This Samsung refrigerator is an amazing upgrade if you're looking to bring your kitchen and dining area into a multimedia, entertaining, extravaganza. Whether you're sitting around the table with friends watching a movie sipping wine and eating cheese or solo inspiring to create a new recipe concoction on a whim with smooth (no vocal) jazz playing in the background it's all just a simple finger tip away. Or you could use the white board and planner apps to take yourself to a new level of that organized person you've always inspired to be. Not to mention the countless voice commands. Look I could go on and on about this product but I've got a life😅.......oh yeah it's keeps your food cold 🤣🤣

This product has exceeded my expectations. The capacity is excellent, and the adjustable flap makes it easy to fit taller containers when needed. The temperature control is very reliable—it keeps frozen foods frozen and refrigerated items perfectly chilled. The consistency of performance has been great from day one with no issues. The crisping drawer helps keep fruits and vegetables fresh longer, which is a huge plus. The ergonomics are also well thought out, making it easy to organize, access, and clean. Overall, a fantastic product that I would highly recommend.

Love the different ice types and the fact that you can use the dispenser or scoop ice depending on what you need it for. I'm still trying to figure out the best way to put the refrigerator shelves to allow tall items without losing space, but I may just have to remove a shelf. I am also missing my compartment at the top of the door that held my butter and sliced cheese, but that is just getting use to it being in the bottom. The smart things app is cool.

Best fridge I’ve purchased. The cooling system cools very cold at 37 degrees. I had to turn it up to 42 because my veggies were freezing. This fridge has so much space. I can fit 3 foil pans on the bottom, 2 in the middle and 1-2 on top. Great for big families or those who host!

We’ve always gone with Samsung. They’re very reliable. Service here is easy if anything goes wrong, which nothing has since I’ve owned a Samsung appliance. I like this refrigerator particularly because it is the largest one in capacity and is great for a family of six. The Availability of dual type iced is great for all kinds Of drinks. It’s easy to clean and there’s different sections that are adjustable for larger items that need refrigeration. It’s a quite energy efficient, especially if you utilize the SmartThings app, I like how it alerts me if something is going wrong or one of the kiddos left the refrigerator open too long. The height is good, and it’s easy for me to get into. I like the fact that the refrigerator is at the bottom, less likelihood of something falling on me. The quick freeze function is pretty cool too. I use it when I in a bind. I need to make a Jell-O dish. I also appreciate the fact that it has an internal dispenser, has a very nice clean look to the refrigerator itself.

The capacity for a family of 5 is excellent. Great freezer storage as well. We like the ice capacity and the 4 choices of ice shape/size. It does seem to cool refrigerated items faster than our last and we can see, via the app, our energy efficiency. We enjoy the quick slide-back shelves for taller items. The only negative we have so far is the water dispenser is on the slow side, I feel like I stand there too long waiting to fill a 12 ounce glass. In the future, I think our family would prefer the four door with the easy access drawer between the refrigerator and freezer. Also, the beverage station would be a great feature next time, too.

We've been using this refrigerator for over two months now and so far we're very happy and pleased with it! We didn't think we would use all three types of ice that this produces but it's surprisingly satisfying to scoop up either of the two sizes in the freezer drawer. The capacity on this thing is crazy big! I still haven't even come close to filling it up. Great door storage too! The ice maker is awesome with four different options (two kinds inside the freezer and two more in the door). It cools quickly and consistently and uses less electricity than my old model. This fridge is the nicest most feature rich model you can buy for the money and they have great financing options too!

Very large capacity for a counter depth model. Configuration of shelves makes for easy adaptability for large and small items. The order and delivery process was super easy and streamlined. Have no problem whatsoever with the fridge. Cooling is fast and effective, looks are great and even qualified for the rebates through utility provider. I love the app connectivity too. I can change the temp of the fridge and/or freezer even on the go using SmartThings app. Even show how much power was consumed - thats super nice. Attaching snashot of the app for reference. Only con I can think of is that I opted for one of the biggest ones (31 cu ft) from capacity standpoint and honestly it didnt feel all that big, if at all, when compared to the other non-samsung branded 27 cu ft fridge. Outside of the this, I think I am pretty happy with the purchase and totally recommend this to friends & family

We brought this Samsung Mega Capacity 07/28/24. We like the overall size and multiple Ice types. The only complaint is the adjustable sliding shelf. I think it is a poor design creating a weak point. The shelf is not supported very well at the side walls and the front mid-point where the shelf halves meet can sag with even what should be considered normal weight. Being a technical person, I made a support post that looks pretty good, but still!!! Samsung, feel free to contact me and I am hoping there is a non-sliding option available to me.

