We have only had this fridge for a couple of hours, so can’t rate anything other than looks. We got the white glass in our white kitchen and it looks amazing, and it is enormous. We are going from a side by side and we have needed more fridge space for a long time, this looks like will be exactly what we wanted space wise, as well as convenience with the whole fridge part being on top. The water dispenser and pitcher was also appealing as it is hidden but conveniently located without having to open the fridge fully. Hoping this fridge lasts!

Large 30 cu ft French door fridge. 2 types of ice located down low in one of two large freezer drawers. Easy access to drinks and snacks from the outside without having to open up the main doors. Plenty of adjustable shelves. Easy access to the water filter.

Absolutely love everything about this model! Alot of space! Love the smart things app! I can control my fridge with my app! Love the option to change door colors. Beverage center is always ready to use and super easy to access that. Cooling temps are exactly what it says. Water filter is consistent with what the label reads as far as when to change. Everything about this gridge is accessable.

Haven’t had it long yet but so far it is great. Plenty of space inside for everything. Love the ice maker and where it is located in the fridge…the two types of ice it makes and the storage trays are wonderful. The water dispenser is awesome….big plus having the self filling water pitcher. The double left side door is very handy to have ….makes it easy to quickly access can and bottle beverages.

Large capacity, room for everything. Not sure about the design of the ice tray, cubes get trapped under or next to it. I like the drawer for it though and the hidden water dispenser. I love that the panels can be changed out for another color.

Love the overall look of this fridge and that you can change panels for a different look if you choose. Sleek appearance. Has plenty of room compared to my last Samsung. Easy to open and close the doors and drawer. Keeps everything cold, but not frozen. Only negatives I have found are that some shelves are impossible to clean if anything gets under the glass. Also, the left door always had to be closed first, as the seal does not come back on its own like its supposed to, no matter how much we try to add/remove the discs/washers for balancing.

This is a decent product. However, there are two downside if you thaw meat inside the fridge and it leaks it’s no way to get into the cracks to clean. Also changing the water filter will bend your mind into a pretzel. Seek professional guidance or YouTube or else your kitchen will flood.

Have been running this fridge for the past month and am extremely pleased. It has a lot more space than the older Samsung fridge, which had an ice dispenser in the door which was extremely problematic. Moving the ice maker to the freezer has given us more fridge space as well as a less complicated and hence more reliable ice making system.

I bought my refrigerator in September 2024 and I love it. I especially love the water picture in the door as I use it daily. The only thing I dislike is the popping noise it sometimes makes and I wish I could turn off one of the ice makers. I truly like how you can switch out the front panels to change colors to match your kitchen. It has storage for everything.

Love this refrigerator so much, this is my 2nd one purchased. I got the 1st for my main kitchen and then did a remodel for a mother-in-law apartment in our basement. Relocated the main one downstairs and purchased the white glass for the main kitchen. The placement of the shelves and useful door storage is excellent. The beverage center is probably my favorite option in the refrigerator, along with the 2 different kinds of ice. I drinkj a lot of water! Our pets benefit from the filtered water.

We bought the fridge roughly two weeks ago, and the delivery was rough. But the over all my family loves the fridge the beverage center is amazing! We also love the ice maker making regular ice and nugget ice is amazing! We received our refrigerator about a month ago, and so far, we love it. The beverage center is so cool. The fridge looks amazing in our kitchen and is so spacious. The double ice maker is really nice. Not having anything in the front of the fridge looks so nice and modern. Keeping mysbhusbnad’s dirty fingerprints off the front has been a bit of a challenge. He’s still getting used to having no handles. I can’t speak for its longevity but we are really liking it.

Love the esthetics - customized outs with Panels we can rotate to both match our kitchen design and also change things up intermittently. the beverage station and control functions are really easy to use and nice touches. The two ice cube sizes come in handy. Some issues persist though. The drawers don’t match the doors in width so you have to open both doors to open some of the lower bins. They don’t track well at all times either. There is not a lot of space for taller items. Finally the doors don’t close by themselves - the first fridge I’ve ever had where the doors swing shut but don’t fully close. There is an alarm built in which helps, but expect to hear it a lot. Overall would still recommend, but some tweaking would make the fridge a stronger buy.

