I love the space available in this model- both in the freezer and upper food area.

Great Update

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

We love this great update to our kitchen. Although our kitchen is not large, this big boy fits in well because it sits on a corner next to a doorless doorway.

Sleek and affordable

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

This is a nice looking fridge. It feels premium without breaking the bank. The style inside and out is very nice. The quality seems very good. Opening the doors and drawers feels high quality compared to the other refrigerators in the same price point. Everything is nice and cold, nothing is freezing in the back of the refrigerators like other ones I’ve had in the past. It’s nice and quiet too. Very spacious.

Good

T Rex Zoey · Mar 3, 2026

It's Almost Perfect...and it's Beautiful. However, you need to know about the variable compressor.

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

The refrigerator is beautiful. I had it installed 3 days ago and initally, I was going to return it (more on that later). Pros: VERY impressive outside and internal appearance. Lighting interior is well lit, shelves permit good organization and for a variety of heights. There is a shelf that can be folded back to a half shelf. The refrigator looks nice with the matching oven and microwave combo and cooktop that I also purchased. The filtration is very good on this unitt - 1 water filter and 3 internal filters. There is a spacious feezer with a deep drawer. I chose not to use the second ice maker (it turns off) and instead use that ice bin area for additional freezer space. Cons: There is a lot to love about this refrigeratorb but there is something perspective buyers need to know - the noise from the compressor, if you choose to use the ice makers, is very loud and constant (ran approx 90% of the time loudly.) After shutting off the ice makers (both rifrigerator and freezer) the refrigerator ran much more quiet at an acceptable level. In the quick guide it states: "Your variable speed compresser is designed to run 100% of the time..." With the ice maker on, the variable compressor kicks into a higher power and produced a loud hum that I found disruptive and bothersome. Overall, I recommend this unit if you are tolerant of compressor noise or in my case, shut the ice makers off and it is then acceptably very quiet.

9 days in of ownership and it seems fine

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

Hard to leave a genuine rating for a high end modern apiance after 9 days, but everything seems to be working fine so far. They used seemingly every inch of space they would on this refrigerator, especially on the doors. It will appear it runs a lot, but I was 5old that's what energy efficient compressors do these days, it's not overly loud at least. I like the manual cutoff switch for the lower ice maker since we won't be using it, need the freezer space more. Overall it's been good, better than my 10 year old GE that failed once a year, crossing my fingers this one works longer and doesn't break.

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

The new Frigidaire is much roomier than our previous fridge from a competitor. I believe the interior layout, especially the door shelving has improved the spacious interior which includes an ice maker. And there’s a 2nd ice maker in the freezer which can be switched off if not needed providing additional freezer space. Also the exterior SSteel matches all of our other SS appliances. This Frigidaire will be a welcome addition kitchen experience.

Happy with our new refrigerator

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

We love our new Frigidaire professional refrigerator, it feels well made and has lots of room. We moved the shelves around to maximize the space and love all the door compartments for bottles and jars. I also like how simple the water and ice dispenser are. With our last fridge you had to press it 2 - 3 times to go from water to ice and if you missed it you had to you through the menu again, this model it’s just one push.

After having a Samsung Side by Side that broke down exactly at 5 years and struggling to get them to honor the 10 year warranty on the compressor, I decided I needed to just purchase a new one. I'm glad I did, my Frigidaire has been amazing!

Love It!

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

We have had a Frigidaire Professional side by side for 15 years but this time decided to go with a French door and I am so glad we did! I love the layout of this fridge. I was concerned about losing freezer space but this freezer is very spacious too. We chose this model mainly because of the dual icemakers. Also love the clean look of the drink dispensing panel and having the other controls moved to the inside of the door. The extra adjustable temp chiller drawer in the fridge is very useful too. Overall great fridge from a brand we trust!

Visual Dents On Door

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

Love my new fridge as far as performance, however, the left door has visual dent marks. The surface feels smooth to touch but the marks can be seen. The issue is being addressed by the store where the fridge was purchased. We're told that a new door has been ordered.

