This Summit Appliance chest freezer offers 11.7 cubic feet of capacity in a 43-inch-wide freestanding dipping cabinet designed for commercial ice cream storage and display. The unit accommodates 4 tubs on the floor and displays 6 additional tubs using included baskets. Three epoxy-coated wire baskets with plastic lids and two extra baskets for novelty items come standard.
The cabinet features a 3-piece glass sneezeguard made in Denmark with curved front design and brushed aluminum frame for durability in high-traffic settings. Two tempered glass lids on ball-bearing glides provide easy access. A keyed lock is included for security.
Temperature control uses a digital thermostat adjustable from -13°F to +23°F for precise management of various frozen products. The static cooling system and 3-inch insulation maintain consistent interior temperatures. Manual defrost with front-located drain simplifies maintenance.
Built with eco-friendly hydrocarbon-based refrigerant meeting CARB regulations and containing no ozone-damaging chemicals. Heavy-duty wheels enable smooth mobility. Unit ships unassembled and is UL-S listed.