Both the refridgerator and freezer have a lot of storage. Will fit a 20lb turkey in both. Love that there are two ice cube sizes. My dog lives the small pieces. The beverage door has storage. The small storage on the bottom is a great place for candy. The large storage will hild a gallon of milk. The water stream is a bit slow but it does come with a pitcher for water. I like the sleekness of the exterior. It does not show finger prints. You can choose your temperature settings.

Excellent function, size and convenience. this refrigerator it's easy to use and store our food . it has plenty of room everything we need and keeps all of our products fresh and/or Frozen fresh and or Frozen . the stainless steel is easy to clean and is very aesthetically pleasing . we have had no issues with its function and when necessary we've been able to replace the water filter and by connecting it to the Samsung App we were aware of when the filter needed to be replaced which was very convenient . overall we are very satisfied with this product and it's service to our needs.

I love this fridge because of the dual ice, and it is always well-stocked. Plus the beverage dispenser is extremely nice! There’s plenty of space and storage, but I appreciate how we can adjust the shelving to our needs. Even when the door is open for longer, there is not condensation and the fridge cools really fast! The water from the beverage dispenser is also always cold!

🤣Didnt Expect to Love a Fridge This Much 👁️🫦👁️

I genuinely love this refrigerator. There’s a ton of space, but more importantly, the layout actually makes sense. Stuff doesn’t get shoved into some dark corner and rediscovered three months later looking like a science experiment. Everything has a place, it’s easy to see what you have, and it’s easy to reach, which I really appreciate. The Quick Chill feature is one of those things I didn’t think I’d care much about, but I use it all the time. I also love being able to check the fridge, change settings, and control things from my phone. It’s especially nice from an accessibility standpoint because I don’t have to stand there messing with controls every time I want to change something. Plus, controlling my refrigerator from the couch still hasn’t gotten old. The Beverage Center is probably one of my favorite parts. I use it for teas, fruit-infused water, and whatever else I decide to throw together. I honestly didn’t think I needed a dedicated beverage area until I had one, and now I’d definitely miss it. I’ve had mine for almost two years now and haven’t had a single problem with it. No weird issues, no repairs, nothing. It’s just worked consistently the entire time, which is probably the biggest compliment I can give an appliance. The only thing I can really complain about is how often I end up changing the water filter, but honestly that might be more of a “my city water” problem than a refrigerator problem. 😂 And considering how clean and refreshing the water tastes coming out of it, I’m not exactly mad about the filter doing its job. Without it, who knows what I’d be drinking. I did buy the 5-year extended warranty just in case, because with something this expensive I’d rather have it and not need it. At this point though, I honestly doubt I’ll ever use it. I’ll probably end up upgrading to the newer one with the screen before this one gives me a reason to. 10/10 would absolutely recommend. Great space, great organization, useful smart features, clean-tasting water, and almost two years in it’s still been completely reliable. Now I just need to stop looking at the version with the screen before I talk myself into buying another refrigerator. 😂

Beautiful Design-Water Pitcher requires babying

I purchased the Samsung Bespoke 3-Door French Door Refrigerator (30 cu. ft. with Beverage Center) in early 2023. Visually, it is an absolute home run. The customizable panels completely transformed the look of my kitchen, and the massive 30 cubic feet of storage space handles groceries effortlessly. The dual ice maker (especially the Ice Bites) is fantastic and highly reliable.However, the AutoFill water pitcher inside the Beverage Center has been a recurring headache. It frequently stops filling completely or only fills up halfway. After some troubleshooting, I discovered the issue is incredibly finicky—condensation or a tiny bit of spilled water triggers the moisture leak sensor in the tray below, completely shutting off the water line to prevent a flood.Every time this happens, I have to pull out the pitcher, completely dry out the tray compartment with a towel or cool hairdryer, and make sure the tiny rubber drain plug underneath is empty before it decides to work again. While it is an easy fix once you know what to do, a premium refrigerator shouldn't require this much manual maintenance just to get a cold pitcher of water.If you are buying this for the flawless convenience of a self-filling pitcher, be prepared to baby it. Otherwise, the cooling performance, ice production, and sleek aesthetics make it a great fridge overall.