We went from a really old side by side to this refrigerator and we are in love! Is has so much space and is so pretty. We love the ice maker in the door as well as the one in the freezer. New Refrigerator

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

So far I like the refrigerator. Only issue was getting it plugged in and working correctly. The installer had to interrupt power 3 times to get it to work. Then later it had a CE code and I had to unplug again. Now the temperature control drawer is not working properly and we have a maintenance technician coming next week. Hopefully he can fix it.

Spacious but hard to store quart or gallon jugs

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

At 12 days old, we're doing well. I'd like to give 4 1/2 stars. First, it got cool very quickly, less than 24 hrs. It's much quieter than our last 2 refrigerators (other brands). It's got a lot of room, but limited options for rearranging the shelves and door bins. That makes it difficult to store a gallon or half gallon container. There are shelves that slide back to half, but then you lose that half shelf of space, so I would only use that occasionally. Ice takes awhile to create. I like the physical switch to turn off the bottom icemaker. We don't use much ice so that gives us extra storage. I like the water filler - plenty of room for large water bottles. Easy to see and use the controls so guests don't have to spend 5 minutes reading the door to figure out how to get water or ice. The real test will be if the refrigerator lasts 15 years without repairs. Let's be optimistic.

Nice looking refrigerator less space than the Gallery

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

The Frigidaire Professional is a better looking refrigerator than the Gallery. However, it seemingly has less storage space than the Frigidaire Gallery.

Great refrigerator

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

The refrigerator is great. I love the spacious fridge and freezer, although I would add some mini shelves on freezer door. The expandable shelves in the fridge are great for customizing the space based on my needs. The double ice maker is great and the produce drawers are amazing. The Sabbath mode makes it usable for religious jews. A little inconvenience is the control panel that doesn't always respond right away, and it gets even more annoying when a long press is needed but it doesn't respond.

Love it

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

I recently got the Frigidaire Professional French door refrigerator, and I’ve been very impressed with it so far. The design looks modern and elegant, and it gives the kitchen a high-end feel. The French doors open smoothly, and the inside has a lot of space and smart storage options that make it easy to organize groceries. One of my favorite features is how well it keeps food fresh. The temperature stays consistent, and the refrigerator runs quietly. The freezer section is spacious, and the ice and water dispenser work great. I also like the bright LED lighting and the fingerprint-resistant finish, which helps keep it looking clean. Overall, the Frigidaire Professional French door refrigerator combines style, performance, and convenience. It’s a great choice for anyone looking for a reliable and attractive refrigerator for their home.

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

I purchased this online where I could review all the comments good or bad from other customers and a very high percentage were very positive and happy with their purchase.I have had mine for a little over a week and it is wonderful. Very easy to organize, plenty of space. I did turn off the second ice maker located in the freezer because I didn’t need additional ice and I did appreciate the extra room for food. I cannot figure out where the 2 dividers go nor how to reposition the shelves but everything else is great!

Great Refrigerator So Far

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

Our refrigerator went out so we needed a replacement quickly. We were able to find this regfrigerator as a scratch and dent unit at a local store with next day delivery. We really like the overall fit and finish of the unit, along with the way it was laid out. Having the secondary ice tray in the freezer is a big plus, and we really like the way the shelves and drawers are laid out. But the biggest thing is the opening of the water dispenser being able to fit tall water bottles! No more having to lean the bottles into the opening and not being able to see how full they are. That part is awesome!

I haven't had this refrigerator long, my old GE lasted about 14 years with minor repairs. This Frigidaire refrigerator keeps cold and is very quiet with a lot of space inside. We have never had a refrigerator with ice & water in the door. Our family has adjusted very quickly. We use the ice & water from the door all the time. The water isn’t chilled, so if we want it chilled we add ice. The water doesn’t drip and leave stains, but sometimes it seams like maybe small ice chips melt and leave stains. Everything performs as it should with a brand new unit at 2k price point. We purchased the full size unit to maximize capacity but if I were to do it again I would have gotten the countertop depth. This is specific to my home and looks fine, would have looked cleaner with countertop option. Water dispenser fits taller "Stanley" cup options. Light automatically comes on when filling in dark conditions then turns it self off. This is a small thing but honestly my favorite thing about the unit overall. Freezer is perfect capacity and the 2nd ice maker is very nice.

