store and they said that’s how it works. You have to push it All The Way Closed. So I wouldn’t recommend this for a house with kids. It does beep if you don’t close the door. After a while

We’ve had this Bespoke 4-Door fridge for about six months and overall really love it. Moving the ice maker to the bottom drawer completely fixed the old Samsung jamming issues—the standard cubes and "Ice Bites" are excellent, though the ice can fuse together if you don't use it frequently. The FlexZone drawer is a total game-changer for switching between freezer space and extra drink cooling when hosting. The SmartThings app is also surprisingly useful; it has already saved our groceries a couple of times by sending a ping to my phone when a door was left open. My only real complaint is the interior shelf design. If milk or juice spills, the liquid gets sucked into the tiny gap where the glass meets the plastic trim. You can't pop the glass out, so you have to take the whole shelf out and soak it in the sink to clean it. The custom panels look beautiful and sleek, but since buying a new color set costs a few hundred bucks, we'll probably stick with our original choice. It's a fantastic, modern fridge, just a bit tedious to deep clean.

This refrigerator has a great capacity and a lot of options to set up the shelving to customize it however you want. It has a very clean look from the outside and the exchangeable panels to make it whatever color you need to fit your kitchen makes it the perfect piece to build around. The freezer holds its temperature very well and the two different sizes for the ice is a really nice touch because you can get ice that fits in whatever container you're using. Overall I've been very happy with it.

We’ve had our fridge for over 2 years and love it. No issues or problems to date. It works so well. The beverage center is my favorite part. It keeps food cool and cools quickly. It’s great on energy use. The only issue o have is lack of space for tall items. The middle shelf adjustable half needs to be fully removable to be completely useful for the number of tall containers we use. Easiest appliance ever to keep clean!

I love this fridge for its screen. My kids love playing on the tablet like screen; it’s both education and entertaining. Also love that it makes ice quick and the added interior water pitcher makes getting filtered water a breeze. I would give it five stars if not for the fact that it has developed two hairline crack on the interior and the occasional clogged water filter. Other than that, I’ve had no other issues so far.

I didn’t expect to care this much about a fridge, but my Samsung 3-door has been a great upgrade. The French door layout makes everything easy to see and reach, and I’m no longer digging around to find things. It fits a full week of groceries comfortably, and the bottom freezer drawer is deeper and more organized than I expected. Cooling has been consistent, and my produce actually lasts longer in the crisper drawers. It also looks really clean and modern, and the LED lighting makes a bigger difference than I thought. Only small downsides—the ice maker is a bit slow and takes up some space, and it took a little time to get used to organizing everything. Overall, it’s reliable, spacious, and makes everyday use easier. Definitely a solid buy.

I love how big this fridge is and how there just some seems to be a place for everything. The auto fill pitcher is the best feature and I honestly have no idea how I lived without it before. I can't give it 5 stars because certain features are locked into the smart things app and if it loses wifi (which it randomly does and you need to reconnect) then you are stuck.

I have owned this refrigerator for 8 months and have not had any issues. There are many features I really like on this model, my favorite being the autofill water pitcher. We also like the ice maker setup with two types of ice and the scoop, especially now that summer is here. The filter is conveniently located and easy to change. The only drawback and it was a minor one was getting used to no handles on the doors.

Bought the refrigerator over a year ago. Not had any issue with it. It has tons of space, we can never fill it so getting items and knowing what’s in there is a breeze. Love have 2 sizes of ice. We wanted no water/ice dispenser and this is exactly that. Those dispensers seem to always break so this was a good compromise for us. All in all we are very pleased with the unit.

Disclaimer: I am 50 years old and this is my first ever absolutely brand new refrigerator. So, It's not SUPER hard to impress me! lol Having said that, I do absolutely love this refrigerator. I love the no-handles feature because my refrigerator has a wall on the right side and this makes a huge difference when I open the door. I love how roomy and spacious the fridge is. I enjoy the alerts if I accidentally leave the door open. I love how clean it looks on the outside due to having the icemaker in the bottom freezer and the water bottle in the door. All in all, I'm very pleased!