Excellent at making ice so it's very convenient especially for those hot summer days. The temperature inside is just right for keeping my fruits and veggies fresh. The storage capacity could be a little better especially where the shelves are. I had to permanently remove 1 so more stuffs can fit my family of 4. In terms of the ergonomics, i can easily situate or organize my stuffs in a uniformed way so I like that. Finally, I like the overall design except removing the glass on the bottom shelf was a challenge at first. The finish product i would give an overall 4 out of 5 stars

We've had this refrigerator for about a year now. I love the four types of ice. I like the size. I'm not crazy about the design of the water dispenser. It's tall but awkward to fill water bottles. In the bottom ice dispenser it hangs up so the ice doesn't drop sometimes and you have to hit it. But it's not very accessible. The drawer inside the French doors is awkward and not very functional. We keep it full but you have to open both doors to get to it so that makes it not very accessible. Everything else we love about the refrigerator. We would buy another Samsung again.

This is my first Samsung fridge and the first three door fridge I’ve owned. So far, it’s been great. I was worried about a freezer drawer since we’ve always owned side by sides, but I actually like the storage options and sliding shelf. The ice is a game changer- having four different ice types wasn’t a selling point for me, but we’ve learned that different ice has different uses. I also like how expansive the fridge part feels when both doors are open, and the optional sliding shelf for taller things has been useful. In all, great fridge.

We have had this unit for going on 2 years with essentially no issues. Upon installing we had a little leak at the door water dispenser but after using it the minor leak stopped and hasn’t returned. Love the alerts from Smartphone and all the ice it makes. The capacity is huge - easily the largest one we ever owned. Cools like a dream and anything put close to the metal in the back for extra cooling like ice cold milk is a favorite of mine. The outside finish is excellent and holds up to being banged as well as lack of finger prints and dirt. It is great I can control the ice and temp from my phone as well as be alerted that the door is not closed by chimes

With the Smart Things app, control temp settings and ice makers (mine has one in door and one below with two different size ice chips), with the 32cf capacity, I have never run out of room. The stylish LED lighting just adds a glam touch. Easy to clean with removable bins in the doors. Storage drawers for veggies and meats last a long time, keeps them very fresh. LOVE the snack drawer, keeps all the things we use a lot easy to access.

It's a great fridge. We never run out of ice. Food and drinks stay nice and cold. With the adjustable shelves, there's plenty of room for large items like a whole turkey. The veggies stay fresh in the crisper. The setup of the shelves on the doors makes it easier to access items that we use daily. The bottom freezer also has plenty of room for my ice cream. 😋 We definitely have enjoyed it and will continue to.

It’s exactly what we needed. Always looking for the biggest capacity but not super bulky and this is it. It keeps everything super cold and we’re having to turn the temperature up so the things inside will stop freezing inside the fridge. Water doesn’t dispense as fast as it it is super cold and the ice feature is a plus especially with 5 kids getting ice nonstop.

We love the capacity of the fridge as well as the freezer. We wish we did not have all of the ice options. The ice drawer has 2 additional ice options, which we really do not use. We think it takes up unnecessary space and should be utilized for more actual freezing space. But all in all we are very happy with this product.

I have to admit. I am an Ice connoisseur. This refrigerator has three different types of ice. The small ice is the kind you see in some of burger places that have the small round ice. I love it. It has worked flawlessly. I really love the APP as well. I occasionally do not shut the door all the way, In a few seconds it tells me on the phone that the door is open. Im just glad its nice and dont get facetious. LOL

I think it is the best refrigerator I have ever owned. Everything is easy to see when you open the door Nothing get lost in the back. Cooling is even and you do not have to worry about something getting partly frozen. Plenty of room in the refrigerator and freezer. Ice dispenser is great, plenty of ice and cold water. Ice comes out at a good rate. Freezer has lots of ice when you need a lot at once.

My previous refrigerator (a different brand) failed twice in its short fove-year life. Choosing this Samsung refrigerator has been a great decision because it offers great capacity, and a well thought out layout. So far, has been flawless in keeping my food cold. I really like the ice dispenser in the freezer making two different size cubes, and it being able to dispense ice through the door as well. I do wish the water flow in the door was a little more robust. The refrigerator has been very easy to clean and still looks brand new. Recommended.