I wasn't sure about the drawer, but I use it constantly for cold cuts and cheeses. We could not be happier with this fridge. From day one, it has exceeded our expectations. The layout is incredibly well thought out with plenty of space, smart shelving, and great organization that actually makes everything easier to see and access. It runs quietly, cools evenly, and feels solid and well built. The temperature control is consistent, the doors seal perfectly, and everything from produce to leftovers stays fresh longer than our previous refrigerator. We also love how sleek and modern it looks in our kitchen. It feels high end without being overcomplicated, and it just works exactly the way a fridge should. If you are considering this model, we would buy it again without hesitation. Highly recommend.

This is our second Frigidaire Professional refrigerator we've purchased. The first one was 10 years ago and the freezer began to malfunction. However, we liked the features so much that after an extensive search, we opted for the same, updated version of Frigidaire. We are pleased with the modifications made: a longer water dispenser to accommodate larger water bottles, an added temperature-regulation tray within the fridge (which can reach cooler temperatures to store meats), and reconfigured shelves. Thank you, Frigidaire, for making a good product that much better; we are loyal customers!

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

After weeks of googling for a refrigerator, I rightfully landed on the Frigidaire 28 Cu. Ft. Standard-Depth French Door, and I couldn’t be happier. It’s exactly what a fridge should be: Huge interior spacious enough for a big family, keeps food perfectly cold and frozen, consistent temperatures, bright LED lighting, quiet compressor, and zero cheap plastic vibes. No smart gimmicks I don’t need—just reliable performance day after day. Worth every single dollar. Highly recommend!

We love this refrigerator!! It is large, well organized as to shelf and drawer space. The lighting is phenomenal! We love the two ice makers...ice and water dispenser on top and large ice holder in the bottom freezer. Love the large wide drawer under the refrigerator for cheeses and lunchmeats!

Love this fridge! Tons of space, love the option to have ice in the freezer as well as in the door, and the smoked plastic shelves inside give that high end look without the high end price tag. Overall very happy with my purchase

Lots of ice.

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

Great refrigerator with lots of cool features. Dual ice maker is nice, always plenty of ice. Easy change water filter allows you to change without moving food around to get to it. The Professional series has heavy duty door handles that are easier to clean than their standard handle. The door door and vegetable bins are a bit nicer than their standard handle standard model.

Pretty good fridge

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

First, it’s huge. Holds a lot. The double ice maker is great, we always have plenty on hand. And it looks great in our kitchen. The only thing holding back the fifth star is frequent panel beeps (for no reason) after only 2 months of ownership. I’ve got a service request in for that. If that gets fixed, it’s absolutely a 5-star.

I love my Frigidaire. I always had a side by side fridge but I chose to go with a French door this time. The top part is very spacious and everything is at eye level. The bottom freezer is easier to keep vegetables separate from meats and it is easier to find an item when you need it.

Overall I like the new refrigerator. Feels like decent quality and keeps food cold and fresh. Not crazy about the freezer drawer because feels much more wobbly than fridge doors. Also would be great to have chilled water. I also don’t like accidentally hitting the settings buttons when opening the refrigerator door every time.

Love, love, love

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

I REALLY like my new refrigerator. Very spacious and great use of door shelf space. Normally when the ice maker is in the door the shelves on the door are almost useless. The water / ice dispenser on the outside is clean and simple as the temperature and alarm buttons are inside the door. This will be much simpler for when guest are using the water and ice dispenser. The manual is great. It even provided information on the various noises you may hear from the refrigerator. VERY helpful! I would highly recommend this model.

