View DealThere is a lip over the door which keeps the seals protected. There is more space than I thought. So far works great! I believe it will be easier to maintain then prior freezer I had.
Perfect size for 1-2 person household. The door storage is huge plus. Quiet and energy efficient. Also easy to defrost. This is our first Danby. Like this brand better than past small freezer.

This freezer is compact as far as finding a space for it, yet holds plenty of food. It is easy to defrost; I just put a couple of towels in it and turn it off. Great buy, if you want a small freezer.
