- Who qualifies
- Curbside service is for occupied residences receiving City collection. Properties with more than eight residential units are excluded.
- Appliances accepted
- Refrigerators and freezers qualify for heavy-trash collection only with a certified technician’s tag showing refrigerant removal.
- Pickup and booking
- Use the City address lookup or HTX Collects for the assigned heavy-trash date. Service provides six collections per calendar year, every other month.
- Fees and charges
- The City does not state a per-appliance curbside price. City accounts have a separate $5 monthly administrative fee. A technician’s refrigerant-removal charge is not specified. Eligible residential depository drop-off is at no cost.

Self-unload; maximum four visits per month and one per week. No contractor vehicles, rental box trucks, U-Hauls or Sprinter vans; trailers are limited to ten feet.