Sturdy, well-built with just one flaw

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

The refrigerator leans to the rear so much that it's unable to be leveled. We thought this was a flaw at first, but the second replacement fridge does the same thing. If it sits on its own, away from an adjacent wall, this will likely not be noticeable, but ours sits next to a short divider wall, so it's very obvious it leans to the rear.

Great so far!

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

I recently purchased this refrigerator, and so far I’ve been very happy with it. It has plenty of storage space, runs quietly, and keeps everything cold and fresh just like you’d expect. One of the standout features, though, are the ice makers. It produces tons of ice and keeps up even when the whole family is using it throughout the day. Overall, it’s been a great addition to my kitchen and I’d definitely recommend it.

JWK1 · Sep 29, 2025

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

Refrigerator appears to be what we expected overall. We like most features but there are a couple of things we are missing that were in our last refrigerator: larger storage on the doors - the bins for milk cartons, juice, etc. for larger containers is skimpy; we are also missing the bottom freezer door self-closing.

Different

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

It’s different from what I had for 20 years for sure. I had a side by side which has a lot of room but the freezer is always junky it seemed. Hard to get things out without pulling a whole rack out at a time. I also liked the double ice maker for family gatherings. Pretty sweet

Nice fridge. Big

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

The fridge is very nice although when you open the bottom freezer drawer it sounds like a freight train. Its not smooth. The ice maker and water dispenser is one of my favorite features. Its way nice then my old frodgidare I replaced. I did want it in the charcoal color but they said it onmy cane in stainless, im not a fan. It does look good in my kitchen though. Cools nice. The lunch meat tray is great. The veggie drawers seem to keep my veggies fresh after a week. All in all im pleased except for the freezer drawer not sliding smooth and the color and only one option. so I took 1 star off.

Good appliance, out of box defect

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

PRFS2883AF refrigerator. I bought this as a replacement for a Samsung fridge that continually had ice maker freeze up issues. So far so good with this fridge. Right out of the box the unit was continually beeping. I could also see the control display light up when the beep occured. It cooled properly and the ice makers functioned well. So there were no issues there. It just seemed like this was a cycling door open chime. Repair was just here today with a new controller board and so far it has addressed the beeping issue. I'd give it five stars if not for the out of box beeping issue. For the cost of this fridge, I'd expect it to work with no issues out of the box. Appears to be a final test escape. The repair was covered by warranty, so other than the inconvenience of constant beeping for a couple weeks, that was good. Again, a little disturbing to have this occur on a brand new fridge and brings long term reliability into question.

2nd French Door Refrigerator.

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

This is the 2nd refrigerator/freezer because the first one the compressor went out within the first 5 months. Then 1yr. and 7 months later the new compressor failed. The store warranty was in affect and they could not get the part for 2 months so they replaced it with a new one. 2nd seems to be running OK but is noisier then the first. I give it a 4 because it is working fine for now, I'm just a little skeptical.

First But Not Last Frigidaire

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

When looking to replace our leaking refrigerator we looked at many models. Our stove and dishwasher were updated to Kitchen Aid a couple years ago. The dishwasher is great but the quality of the stove is terrible for what we paid. We looked at the Kitchen Aid refrigerator but were turned off by not only the price but the bad quality. We’ve never owned a Frigidaire appliance before but we’re so impressed by the quality and price that we bought it despite it not being an exact match to what we already have. I don’t regret that at all! We love our new refrigerator! We’ve only had it a few weeks but it’s seems very well made and works well for organizing our food!

I really like the appearance of this fridge. It looks very sleek. The controls being inside the door gives a much cleaner look to the external dispenser. A few things that bummed me out are that it makes smaller ice than my previous fridge and the water is not chilled, it comes out room temp, so if you want water without ice it is not very cold.