Our fridge is just beautiful! It’s big and hold enough food for our whole family. It keeps all our food fresh and what has been really helpful is the consistency in cooling. The temperature never wavers. It also has a dedicated pitcher in the door for easy access to water and drinks. It also came with a beautiful white glass finish that matches our dishwasher. If we wanted to change it to a different color at some point, we could! It’s a fantastic fridge!

I absolutely love this refrigerator! The Samsung Bespoke design is beautiful and gives the kitchen such a clean, modern look. The dual ice maker is probably one of my favorite features. I love having the bigger cubes for regular drinks, and the smaller ice is PERFECT for my iced coffee! 🧊☕️ I also didn’t realize how much I would love the built-in water pitcher until I had it. I can fill up our water bottles in seconds instead of standing there forever waiting for them to fill. It’s not just pretty, the features are actually useful for everyday life. So far, I’m extremely happy with it and would definitely recommend it!

The fridge is beautiful. Opening with no handles takes a bit of getting used to, but it’s fine assuming it’s accessible for you. The beverage center is very very frequently used and beats the slow waterspout. Two sizes of ice is also very nice depending on what you feel like. Cooling is good and even. Finish is a really nice white with glass but obviously it is not magnetic, but the sides are magnetic! One complaint and probably the only issue is the auto filling water. Pitcher sometimes doesn’t auto fill and takes some manual fiddling around to get it to start filling up again. This does happen pretty frequently maybe once every couple weeks.

I love the ice maker in the freezer and it's just so spacious . it hasn't given us any problems and it's been a year now. The self filling waterjug that sits in the door is also so amazing and we totally depend on that everyday. Definitely couldn't have another fridge that doesn't have at least all of these features

I love this refrigerator. It has restored the name of Samsung in this area of the kitchen. The beverage center door is great for my son to grab healthy yogurt snacks and the pit her makes filling water bottles a dream. It is SO much faster than a slow fill. The only thing zi do not like is the right hand side shelf that can be pushed back to make way for tall bottles. We rarely have bottle tall enough to warrant it and it slides back a little too easily. Is there a way to replace that with a solid shelf?

We replaced a Whirlpool that was new when we moved into our new house. From almost day 1 the lights in the Whirlpool didn't work and, due to the ice maker in the refrigerator we would get water/ice condensation and buildup under the long drawer. Combine these things with potential impending tariffs and it was time to replace. I've always been wary of Samsung appliances due to the supposed difficulty in getting repairs and parts. I did a lot of research prior and this now seems to not be an issue. When we went shopping we were actually looking for a GE 'fridge but it was not in stock at the store we were at. As we started looking we kept coming back to the Samsung. What really kept our attention was the interior space, because the ice maker in in the freezer it opens up so much room in the 'fridge it's like gaining another 1/4 of the space back compared to others. With the ice maker in the freezer that should make the condensation water/ice buildup impossible in the 'fridge and the lights! I'm pretty sure angels sing when you open the doors. The outer 'skin' door that hides the water dispenser and pitcher is a great feature. I have drinks, butter, and other 'quick reach' items stored there. If I was to have a complaint it would be the ice tray covers, I understand that there is a reason for it but it's a bit fiddly, having to move a cover to get to the scoop then another cover to get to the ice is a lot. Also it would be nice to be able to compartmentalize the ice storage for things like ice packs. I'll probably 3D print something so that I can move the ice packs there and free up a bit of space for food. Otherwise it looks good, functions well and is very quiet. I'm glad we decided on Samsung this time.

I have had this refrigerator for over a year and I love it. It is the perfect size for our needs and the ice maker and water are inside the refrigerator, leaving the outside front clear of anything. You get two types of ice cubes and a pitcher inside also for plain water or to add fruit or whatever to flavor your water. My only negatives are that the front is not magnetic, only the sides (which are very little areas in our case because cabinets are on both sides). The other negative is that my family cannot seem to grasp the notion that the handles do not show in order to make the front a smooth look, so instead of using the handles they open it by grasping the glass, leaving finger prints all over it. This is a smart appliance so you can control it from a cell phone, though I do not really think it is necessary, it could be handy occasionally. All in all, I would definitely buy the same one again, though I would have rather had a different color than white. Our need was critical and a color was not readily available, but you can buy a different panel for a price.