A great fridge with small issues here and there. Overall design is modern and simplistic, however, non magnetic doors is unfortunate when the sides are magnetic. This can impossible to reach due to positioning against walls. So putting fridge magnets on is a no go. Also the door can show fingerprints due to stainless steel finish. Love the water pitcher, however, can be finicky sometimes, such as not being placed all the way in causing water to miss the pitcher's opening hole. This fridge is definitely worth the price.

I had to get used to no front handles (I liked the sleek look but didn’t think about fingerprints) but I’m tall and there is a handle/groove on top (and on bottom) that I’ve already trained myself on. Love, love, love the ice maker that makes 2 ice sizes, and the water pitcher.

Overall this appliance has been perfect for our family of four. I did have to buy additional items to keep things organized but other than that it has been great. The water pitcher comes in handy. I don't like the stainless steel because of the finger prints. I was told that this stainless steel would be print free haha we have a kid who eats ice all day and she plays sports so having the choice for different ice has also worked out for us. We were unaware of the different "packages" on this refrigerator so just bought the one with the pitcher. I don't regret it. We subscribe to the filter but they are easily accessible. It's very convenient. I love the WiFi option. I always know when our youngest leaves the door open. We are just over a year in with it and I have no complaints.

The size actually saves space that is having a bottom freezer. When ours went out it was decided to save space with a larger fridge unit. The auto icemaker with regular and smaller size fits a family of six perfectly. The water unit is also an excellent feature with it being able to keep up . The filtration is the best I've encountered. The water is crisp and just the right cold. The door compartments allows for our need for the space of items that would otherwise clutter the shelves. The adjustable shelves are great for regular large items and the slide down shelf accommodates larger containers such as tall tea pitchers and more. Over all this unit is perfect for interior size and exterior space,along with the monitoring that can be done remotely and the alert when a door is left open for a period of time.

I bought this fridge during President's Day weekend and am totally in love with it. The Autofill Pitcher is a great feature and refills almost instantly once emptied. The dual types of ice allow you to have a choice when choosing your beverage and also make it so there is constantly ice. The amount of space in both the fridge and the freezer allow me to never need to worry if I have room or not. I also love and appreciate the adjustable features of the shelves in the fridge.

I just received this refrigerator after the one in my kitchen was on it's last leg. I love the sleek look and non textured surface. It makes it easy to clean fingerprints from the front. Additionally, there is so much space inside! When I transfered everything from my cramped old unit, I had so much more space and access to my groceries. The auto filling pitcher is incredibly useful because I drink a lot of water. I can fill my water bottle, put the pitcher back and within seconds of the door closing, the pitcher is filling. The freezer drawer is super deep and easy to access. Oh and the dual size ice cubes are amazing! The smaller ice cubes are perfect for iced coffee while the large cubes fit perfectly into my water bottle

The pitcher is so handy and beautifully in the door. It sets the temperature itself and sends notifications for everything, including the door left open. Not to mention it's beautiful on the eyes.

I am pleased with the refrigerator, although I cannot use the ice maker. My kitchen is not plumbed for a refrigerator. I like the fact that it is not deep, so I can see everything on the shelves. The only thing I am not happy with is the fixed shelving and door compartments. There is no way to change their spacing. Other than that, I like the refrigerator. It keeps everything nice and cold.

I love the way it looks. No handles on the fridge make it look sleek and minimal. I haven't had any issues with it and had it for almost five months now. Just a couple of things that might bother people. The icebox might not be for everyone, but it didn't bother me. The freezer could use a little more space. Overall, great product, and no regrets about buying this fridge.

Bought a month ago, and love how much room this refrigerator offers. Love the pitcher feature, wasn’t sure if we were going to like it or not. Although, the pitcher seems to be a bit finicky. Not really sure what makes it fill or not. Sometimes we open the door and pitcher is full, other times it has not filled yet. Seems to be getting less consistent as well. We will be contacting support. Love the different ice cubes and don’t miss the moving parts of the ice maker dispenser, feel like having fewer moving parts, makes for fewer headaches down the road. Overall very satisfied.

My family's overall experience after 2.5 months of owning this fridge is that it's been good. It was our primary source of drinking water for 2 months. While not the best quality water, due to our tap being pretty bad in the first place, the water filter does work. We thinking the door alert/chime starts going off too fast especially when putting way groceries or just getting the water pitcher out for drinking water. Otherwise, the space is plentiful, ice and water production is great. We shall see how it does long term. I did purchase the extended warranty so we'll know if we need to use it in the future, hopefully never.