This refrigerator is replacing a 10+ year old Maytag that stopped working. We were chosing between Bosch, Maytag and Frigidaire. Bosch seemed smaller, Maytag was just "not there" in terms of features. So we went with Frigidaire (it also matches a dual wall oven we have). So far - so good. It is very spacious and slick-looking. Appliance longevity remains to be determined - more on that in a few years, hopefully :)

We like the size and features of this fridge. The dual ice makers are a game changer! So much ice!! The water/ice dispenser is simple and big enough for the big yeti water bottles. The only downsides we’ve found is that the freezer drawer has zero open/close assistance so it’s heavy and I always feel like I need to double check that it closed all the way. Also it seems like it runs all the time but I’m not sure if it’s just louder than what we are used to.

We really love our new fridge. It has SO much space - in the fridge itself, on the doors, in the freezer. The double ice maker is amazing and the whole thing - it's an organizer's dream! The freezer drawers also fully come out and retract which is great. The only thing I'd say that I wish was better was the ice dispenser - no matter how I put my cup - it spits it out all over the place! But if that's my only negative part - then I think I'd say this fridge is A-OK!

This refrigerator is great! Keeps items fresh and consistently cold across all areas of the appliance. A bonus is it sits a bit higher as the freeEr is a bit bigger than my last one so everything is at the level I need

For the most part....I really like this fridge

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

I initially wasn't sure I would love the French door style fridge based on some friends opinions. I have to say I love this style...especially that it is not counter depth. The freezer is spacious and fits our needs. I initially was looking at the outside drawer style, but I was limited by the width of my fridge space and those were a fraction to big, so I ended up having to get one with the deli drawer inside. In retrospect, it really is fine. I figure I would be going into the fridge for other items if I was using items from the deli drawer...ex. mayo & other condiments, bread...etc. Overall, happy with this selection. The reason for my 4 stars. The controls for fridge temp and other functions of the fridge are on the inside edge of the left door and somehow I am always hitting/tapping that when I go to close the doors. I do not believe I actually change the temp, but it beeps every time I touch it. The second is the water/ice dispenser. If don't have my cup/water bottle in the correct position, the ice goes everywhere. However, I do love that my water bottle fits in the dispenser area. Again, overall I am happy with this purchase!

New to the kitchen, and so far I am enjoying our new refrigerator! The only complaint that I have is the left side produce drawer doesn't quite open all the way, or I have not figure this out yet. But I do enjoy the icemaker, water dispenser, and overall layout. The exterior stainless is amazing! Absolutely no finger prints nor smudges! This is a winner winner chicken dinner for me!

This model is so beautiful~~I love, love, love it and all the room it offers. It's my 2nd one! I loved my 1st one so much, I kept my fingers crossed that after 10 years, I'd be able to get another one like it. In fact, this is the NEW improved model~~quieter operation of ice maker and amazingly roomier somehow. The design (love the handles) and the smear proof stainless are awesome! Thank you, Frigidaire--you're the best!

Great Size and Easy Access

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

This unit has plenty of room inside, the shelves are easily adjustable and the freezer door pulls out closes easily. Only dislike is the door ice dispenser... the ice does not always fall into the cup, I think its because of the switch mechanism being a little awkward to actuate, and where you have to place the cup. The water dispenser is good.

New Refrigerator

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

Our new refrigerator has some really nice features. The control panel is located on the inside of the door. This prevents anyone from accidentally adjusting any of the settings. The dual ice makers are great for when we have guests. The layout and adjustable shelves make it easy to store everything we need. The refrigerator is also very quiet.

So far, so good....

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

Replaced a 7 year old LG refrigerator with this Frigidaire model. Very happy so far. The only feature that we are still getting used to is the shelf heights. Although they are adjustable, they are not exactly what we were expecting. For instance, milk and/or OJ have to go on the door. They are about 1/2" too tall for the interior shelf's. Increased ice production/storage is also a big plus. Overall, very happy with this model.

