So far, the freezer is working as expected. As many others reported, there are damaged areas, probably during handling and delivery. So far it looks like not a major issue for the freezer to work. Also, it is missing some of the footing screws, so it is unbalanced.
Great little chest freezer for a small space! Very quiet! Arrived without any scratches or dents!
It's now been a year since I got the Midea 5.1 cubic feet freezer. It's been working great. Even in this hot weather. There is 0 build up of ice on the walls. I would buy this freezer again.