Shelves, drawers and door layout are all different from last fridge so I am still trying to optimize / organize the contents to fit my preferences. Fortunately, the product has lots of flexibility. I’ll get there eventually. The ice bin in the freezer drawer works well.

Even though this is a counter depth refrigerator, we found we have plenty of room to put what we needed. The shelves are proportioned just right for the way we use it and therefore actually maximized the space. We are enjoying the water pitcher. The kids love that they can just dump the water into their large water bottles without waiting for a door water dispenser to slowly fill up their bottles. We are very satisfied with this purchase.

I bought this for a new house we moved into in late February 2023. I love it for the most part. It's roomy enough for our needs and the two types of ice is an added bonus I didn't think I needed, but now know better. My only complaint is the water pitcher. The pitcher will not refill if there is condensate on it. It is a safety feature in case of leaks which is understandable. It may be fine in less humid climates, but I live in Southeast Texas, where as soon as you take it out in the summer, it starts sweating immediately. Most times I can just dry it off, but there are times when that isn't enough and I have to leave the pitcher out to air dry on it's own, which is a big inconvenience sometimes. Overall though, I'm happy with my purchase.

This is the greatest fridge. I love the flexibility of being able to put many different sizes of items in it. I've only used the push-back shelf feature once, but soup season is coming up! I don't think you can put anything that tall in most fridges without removing a shelf. We particularly love the water pitcher. So much better than door water! Like seriously its amazing. There's so much space too! The drawers are great for a person like me who insists there is a "meat drawer", "cheese drawer" and "veggie drawer". There's one of each with an extra for whatever. Did I mention the ice maker? Love the 2 types of ice. The freezer is nice and big too. I've used the app and love having an alarm go off when the door is left open. If I'm not home I can call someone to let them know they left the door open. The power freeze and power cool options are quite handy too! Seriously, this fridge is next level.

Purchased this refrigerator in March 2023. So far no issues. The water pitcher is so much more convenient than a water dispenser on the outside of the fridge. Also really like the ice maker in the freezer instead of the door. My relatives came to visit and when their fridge went out in August, they wound up purchasing the same refrigerator because they thought the features were so convenient. Also the storage in the refrigerator is massive, was able to fit a whole turkey in there to brine along with a gallon of milk and two 2- liter bottes of soda and we still had space.

I've been really please with this refrigerator so far! I love the flat front and the dual ice makers. The only negative is that the small glass area over 2 of the drawers. We have spilled tea and it got under the glass between the glass and the trim. I have not been able to figure out how to take that small section apart. All of the instructions to remove the glass shelving is for the older models and they are different than this particular model. Hopefully I can get that resolved soon.

Overall I was happy with my standard size fridge. The shelves are not good because there are two of them the top shelf has to stay in place you can not adjust up or down. The second shelf can only move one time. You can only slide the right shelf in so you can have space for a taller objects. The draw are excellent. They are huge. You can fit a lot of fruit or vegetables. I have 4 compartment excellent size. Also side door shelves are excellent you can fit lots of items. I love that the water pitcher is inside of the fridge. Meaning if u have little kids no spillage. It hold 40oz the pitcher. The ice is located at bottom. It makes two ice sizes with it own serving spoon to pick up ice. The bottom draw has one sliding self. Excellent size I can store 5 box of frozen pizza stand up. Overall I love my fridge. The Only issue is that the back panel came broken I was not aware. The supporting screw is broken from the frame of the fridge during production. It a mandating defect. I kept noticing my shelves did not stay in place it kept popping out. Then I notice there was water at the bottom compartment. I notify Samsung customer service. They were quick to resolve the issue. They made me an appointment with a service technician with a reputable company. Hopefully the issue will be resolve soon. I would definitely buy this refrigerator again.

I need an ice maker for my health condition and this fridge has helped dramatically for around a year, but it stopped making ice and it simply won't work. The autofill pitcher is a great addition as well though as I use it to add water to my external ice maker in the meantime. If I were to get assistance from Samsung on fixing my ice maker directly I would rate the fridge a 5 star.