A lot of research

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

My husband and I took our time researching and looking at different brands and models of refrigerators. Unfortunately, the space we needed would have to be right next to a wall which therefore would restrict opening of the right side door. So right off, we thought French door would serve that particular need that the side by side fridge that came with our home purchase could not. Lots and lots of measuring and nervousness later, we found this refrigerator. Every place we went to and every review video we watched recommended the Frigidaire brand. This model was the right size and had all the features we felt we wanted. It has 2 ice makers. The second ice maker is slow at making ice but the top ice maker makes plenty of ice for our large family without and we haven’t needed any of the ice made by the second ice maker. We also don’t have many large parties so I’m considering turning off that 2nd one and just using the space for freezer items. There’s plenty of space for all the food and snacks we typically have. The drawers pull out smoothly. The deli/snack drawer is the feature we love that we didn’t even know we needed. Lots of cubbies and nooks on the refrigerator doors where you can tell that the designers were really trying to maximize space for storage, which I appreciate. The finish is indeed smudge-free. I love the professional-series door handles too. After all the legwork and research we did, we are very satisfied that we chose the right refrigerator for our home.

Very Nice Fridge

AJ Madison · 5 out of 5 stars

I got my new Frigidaire a little over a week ago and so far it's been great! It's super spacious and I was surprised with how much space I had in the freezer compared to my old Samsung. I also love the dual ice makers. We use the one in the door for every day and have the second one in the freezer turned off for now. So I'm using that space for food instead of ice. But if I ever need a larger batch of ice, I know it's there and I can turn it on when I need it. I also love the look of the handles on this professional version of the Fridge. They look great. Lastly, I like how smooth the drawers pull out. The only think I don't like is the noise it makes. Occasionally, some kind of compressor kicks on and it's an annoying, high pitched whining noise. I don't hear it all the time, which is almost worse since you never really get used to it. It's not a dealbreaker, but I wish they had installed some soundproofing around that compressor. Aside from that minor issue, I love the fridge!

Glen Cove Pete · Mar 15, 2025

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

I love the look of the professional series. I don't know if I needed to spend the extra money for the special handle shape, non-curved doors/shape, and sleaker looking ice/water panel, but I enjoy it matching all my other professional series appliances - I prefer this look with its clean flat edges over the curved edges of non-professional series products. Stays very cold - shocker, I know, it's doing it's job - yay! I love the ability to change the shelves if you have to store a tall item in the fridge. Ice collection area in the freezer is a nice feature if you have a need for a lot of ice - I enjoy the ice shape as well - smaller square like cubes are fun. The crushed ice feature is also a plus. Downsides...the water from the machine drips after use every time, so it constantly has water marks in that area - it's just a few drops (no big deal really) but you would think with all the money you are spending that it wouldn't drip at all. It's also really easy to hit the side door buttons accidentally which annoys me because I never know if I changed a setting or if I just made it beep in general. You can't adjust the door shelves - they are fixed so you can't make adjustments for tall bottles of wine or whatever else may be super tall. Freezer door does not give you the satisfaction of knowing it's fully closed - a few times I found it slightly open, enough to cause frost inside - it would be helpful if it had a click to confirm that it actually suctioned closed. If this fridge lasts 10+ years I will be happy and continue to spend the extra money on a higher end product, if it doesn't last that long, I will reconsider and probably switch back to more budget-friendly models. So far it's only been in my house for 2 months.

My Jen Air of 19 years had developed an issue and It will cost us more to fix it and we decided it is best to go ahead and replace it with a new one. We took our time research and shopping around patiently for 6 weeks. Luckily, we have a Rv and we utilized the fridge and freezer. We had decided to purchase this one, the handle is almost match with my old Jenn Air, because we still have to match it with my old Jenn Air stove and dishwasher. I had waited to see if they are having black Friday sale. They could not tell me what type of sale they will be having but we were glad we waited; we had saved more money. When they had delivered the fridge, I said Wow!! I am in love! This fridge is sexy! outside and inside! I did not realize how roomy this fridge because we only seen this model online and pictures of the customer posted on their reviews. None of the merchant in my area carry this model and I was worried and anxious. I am loving this fridge, the weird part this is the same size my old Jenn Air but, somehow this have a bigger space inside, I am Happy! Happy! Joy! Joy! Love this fridge so far

