How We Score It
Gathering the reviews
We continuously collect owner reviews and public discussions from major retailers and community forums, de-duplicate them, and set aside anything we can’t tie to a verified purchase.
Calculating the average
Averaged across every source we found (Amazon, AJ Madison, and other retailers). Each source counts in proportion to how many ratings it has, so a store with thousands of reviews moves the number more than one with only a handful.

“A very sturdy and handsome design, with a thoughtfully arranged interior. The ease of use and cleaning are positives. The handle extends out to match the other appliances, but extends slightly more nan needed, making it a little too prominent. Otherwise a fine appliance that I would buy again.”

- perfect under counter fridge
Good machine. Designed so that it holds all the mixers and condiments needed for a home bar. Interior shelves are sturdy and it is quiet. Just be sure to order the proper door opening direction…the door cannot be changed left to right.
BinglJul 24, 2025 - Works fine
It took a little expansion to fit where the old Subzero was but it works great.

JagmanNov 16, 2021 - Not impressed
It's okay for a secondary refrigerator, but I wish it had adjustable shelves. Also it did NOT slide into the dishwasher space as advertised. I had to take up my LVP in that space and slightly beyond in order to get it to fit under the counter. Either I have really good (thick)…
LV TerDec 20, 2024 - Existing Panel Does Not Fit
The refrigerator itself is a nice product, but it was purchased as a replacement for a panel ready refrigerator and the door is made so differently that the existing panel cannot be used. There is also a cheap piece of plastic at the top of the door above the hinge.