Have this model for almost 2 years, average performance. It cools okay but the maintaining it is the pits. If you are particular with cleanliness do not get this. It is impossible to properly clean if something spills, you cannot remove the glass from its plastic casings and colored liquids get trapped forever. Filter needs frequent expensive replacement. Also my pitcher cracked and there is no replacement available...

BEWARE: There is a component in the fridge above the bottom drawers that you CANNOT remove. We spilt something forever ago and spent 5 hours watching youtube videos, surfing reddit, and looking at samsung's website and there is no way to remove the shelf to clean it. The glass isn't sealed so liquid dripping gets stuck forever. Other than that, the water dispenser and shelf sizes for both the doors and inside are great. Love the dual ice maker and never seem to run out. Would love if they created a way to clean the shelf.

Left door flap

Nice fridge but there is a problem with the left hand door flap. This flap folds in when door is openned but extends when door closes to properly seal the two doors. This flap is controlled mechanically by a tab on the top of the flap but it is too short that it will not connect if the door is closed a little too fast. If door is closed slowly, the flap will extend 95% of the time. If it does not extend, the fridge will not seal properly. Does not seem to have any way of adjusting the height of the tab to ensure a better connection.

I expected the bottom freezer door to open easier. Freezer drawers are not any smoother either. Also movable frig shelf doesn’t stay in place. It is easy to bump out of place. Small ice cubes are nice.

We bought this fridge and have had it for three months now. Overall a good fridge. We love the cosmetic style, the built in water container, the size, and the fact it makes ice in the freezer. However we have had an issue with the ice maker from day 1 where the ice maker is making cubes that form large ice clump. So my ice tray is just one large ice clump. They have “fixed” it once, problem still present after fix. They have replaced the ice maker, problem still present after replacement. Waiting for next technician or Samsung to properly fix issue. I don’t know if this is a known or common issue with this brand and model but it’s really annoying when you spend this kind of money and a simple component of the appliance doesn’t work.

Good Refrigerator - Worthless Wi-Fi

This review is for the Samsung Bespoke RF30BB6600 model with the glass panels that I purchased 4 months ago. While I really like the refrigerator, I am sorely disappointed by the Wi-Fi/SmartThings capability. I have SmartThings and was looking forward to adding this to my system. First - SmartThings will only display your Temperature Setpoint, NOT your CURRENT Temperature. Current temperature is way more important than the SetPoint. I want to see the CURRENT temperature so I can determine if the refrigerator is working properly. Second - EVERY SINGLE time I have any sort of power or internet outage, the refrigerator will NOT reconnect to SmartThings. All my other devices reconnect seamlessly. But I have to manually reset the refrigerator Wi-Fi network connection every single time. What a pain. I have spoken with Samsung about these issues, but they do not seem to care. I cannot even get a ticket added to the Samsung support system.As a refrigerator, it is spacious and efficient. I really love the auto-fill pitcher as well as the door open alarm that sounds after 2 minutes. But the Wi-Fi capability is absolutely worthless.

I absolutely hate this refrigerator! It is the worst refrigerator I’ve ever known. You cannot even adjust the shelves. It’s so difficult to clean little nooks and cranny. She can’t get into. I hate it.

Overall while we had this fridge we loved it- the space was great and we liked the look especially with matte black panels. However after owning it only 2.5 years it had a sealed system failure (cooling system). Since we bought from an out of box appliance store the warranty wasn’t good, even after calling service line 3 x and using the online chat. Just replaced today with a different brand. Samsung looks good but doesn’t hold up.

I HATE this refrigerator! Sorry I ever bought it. To get filtered water, if it works, not all the time!, have to open the door! Same way to get ice! Have to open the freezer! Shelves: still have not figured out how to remove them to clean the fridge!

We just bought the fridge yesterday from Lowe’s and after 24 the fridge temperature hasn’t gone below 62 F and the freezer is hovering at 54 F. We followed the step by step instructions for set up too. Went through the troubleshooting guide and found nothing should be preventing this refrigerator to work. Our first Samsung fridge and within 24 hours it’s turning out to be a bad decision. Thankfully our 20 year old GE is still running and we haven’t lost any food. Though we’d like to get it out of the living room. We need help!