We are very happy with this refrigerator. It is very roomy and it turns out the "beverage center" is really convenient. I was skeptical, but it is great. It is disappointing that there front it not magnetic, but that it can be used as a whiteboard is very handy. The box of the unit is about the reported height in the specs, but the front part, with the plastic cover for the hinges (and some electronics), it is taller than reported, so if you have tight top clearance, measure carefully.

I've had the Bespoke Refrigerator for about 6 months now. My husband likes it. I am 5'3" and I have a hard time seeing the back of the top shelf. I have the white panels and no matter what I use to clean the fingerprints, it streaks. Fingerprints are terrible. Going to check into different colored panels to see if it's better. I waited a year, researching and shopping around before this purchase. I wish I would have stuck with stainless steel, as much as I hated cleaning that.

This refrigerator is everything we wanted without a bunch of needless features. It's extremely space efficient . You can see inside all of the drawers and shelves, nothing is hidden (out of sight out of mind). The water / beverage center has been extremely convenient.

So far, the best Ice and Water system I have ever had. The "Beverage Center" was a great idea. I wish the height of the selves were a little taller. Also, after some use, I really wish there were handles.

This fridge was a cust's return unopened and turned out to be my best deal ever!! We love this space this fridge has. Love the option on ice as well... You can have large cubed and small cubes. The pups also have caught on to the always avail ice cubes! The auto refill water pitched another great feature! This fridge is def worth the money!!

Decent refrigerator

Of the product. However, The auto fill for the water pitcher does not always feel because The tab which is supposed to fold out when the left door is closed does not always fold out . I by myself having to manually pull the tab/seal out. Also, there are less color choices for the glass panels than before. Disappointing.

For the first year it worked very well. Since then the ice maker leaks water into the small ice tray. It freezes the whole section of small ice into a large unusable block that you have to pry out of the drawer and few times a day to let the other larger cube side work properly. After researching online, I found this is a common issue. Some blame the humidity of your location, but I can see the frozen wave of water near the front of the tray. It is far too large for melted ice due to humidity. It is definitely from a bad seal inside. The replacement seal also last about a year and it's expensive to have a service person replaced. As great as the rest of the product is, I would not buy it again. I paid far to much to have to deal with these issues. I love my Samsung washer and dryer and phone and watch, but I'll stay away from the refrigerators for any future purchases.

I like the refrigerator itself because of the ability to get things without opening the door (just the small compartment in the door). I also like the water pitcher; it detects very well when the ice bucket is empty and dispenses more ice immediately when is running low of ice. But the interior capacity is really lacking. You can't see what's in the back of the fridge; it doesn't feel like there's any space. It's impossible to reach things in the back when it's full.The interior space is not well distributed, it's very difficult to access to some specific spots inside. I think it needs a better distribution of space inside, and I'm not talking about capacity, but the ability to access those spaces. I also bought it specifically because it said that stainless steel wouldn't leave fingerprints on the door, and that's a complete lie! I'm very disappointed about that.

Plastic all around seems not that sturdy. The small ice that it makes, clumps up together. Besides that everything is ok.

This is a big fridge for sure, not too keen on the ice maker the bucket could be deeper there is a tray in there i haven’t figured out what it is for yet and don’t like how it connects to the power grid

Overall it has been a great piece. However thee ice maker has not been so good. This model has a dual ice maker. The larger size went out after 2.5 years. Now just after 4.5 years the freezer doesn't seem to be staying cold. And the ice isn't making any at all. I love the smart features but, this has never told me there is anything wrong with freezer section.

Refrigerator so far is good. HOWEVER, I bought this specific model because they had options for different color panels one being a bronze option. After I bought it they discontinued the color and now only have a few options available. I feel like it was a bait and switch

Temperature issues

Temp went down 3 degrees in 2 hours. Still at 77 fridge temp and 80 for the freezer. They said it takes 7 hours to cool. The plastic must have melted because it’s so hard to peel off. Hoping it’s easier.

Water Filter Replacement Issue

I need to change the water filter in the refrigerator, and the manual states that I must shut off the water supply first. Unfortunately, the water valve is located behind the refrigerator, which presents a challenge since it’s full of food. Should I really have to pull the refrigerator out? Alternatively, I could shut off the water for the entire house, which seems excessive. It raises the question of what the engineers at Samsung were considering when designing this system
