Gathering the reviews
We continuously collect owner reviews and public discussions from major retailers and community forums, de-duplicate them, and set aside anything we can’t tie to a verified purchase.

Owners Answer
The questions shoppers ask, answered from real owner reviews and discussions across the web — not the manufacturer spec sheet. See the spec FAQ below for the official numbers.
The unit measures 26.3 inches wide, 74 inches tall, and 29 inches deep, making it a tall, built-in style wine cooler that fits well in kitchen spaces next to standard refrigerators.
Yes, the unit features dual-zone climate control that allows you to set different temperatures for red and white wines simultaneously. Reviewers consistently praise this feature as extremely helpful for storing different wine types at their ideal temperatures.
Yes, the door can be reversed to open from either the left or right side. However, multiple reviewers note that clear instructions or diagrams for door reversal are not included in the manual or online, though the hardware is provided and the process is logical once attempted.
The unit is designed for substantial wine storage. One reviewer noted it should comfortably hold around 100 bottles, though the manufacturer's stated capacity may be optimistic depending on bottle size and rack configuration.
Reviewers consistently praise the wine cooler for its sleek, modern, professional appearance and solid construction. The stainless steel finish, wooden shelves, and overall design are frequently described as attractive and well-made, with many noting it elevates their kitchen's aesthetic.
Most reviewers report excellent and efficient cooling that maintains consistent temperatures for wine storage. One reviewer noted the bottom zone does not cool quite as low as the manual states, but overall cooling performance is praised as reliable and effective.
Most reviewers do not mention noise issues. However, a couple of owners report that the fan can produce a vibrating sound or be somewhat loud when running, and one reviewer noted the fan noise is noticeable when operating.
The unit arrives with hardware for door reversal and includes accessories like a moisture absorber and Thor adhesive logo, but the manual lacks clear instructions on shelf removal, door swap details, and placement of included items. Several reviewers found the manual insufficient and recommend supplementing it with online research.

What Owners Say

So far so good, as only been using for a month. Here are my negative points: holds more red wine bottles, limited places for Champagne or bubbly bottles as the racks are fixed, the bottom portion cooler does not go below 12C (as opposed to the 10C stated in the manual).
Worth the wait for delivery. 1000s less than peer models and very stylish, durable, and functional. Will keep our club wines in perfect condition.
I bought this when it was on sale. It fits my space perfectly and the design is very attractive. The drawers have a function of lock-in system so I had to pull out a little hard to release that. LED lights are a little bit too much for me, it will be nice if there is a dimmer…
Arrived on July 2nd, my wife and I changed the door froa right side hinge to left side. Took ue a while as there was no clear instructions or diagram on line or on you tube. However we got it done and are happy with the product so far.
The cooler is nice. I plugged it in and a cloud of smoke came from the back. The stainless doors are welded in a way you can see from the front of the door. It shows the weld marks on face and this could be avoided with thicker stainless steel door. So the positives.…
