EQTemp by Accucold introduces a new series of NSF/ANSI 456 certified refrigeration designed to store a variety of materials in healthcare facilities. Model ACR1602GNSF456 is an upright 15.53 cu.ft. all-refrigerator. It features a clean white exterior and a blue-accented control panel. The glass door is equipped with a self-closing mechanism to help protect stored items from being overexposed to room temperature. A factory-installed lock offers added security, and the hospital-grade cord with a 'green dot' plug ensures a secure connection for high-traffic areas. This unit features a front-breathing design for safe built-in installation under counters. The fully finished cabinet also allows freestanding use. The ACR1602GNSF456 includes an external readout of the interior temperature, as well as the high/low temperature as required for data records. The buffered temperature probe is encased in a bottle filled with glass beads for improved accuracy and calibrated to NIST standards in our in-house ISO/IEC 17025:2017 certified laboratory. The digital temperature controls allow you to set the interior between 2 and 8C. An audible alarm sounds if the temperature goes out of range. We also include a pre-installed 3/8" access port for users to add their own monitoring equipment if preferred. The interior includes one wire shelf in the center to hold the temperature probe, as well as additional adjustable shelves to accommodate different sizes. Internal LED lighting provides an efficient and convenient view. Automatic defrost reduces user maintenance and an internal fan ensures powerful temperature recovery after door openings. EQTemp's series of ACR refrigeration is certified to the NSF/ANSI 456 Vaccine Storage Standard. All models feature hydrocarbon refrigerant for a greener footprint. Additional sizes are available, as well as more advanced cold storage equipment purpose-built for laboratory and life science storage. Browse the full product line to explore our extensive selection. Note: EQTemp's ACR Series refrigerators are intended for a wide variety of healthcare storage applications. Storage of high-value vaccines, life science materials, and medical/clinical biologicals require a product offering tighter temperature control and/or alarms, monitoring, and backup. For these applications, browse Accucold's purpose-built PHARMA-VAC line or contact our product specialists at 1-888-4-MED-LAB. EQTemp Door Swing Orientation: Left Handed

Brand Background
EQTemp represents a focused refrigeration brand currently tracked across eight models in the Fridge.com catalog. The brand's lineup demonstrates a clear emphasis on french-door configurations, which account for seven of the eight units available, with a single built-in model rounding out the selection. This concentration on french-door designs suggests EQTemp is targeting consumers who prioritize the popular split-door format that has become a kitchen staple for its accessibility and organizational advantages. Models like the ACR1011WNSF456LHD and ACR1601WNSF456LHD exemplify the brand's commitment to this category. While EQTemp maintains a smaller catalog compared to major appliance manufacturers, the streamlined product range may appeal to shoppers who prefer a more curated selection rather than navigating dozens of variations. As Fridge.com continues to expand its tracking of this brand, additional performance data and consumer feedback will help clarify where EQTemp models stand in the competitive refrigeration landscape and which specific use cases they serve best.