The Samsung RF32CG5400SR has honestly been one of the best refrigerators I’ve owned. From the moment it was installed, it completely changed the feel and functionality of my kitchen. The overall design is sleek and modern, but what really stands out is how well thought out the interior layout is. There’s an incredible amount of storage space without it feeling cluttered, and the wide shelves make it easy to fit large trays, drinks, and meal prep containers with room to spare. One of my favorite features is the triple ice maker setup. Having regular cubes, nugget-style ice, and extra ice capacity is something I didn’t realize I’d appreciate this much until I started using it daily. It’s perfect for family gatherings, entertaining guests, or just never running out of ice. The water dispenser is fast, convenient, and the refrigerator runs surprisingly quiet overall. Cooling performance has been excellent. Everything stays consistently cold, and the freezer keeps food frozen solid without freezer burn issues. The “All-Around Cooling” system does a great job maintaining even temperatures throughout the refrigerator compartment. Another big plus is the energy efficiency. Despite the large 32 cu. ft. capacity, the refrigerator runs efficiently and doesn’t seem to drive up the power bill the way older refrigerators often do. The inverter compressor runs quietly and efficiently, and the refrigerator does a great job maintaining temperature without constantly cycling on and off. It gives you the large-capacity convenience of a premium refrigerator without feeling wasteful on electricity usage. The stainless-steel finish looks premium and cleans easily, and the LED lighting inside makes everything easy to see. I also appreciate the flexibility of the shelving and storage drawers, which make organizing groceries simple. Like any refrigerator, there are a few small things worth mentioning. The in-door ice maker does take up some shelf space, and taller bottles sometimes need shelf adjustments. But overall, those are minor trade-offs considering everything this refrigerator offers. Overall, I absolutely love this refrigerator. It looks great, performs well, stays energy efficient, has tons of storage, and the ice-making capability alone makes it stand out from most competitors. If you want a modern French-door refrigerator with premium features, huge capacity, excellent organization, and efficient day-to-day performance, the Samsung RF32CG5400SR is an easy recommendation.

My Samsung French door refrigerator with the dual cooling and 3 types of ice is absolutely phenomenal! It immediately showed me how inefficient and costly my old fridge was simply by staying at the correct temperature at all times. Food literally last twice as long, and th e freezer, wow, again until you have something that works as well as my Samsung, you don’t realize how bad the others, even my old fridge was working

I love this refrigerator; everything stays cold. There is ice through the door and two ice trays in the freezer, one for small cubes and one for large cubes. The ice containers are large with lots of ice, and the refrigerator makes ice quickly. The other brand ice refrigerators make only a few pieces of ice per day.. I love having three ice trays full of ice at all times, with a quick refill ability. Two trays of storage in the freezer is also nice on tray slides back for access to the second tray.

Have had my Mega Capacity 26-cu ft 3 -Door 36-in Wide refrigerator now for a number of months and it is above expectations. The only down side and the reason for 4 stars is the in door ice maker. I don’t use a lot of ice and the ice in the door clumps up and the auger mechanisms is not strong enough to break it up. I use one of the freezer ice makers

I love the design and ergonomics of the refrigerator. So easy and intuitive, slides, doors, cabinets, everything is thoughtfully designed for ease and efficiency. Going from this layout from my other side-by-side refrigerator, is night and day as far as capacity goes. I had more room in the refrigerator itself, and the freezer drawer, even with the ice dispensers still have me both more room and better organization. Quickly upon installation, the refrigerator cooling was impressive. I absolutely LOVE this refrigerator.

There are 2 where the water dispenses and there is a pull out in the freezer where there is a cube size and a smaller cube size. Those are my favorite ice. I wish the Water dispenser area was a little bit taller and had a grip to keep the glass or bottle secure.

I am not going to say I love it but I can say I liked it. It definitely has a good look and size is also great. It is mega capacity means you can store a lot of items. I tried to use the app but it is keep loosing its connection. There are four different kind of ice you can get from this fridge. The stainless steel is finger print resistant which is also a good feature. To adjust the configuration, I used the app which is easy to navigate.

Love the extra ice bins. They are s little slow at making ice, but you have choices of sizes. Love the alarm when the door is open, and notifies me via App when I am not home and can call and yell at kids to shut the door. Ha ha. Very quiet unlike my last one. Only sound is ice dropping. The extra large size is great lots of freezer space. Would definitely recommend.