AJ Madison · 4 out of 5 stars

Got this fridge installed about a week ago and we're loving it. it looks very professional grade in the kitchen. The outside is simple and clean. We really like the simplified display panel on the outside, and the hidden control panel in the door. This fridge feels solid. Double icemaker is great. Plenty of ice so far with no problems. And they're cubes, not curved ice, which we also like. The interior lighting is great. Four minor notes 1) it's a small thing, but we're missing the little compartment most fridges have in the door for butter. It's easy enough to keep a stick of butter on any shelf, but it's also easy for that to get lost in a fridge full of food. 2) we found it very difficult to get the two middle shelves to be side by side on the same level. It took a bit of doing but we finally got it to work. Really had to push them in hard. 3) The fridge dispenses water, but does not cool the water. You have to use ice if you want it to be very cold. 4) the Fridgidaire Professional badge on the door is a little bit crooked. It's cosmetic and does not affect the performance at all, but for at this price point it would be nice if it was straight. But those are minor complaints. Overall, a week in with this one and we're quite happy.

Shelf system not ideal for tall items. Even with the 2 top shelves slipped back there isn't much room for tall items (i.e. whole turkey) and the tall items block any shelf space behind them. Drawers only pull out halfway making it difficult to access items in the back. Freezer drawer was bowed, doesn't align with top doors and handle bracket isn't flush with surface. Waiting for a new drawer front since the middle of October.

Plus (it works) and minus (limited control)

Our new “professional” series refrigerator is way better than our Whirlpool at making ice and keeping our food cold, because our old one had ongoing ice issues then suddenly quit at 8 years old. The new fridge is more spacious inside and has welcome options for organization. That said, we have also had frozen lettuce and eggs as the foods that are at the back of the shelves near the air circulation vents get way too cold, even with the interior temperature turns up 3 degrees higher than standard. I was challenged by my wife about buying broken eggs, but upon difficult removal from the plastic 18 pack, a single egg in the middle of the last row of three was broken and frozen like a stone. One right next to it was very cold but fine for use. I think a better ducting exit diffuser than the current slots is needed. The temperature distribution is obviously an issue.

Great full depth fridge, can fit a half sheet pan in it with no issues, love the fact that the water dispenser despensces cold water. Only issue I have is that the fridge dings every ~1-3 minutes but support team was very responsive to my issue

Looks nice, but layout could be better.

This is a nice looking fridge and matches the rest of our kitchen appliances. This is the reason we bought it given that we had a nice operable fridge from another manufacturer that we really liked. After using this fridge for about a month, I can give a relatively informed opinion. In short, while our old fridge was comparable in size, it had more space and a better layout than this fridge. This fridge feels like it has the storage space of a counter depth, despite being much deeper than a counter depth. I’d recommend you check it out in person (as we did not) before you buy.

Horrible ice maker. Everytime you use the ice, it sprays out all over the floor. Also when you get water it sprays all over leaving water marks. Also when you open the doors, the temperature panel is on the side which changes with the slightest bump. We are very disappointed in this product.

Frigidaire Pro Fridge/Freezer Combo

AJ Madison · 2 out of 5 stars

This fridge was purchased by the builder of our new home. All the appliances are Frigidaire. This is more about the warranty and I certainly understand the need for warranties, but this fridge has issues. I am literally 4 days over my warranty and I have to pay to have the seals replaced and the left fridge door never completely closes. I has extenuating circumstances that kept me from following up sooner. I will have to reach out to service when the seals arrive to have replaced and pay the cost out of pocket. I find it hard to believe that the seals should be going bad on a brand new fridge on a 2 person household. This builder builds A LOT of houses in our area and I plan to make a concerted effort to work to change their minds to a different brand.