We purchased this Product because we own a lot of Samsung products washer, dryer, TVs, etc., and we were thinking that a Samsung refrigerator would be great ,boy where we wrong. We’ve had to repair this Refrigerator twice already. Losing all our Refrigerator products/freezer products both times I don’t know if we just got a dud or if it’s just the actual make and model of the Refrigerator. Based on my experience, I would never recommend.

Pretty, but problematic!

I have the RF30BB660012. The best part of this refrigerator is the double section in the freezer. Customers need to know that you have to continually pull the ice forward or you won't get a full load of ice. In the refrigerator section - The lack of ability to move shelves into more positions was the first thing we had to deal with. There's a tiny shelf in the refrigerator that is absolutely useless as it is a little over 1 inch wide and a few inches long. It's on the door by the beverage center. Cleaning the shelves is impossible. All current videos on Youtube show a different version. There are no clips. The bottom shelf doesn't even come out so you can't clean thoroughly. It would be okay, but none of the glass in this unit come out and the plastic around it isn't sealed so all spills go between. If you like a clean fridge this one isn't for you. At $2G+ in price, I'd pass if I knew all of this. I miss my 1980's refrigerator.

Careful with serial breakdowns

Worked for the first 1.5 years great and then stopped cooling. Had to throw away all items fromt he freezer. Samsung service took a few days to send the technician and then it broke again within 2 months.

Cannot open freezer door

We bought the refrigerator in March 2024 for our vacation home and recently we run into the issue that we cannot open the freezer door. One pattern to reproduce the issue is: open the freezer door, close it, and we will not be able to open it again right away. After a while and try again, the door can be opened again. It is quite weird.

Compressor and Condenser failure within one month?

So excited to buy this refrigerator and I was planning to also purchase a new Samsung stove UNTIL a catastrophic failure within one month of ownership. I'll even forgive RXO for scratching the door. Samsung gave us a small rebate for that. But when I woke up exactly 7 days ago to a warm refrigerator and freezer it became a week long nightmare of bad customer service, living out of a cooler and throwing away spoiled food, and spending $100 in ice. Luckily my meat and fish found a home in a neighbors freezer. This was really unacceptable. How about sending a new refrigerator. But no. If it is fixable we will fix it. It happened on a Friday so they said someone will be there Tuesday. I was told Tuesday since they would have to order all parts possible for a seal system issue. On Tuesday they found the condenser was defective from the factory. But they didn't bring one. They just brought a compressor. So two more days to wait. Today it was finally fixed and hopefully it doesn't break in another month. Why would I want to ever buy another Samsung appliance if this happens? Reliability is now an issue for me. I also want to be reimbursed for all the ice and spoiled food I lost. If I can get through to someone to even complain. Do you really think it is ok to let someone not have a major appliance for 7 days? Tell me why I should trust your brand anymore? So disappointed.

Leaks

I was convinced by a salesman that bespoke refrigerator was good. I purchased 6 months ago went to change the water filter now it won't stop leaking water after two days and looking into it still leaks had to leave the water off. Typical samsung fridge it is junk would definitely encourage people to look for other brands totally disappointed. And yes used OEM filter from samsung.

Don't waste your money

We had the fridge for just a year and the freezer stopped working. Of course it was right after the manufacturer warranty expired. To fix it was over $900 we tried to live with it as we had another stand up freezer and just 2 months later the fridge stopped keeping cool. Don't waste your money on this fridge.

We bought this on June 13, 2024. It stopped working on September 1,2024. We lost all food in refrigerator and freezer. Repairman came out. It stopped working again on Saturday September 28, 2024. Lost all food in freezer and refrigerator AGAIN! Waiting to hear from repair guy. We areNOT happy. I would never recommend this product.

DO NOT BUY! Maybe I got a dud but we've had issues since we bought it with the bite sized ice AND Samsung just wants to keep replacing things which IS NOT fixing the issue. So far they have not replaced the fridge. VERY DISAPPOINTED bc you spend all this money for it not to work correctly.

Freezer not working no ice

I bought this 4 months ago and now the ice maker is not working. The freezer is also not getting cold enough to freeze ice cream. I like the pitcher water dispenser. Just wish it would make ice.