Freezer has plenty of space and there are several sections to store items. Samsung connectivity is great too. I have Samsung TVs and phone. I get notifications when the refrigerator door is left open on my TV, which is quite an underrated feature because it happens a lot more often than I think with my kids.

Large size, no problems. Replaced a 23 cu ft LG unit that lasted 12 years. Plenty of room in both refrigerator and freezer - like the divided shelf that can be adjusted to a shorter length and allow bottles to fit. Doors can be removed to get it in to a house with 32" wide doors, so space is not usually an issue if you have room inside your kitchen.

When we moved into our new house we decided to use the same brand as the other appliances. We had trouble for many months with the ice maker stopping and starting. There are so many great features I love about this refrigerator. First it makes 3 kinds of ice continually. One in the door dispenser and two in the drawer freezer. We never run out. The shelves are more adjustable then some we looked at. The doors hold a lot of items. We have had this fridge for over a year now with no issues with the ice makers. It's easy to change the water filter. I only gave it 4 stars because the left door doesn't always close. But at least it beeps to let you know it didn't close. Also it won't left you turn the freezer more than 5° above 0. Ice cream is hard to scoop. The last thing is it seems to dent easily. We already have lots of dents at the bottom but that seems to be the way stainless steel is. I also have dents on my dishwasher and stove. Other than that it's been a great fridge.

I've had the pleasure of using this refrigerator for just over a year now. We have not had a single issue. It is so spacious, and the adjustable drawers are awesome. The ice makers creates two forms of ice and has a convenient tray and ice scooper. The storage drawers are easy to open and close, and the condiment spacing has a nice layout. The stainless steel design looks sleek and is very easy to clean. We always use Samsung products, and will continue if the products stay great quality!

I bought this because my prior one finally met its demise. The extra 5 cubic feet I got in this item is noticeable, as I’ve not been able to fill this to capacity yet with 2 kids (getting close though). Liquids at the top left next to the ice maker will tend to freeze, so that is something to note and get used to, but you get over it. All in all, I’m happy with this purchase.

WHen setting it up, it cooled quickly and the ice is great, never run out of it. 1 draw had a crack in it and Samsung took care of it immediately. It was well protected, just something that happens. Had my GE fridge for 10 years and it died on me so I had to find a replacement in a hurry. Found an amazing deal and decided to give Samsung a try. Only 2 complaints so far. First the top shelf seems a little flimsy due to only having support on the front of it on one side. The second issue is the ice dispenser seems to leak a little bit of water from ice getting stuck inside the door between the ice maker and the dispenser. Seems to be a common problem on the Samsung units as my parents experience the same issue with theirs. Overall i would buy another Samsung if the price is similar or cheaper than a comparable GE unit.

This is by far the best refrigerator I've ever owned. 31cu/ft and it uses half the electricity that my old (2016 GE) fridge used. The metal plate in the back really does keep everything evenly cold. My family all love the 3 different types of ice.

This refrigerator is just okay. Overall capacity specifications are misleading as the use of space or flexibility of space has almost no options. There is one truly adjustable shelf. There are no pre-molded side supports to move any shelves around. All the drawers only open halfway. The freezer capacity is small. The dual ice trays are slick but are not removable.

Loved this fridge in the store. But when I got it home, seems not designed very well. The middle shelf can not be adjusted so to speak and is very flimsy so when you put heavy things on it it bows. And the retractable shelf thing is a cool idea but once you do that you loose all that space and can only fit like 1 gallon of milk comfortably. And the little shelves on the bottom of the door are useless cause if you put anything there you forget about it cause you can't even see what's there. But the one upside is the ice makers. They are awesome! Of and the water dispenser on the outside dribbles water onto the front of the fridge and onto the floor.

Capacity and ergonomics are the issues I have with this product. The doors are configured in such a way as to limit what can be stored there. The door shelves are too shallow and not able to hold certain items that one would normally find on the door. The bottom shelf is installed with the smallest hidden clips that are nearly impossible to utilize. The glass does not separate from the frame so if there’s a spill that get between the two you can’t clean it. The way the doors are mounted makes it impossible to adjust them. One of the doors will not stay open despite being level. The water dispenser is a trickle and the ice dispenser constantly freezes solid. After disabling it I can still hear the auger trying to run periodically.

Capacity is lost. We owned a previous version of the same refrigerator and thought we would get the same flexibility in in shelves. It wasn't till we moved stuff from previous refrigerator to the newer one that we discovered the shelves did not or bearly adjusted to fit our products. Foe example: we have several 1 gallon containers that really don't fit anywhere in the refrigerator, unless you slide back the one shelf and we can put two one gallon containers while having to be couscous of them potentially falling forward. Additionally we have to remove the one gallon cotainers in effort to utilize the little space behind them. In addition because the shelf is slid back that shelf is unusable. Because the shelf are nearly adjustable, there is alot of wasted space where we could potentially utilize. Instead containers are stacked amongst each other make it difficult to retrieve a desired container.

Functional wise okay so far (few months only). It is cheaply built. says 25 CuF, but it seems to stuff less than my old Samsung refrigerator(25 CuF) that got replaced. Very rigid interior (cannot adjust the slides). If I had physically seen the refrigerator, I wouldn't have bought it.

It is ok for a fridge/freezer. I am noticing that it is basically impractical for my family's use. It maybe one of the largest sizes but feel like the overal configuration is not that great. The glass shelves look nice but are nearly impossible to remove from fridge and clean in between glass and plastic hardware holding it without breaking it. It is meh to me and cumbersome with lack of shelf options or movement options.

Where to begin? The ice maker inside will freeze everything close to it. You can only move 1 of the shelves vs have the option to move the shelves as you please or at least diff spots. Even with a new filter, the water still taste bad. Freezer ain't bad so far. The whole having to download an app just to adjust the temps and what not is ridiculous.

The glass shelves above the crispers are extremely hard to clean. Currently the documentation I was sent was the older model. I was then asked to pry the metal retaining clip from the glass... Which I refused. Then was told to soak the whole self in warm water and mild detergent. The shelving unit containing the glass is actually larger then any bathtub we have. But I was able to angle it in the tub and fill it enough to cover the glass. Took 2 days for the discoloration to dis-appear. Then used a shower head that was on a cord to try and rinse the soap and contaminates out. But had to let it soak at least overnight. Then had to prop the shelving unit up so that liquid that remained between the glass and shelve could drip out. Also put a fan with a little heat on it. After 2 days of that, liquid could still be observed in ledge between glass and shelve. I then used a air compressor set at ~40 psi and a air nozzle to blow out the remainder. We were then able to re-assemble the refridgerator. I would like Samsung to document the procedure for cleaning this shelf/glass inserts.

We were extremely disappointed in the performance of this refrigerator. The top two shelves froze everything, despite the interior temperature set at 37 degrees. The doors would not stay open so it was difficult to get items out. Plus, the large shelf directly above the oversized drawer couldn't support many items. It drooped and bent before we finished putting our food items inside. The four types of ice was the best feature of this refrigerator, which we couldn't get rid of fast enough.

Woke up this morning after 9 months of use to the smell of smoke/chemicals coming from inside. Doesn’t last, scratches VERY easily and the fridge interior layout is awful. Oh yeah, and if you spill anything on the bottom shelf, you don’t be able to take it off to clean it up. :) OH and I tried multiple times to connect the fridge to SmartThings app and it never could (I got my Samsung microwave and oven to connect easily).

Looks great, however ice maker froze over right away. We only got to use a couple weeks and haven’t since. The design to open the ice maker is ridiculous, because it is almost impossible to do. So for now… we still are unable to get ice, because I just don’t have time to take everything out and defrost. Disappointed.

Horrible purchase! Refrigerator stopped working (sat at 70 degrees for 2 days while I went back and forth with Samsung’s technical “support”) after just over a year and of course it’s past the warranty so the company provides no support. I will never purchase an appliance from Samsung again. The extra features might seem attractive but when it can’t do its basic job, it ends up being an expensive mistake. Stick with the brands that have been in business longer and support customers better.

Freezer stopped working within 48 hours after delivery and installation. This should be more than enough to say about the quality of the product. I had several friends suggested to avoid this brand but I wanted to try one more time and I wish I had not picked this again

Purchased a similar model a few years ago and had nothing but problems ice maker only worked for a year so and now we get sheets of ice under the refrigerator drawer and it leaks water on the floor also food seems to spoil really fast. Samsung knows about all these and will not recall them. This fridge was a major disappointment I will never buy anything Samsung and will never recommend.

If I could give it zero starts I would. I have had nothing but issues with the ice maker for the last 2 years and now that it’s out of warranty, it won’t be fixed. All of my Samsung devices purposefully stop working right at the 2 year warranty mark. Never getting another Samsung device again.

Electronic web connected panel inconsistent

The panel operates inconsistently especially after updates. Have to reset the panel constantly which requires pulling out fridge as the rset button diesnt correct the problem. 2.5 weeks wasnt working scheduled repair and suddenly works.

Would have given it a 5 as I loved the product but even though it was past a year since purchase, was waiting for kitchen remodel to be finished before using, and had only been using for 10 months when it quit cooling. Had it diagnosed and was determined it had a leak in the sealed system and unable to find anybody to repair it in my area. Waiting on Samsung to resolved and have been without a fridge now for 3 weeks.

This refrigerator looks great and has awesome ice but the refrigerator section will freeze your items even when set to the warmest settings. We tried and tried to get this fixed but there are no service reps in our area. Samsung did make it right by refunding the purchase but this is a mostly terrible refrigerator.

Cooling is inconsistent. Top shelf of fridge too cold and food freezes. Top freezer drawer jams up. ridiculous that you need an app to adjust temp. Fine for people who want it but cumbersome to set up and I do not want to waste time to and storage on my phone but I finally did because the food was freezing and you can not adjust temp anyway. So I got the app adjusted the temp and top shelf of fridge still freezing. Water dispenser is slow. Fridge has good space to store food.

Nice refrigerator. It has ruined my new flooring by leaking constantly from the back or underneath. Every few months the water shoots out the back of the ice maker and stands on the floor until it finally runs out from under the front as we can see it. Wish I had never purchased it !

Whatever you do, DO NOT buy a Samsung refrigerator. Research the class action lawsuits for Samsung refrigerators first. I’ve had this refrigerator for less than 1 year, and everything in the lawsuits is true. Icemaker leaks into fridge, fridge and freezer do not keep consistent temperatures.

I had to replace my fridge and I thought this one was a good deal. However, I am disappointed that although its appears large, I design for space is horrible. Im storing less and the shelves are not adjustable as one might think. It's a set position. It's difficult to change the filter, I had to YouTube it. its hard and time consuming to clean the draw shelf, and even after removing it, the design prevents a through clean, any liquid gets trapped in the front and cannot clean it well. this is frustration. Since I had this fridge Im still unable to connect it with the WiFi, and have made several attempts. Im fine with the 2 ice trays in the freezer drawer, but the disadvantage is you ice is exposed to food or freezer odors or any freezer spill. The ice maker when empty can take about 48hrs to fill up. during the summer or entertaining I have to purchase ice.

Faulty refrigerator temperature control

Refrigerator was delivered on Friday and everything was working fine until Sunday morning when I found the refrigerator temperature at 26 degrees. The temperature was set at 37. Our previous Samsung refrigerator lasted 17 years with a few minor issues. We were reluctant to buy another Samsung due to the number of problems reported, and now we’re regretting the purchase.

Preferred our Figidaire Gallery series soooo much more. This fridge is NOT fingerprint resistant. Our grandkids make a mess everything they're over. Have to constantly wash it. Shelving options are horrible. It might be 3 - 4 cu. ft. larger than out Gallery but the interior shelving layout is horrible. Wasted space. We have to lay down a lot of taller items. Finally it has this cold plate or metal wall in the back for cooling. I don't care what you set the temp to, we're freezing any liquids near the back every time. Even our eggs froze in the fridge.

This refrigerator is terrible I had it for 8 months tried to get it fixed by Samsung and it did not get fixed and the tech came out twice they deemed it unfixable. They wont refund me but giving me Samsung credit. The compressors on these are not big enough for the mega capacity refrigerator.

Very noisy Shelving heights impractical Many places hard to reach for cleaning Manual (ironically titled Simple User Manual) is totally useless . It doesn’t even tell you how to set the temperature! There are 3 pages under Operations all about Smart Grid, and nothing else. What’s more, is that the entire booklet is badly written. Very disappointing.

Samsung deceptive advertising. They advertise a fridge compressor have 10 years warranty but refuse to honor their promise. Samsung train their support personnel to defuse the issues with their products and you end up in a vicious cycle for several weeks hoping that you forget about the warranty and move on.

Had the fridge for about 10 days and so far, disappointed. Freezer works great, but the fridge won't cool to the advertised 34 degrees. It stays at about 40 degrees. So far can't get warranty service scheduled to look at the thermostat.

If I could give this product a -1 I would. I have had this fridge for three years and after year 1, I had to have the ice maker and memory board replaced. Two weeks ago, I had to have someone come because the coolant went, they came, added more freon in it. Here I am again with no fridge cause it is not cool. They are coming on Friday yet again. What a terrible product!!!
